An agile snowboarder who looks like a white mook, but you'd never guess 🏂.
Gachapin on the inside and the ultimate life form of a mook on the outside ◉ϖ◉```````
I thought it would be dry, as is typical of Niigata sake, but it is dry, but mellow dry 😳.
The aroma of rice spreads in the mouth, and it is sharp and clean when swallowed.
It was a moment when I caught a glimpse of the essence of Niigata sake 😋.
I had a cold and finally recovered, so it's been a while since I've had sake! Sake (≧▽≦) I'm so glad! I've been moping around making dishes to go with sake!
It's a pure rice sake with a snowman flavor, so it's just as delicious and easy to drink as the label and the image suggest!
I served it with grilled yellowtail kama and buri daikon!

In the best-selling book "Hokuetsu Yukifu" written by Suzuki Makiyuki, an essayist and the ancestor of the brewery, who introduced the life in deep snowy Minami-uonuma, there is an episode in the book titled "A Different Beast" in which a "hairy beast appears in the mountains, receives a handful of rice from travelers, carries their luggage in return and guides them on their way". The episode is called "Ijyu" in the chapter "Ijyu" in the "Kitakoshi Yukifu",
The sake "Yukio" was made in the image of this scene!
He's a nice guy, contrary to the bijou! LOL!

The cup of sake is a dry junmai sake ✨.
Junmai sake-like rice flavor? Sweetness? It also has a little bit of sweetness...
It also has a little bit of sweetness, but the aftertaste is very refreshing!
Ponshukan's sake was honjozo!
I'm not sure if my favorite type of sake is
I think my favorite type of sake is the Honjozo type. I'm not sure,
After traveling to various places 🍶,
I think I've come to understand the goodness of junmai sake with its rice flavor.
I think I'm more of a honjozo type of person.
I saw this in a review of Ponshukan.
I didn't feel nutty 🥜 taste 🤔 lol
A dry sake to go with a rather unusual meal of grilled sheep.
This is a junmai sake from Niigata's Tsururei, Yukio.
This sake is crisp, dry, and delicious.
It goes well with the meaty texture of the lamb.

Series 3) that I got from my parents' house.
The aroma is subdued.
The mouth feel is soft and goes down your throat without any resistance.
It is like water in a good sense.
Unlike Tsururei, it is light with little umami.
It has a slightly bitter taste, but it is sharp and complements food well.
It seems to go well with salty food.
Serve with yukke (whale) as a side dish.
