It was the month before last, but I finally landed in Kyushu for the first time.
I drank "Tenshin Tokujun" at an izakaya I went to alone as soon as I arrived, and it was delicious. ‼️
I met up with my friends from Hokkaido a few hours later and had another drink!
Kyushu Kiku! The label makes you feel like you're in Kyushu 😊It's a little classical, light and spicy, and it makes you want to eat more 😋The "Nuka-daki", which is fish cooked with rice bran, is also good 👍.
I liked the Gundam Base that opened at New Chitose Airport before landing in Kyushu.
Good evening, Mr. King of Noodles and Sake, Kyushu Chrysanthemum! I have never heard of it. So this is the Kyushu repo from here. Maybe it's because I was watching Siege Axe, but I feel at home with the normal Gundam image.
Good evening here too, Mr. Noodle King 🌛.
I see that New Chitose Airport has a [Gundam Base] these days 😲.
My perception of it stopped at "Hatsune Miku" 🤣.
Good morning, Jive 😃.
Yes ❗I love Gundam 😆I wanted a unicorn or Sinanju plastic model, but when I got home, my son bought it for me, he is a good son 👍.
Unfiltered unpasteurized sake
Sake meter meter +15
100% Aso Yamadanishiki
Rice polishing ratio 60

Acidity 1.4
It is a super dry, unpasteurized sake.
Price: 2200 yen including tax
Zanshin, meaning "leaving a lingering aftertaste.
The aroma is Sun-like. It reminds of melon🍈 in the mouth. The acidity is strong, making it a good mid-meal sake.
I bought this sake because it was recommended to me instead of the normal one.
I was told that it was recommended by Nombeni. ❗️
A bottle you won't find at the liquor store you usually go to.
A bottle you meet on a business trip.
The taste is smooth and refreshing. It goes well with food, and I found myself drinking three glasses of it,
Today, I celebrated my return to work alone with a drink given to me by my subordinate 🎉.
I'm not very good at any kind of alsobe,
It's fruity and beautiful 🍶.
It was cold today, so I tried heating it up to hot and it was great 😊.
Now tomorrow, work 😊.
Take it easy and go for it!
This is Kyushu Kiku's Kamisen.
I have not had this sake since the spring, when I had a bottle of the honjozo (pure sake) at Nishinakasu.
I never thought I would see this sake in Tokyo.
I had it at room temperature 🍶.
The first aroma is sweet with a slight bran-like nuance.
It tastes sweet on the palate, like a so-called "normal" sake.
The aroma is not so good.
It was made in October, so it seems it is not twisted 🤔.
Thanks for the drink ✨
Event.
Sake Fair 2024.
The character "zanshin" evokes the image of a powerful sake 🍶💪.
Who wrote these characters? I asked him, and he said he is the head priest of a nearby temple 😄.
It's a true local love ❤️
It is a sake.
The color is clear.
The taste is nutty 🥜 sweet.
Mild on the palate.
Little ginjo aroma.
The sweetness continues until the aftertaste.
Sake with a sweetness that seeps through.
I didn't go to the brewery, but I haven't seen Kyushu Chrysanthemum in Tokyo either, so this will be a first for me.
The first aroma is sweet with a hint of acidity.
In the mouth, there is a slight bitterness and a strong sweet umami taste that is typical of nama sake.
This is a honjozo sake, but it is a very good sake that does not feel like it has been alkaloated.
The price is also very reasonable at around 1,300 yen for a five-pack.
In Tokyo, you only see gougo bottles of kenrishi or shochu 🤔.
I wonder if it is more common in the west?
This is a new release from the sake brewery closest to my house. I was curious about this sake because it was made by locally grown Omachi, so I bought it.
It's rather refreshing and a bit lacking in the traditional sake taste 🤔.
I tried it warmed up on the instagram of the liquor store where I bought it, and it was great! The flavor opened up and it tasted great.
I'm glad to see local sake trying different things 👍Thank you for the food 🙏.
Purchased at a liquor store near Kokura Station
The label with a strong sense of specialness caught my attention.
I left it at room temperature for about 5 months, missing the fact that it needed to be refrigerated.
(immediately after opening the package)
Drink it cold.
Slightly yellowish but clear
Strong aroma of maturity with sweetness.
Sourness on the palate
The palate is immediately filled with a richness and at the same time, a strong dryness appears.
The aftertaste is medium.
The aftertaste is surprisingly light.
The rich taste is very tasty.
Although it is rich, it goes well with sashimi.
