This is the first time I've seen this spec on a wakamusume. The price was reasonable, so I bought it immediately. The aroma is apple-like. At the first sip, I was expecting sweetness, but it was surprisingly dry. After that, it has a sharp sweetness and bitterness, and then finishes off. It has the dark and solid quality that only unfiltered, unpasteurized sake can have, but it's not heavy or dull, and it's very crisp, so it's perfect for those who feel they're missing out on a lot of summer sake. It is a modern sake with a strong sweet and sour taste.

There is no doubt about it. You can't deny that it's a bit late to the party, but you can't miss this summer sake. The aroma is ramune. At the first sip, I felt peaches. The sweetness spreads slowly and makes you melancholy. The acidity is almost nonexistent, and it is very drinkable. However, the aftertaste is not so long, and it is very crisp, so you will not feel tired or dull. It is undiluted sake with an alcohol content of 14 degrees. We are grateful for the outstanding taste this year as well.

It has a characteristic sweetness and acidity that is not too assertive. Overall, it is mellow, but has a nice finish that leaves you feeling refreshed. It is said to be in the category of spring sake, but it can be enjoyed in any season including summer. Above all, it should be noted that it has a good price as mentioned at the beginning. Once again, "Ozeyuki" is to be feared. I can't wait for the autumn version of Jun Gin to be shipped.

What's valuable about it is that it's a nama-shu version (the year-round product is infused). It is said that they started it on a trial basis this year, and the number of bottles is limited. The first aroma is melon. The aroma is also melon and sometimes pear. There is no acidity, and the juicy sweetness spreads in the mouth and the spiciness of the alcohol continues, and it finishes with the bittersweetness. It is a classy and royal Junmai Daiginjo Namaishu. It's a little pricey, but it's the kind of sake that will be accepted by everyone, so it will make a great gift. Of course, if you are the recipient, you will be very happy.

This is also a summer drink. But the alcohol content is very strong. First, we drink it cold. In a word, it is dense. It has a sweetness and a spiciness from the alcohol, and the aroma is fruity and very delicious. However, it is hard to drink a lot of it in this state... so we added ice, which is recommended, and had it as shown in the picture. The aroma has become milder, but it is still very tasty. I used to think that drinking sake on the rocks was a bad idea, but this is something else. It's better to put it in. The flavors go perfectly with the current season. The balance is right and you can almost gulp it down. The aluzoe gives it a clean and crisp taste. It was an eye-opening experience to see that there is such a sake.

I was able to buy No.6 at the same time, and it's still sleeping. I'll get it another time. It's a perfection that doesn't need any more explanation. You will be enchanted while drinking it. The series of stories from the sweet and sour to the crisp finish is excellent. It invites you to the blissful realm with no miscellaneous flavors. The quality of this Lapidus from Colors is impeccable. It must be hard to get. I stopped in a hurry when I opened half of it. It's a magical drink that makes you want to finish it all at once. Commonly known as Black Label. I was blessed with the opportunity to purchase two bottles, so I will open one. Perhaps it's because I've been drinking only refreshing summer sake lately, but it felt very sweet. Originally, the sweetness was supposed to be moderate. It has a wonderful balance of pleasant acidity, umami, and sharpness. Some people say it is suitable for sipping, but I don't feel it is lacking at all even by itself. Although I have another bottle, it's a precious Tobiroki, so I'd like to keep half of it and enjoy changing the taste.

Daring to drink warm sake. It's the season for summer and cold sake, but is it just me, or is it a luxury to drink heated sake in a room that's been chilled to the bone? This 45% polished Junmai Daiginjo is served warm, which defies conventional thinking. It's kind of a waste, but I warmed it up to around 50°C as it says. The aroma is of freshly cooked rice. It's clear and uncluttered, with a sweetness and deliciousness that spreads slowly through the mouth. It reminds me of the egg rolls I used to eat. The way it melts and disappears is just like that. The alcohol content is also low at 14 degrees, which is great for this time of year. It's a delicious new style of heated sake.

The summer version of the moon series. We will open a bottle today, well after the 4th of July (Nabeshima Day). The pressure was so high that the cork almost flew off. It has a mild aroma because it has been heated. We were told that the tanks that are at their best at this time of year are voted on and sold on a limited basis, so as you would expect, it has a great flavor and is easy to drink. It can be enjoyed on its own, and can be easily paired with meals. If anything, it's more on the sweet side, but the spiciness and astringency also give it a refreshing aftertaste. While keeping the convergence of Corona in the strips of my mind, I will proceed with the cup to the extent that it will not be left behind tomorrow.

That's right, this is a sake to enjoy as it matures. We opened it less than a month after production, which is an outrage. If you are planning to buy this sake, or are interested in it, please make sure to let it sit for a long time so you don't make the same mistake I did. For reference, here are my impressions of this sake without aging. The aroma is the Junmai Daiginjo. It has an energetic ginjo aroma that is unique to raw sake. If it had been aged... The taste is sweet and full of flavor, and the nose is beautiful. It is a model Junmai Daiginjo Nama Genshu, but if it is aged.... Those who know it know that the specs of the mushroom with aging are not complete, as you will see when you drink it. I wonder how much it will change after 1, 2, or 3 years of aging. I opened it without knowing it, but I left half of it uncorked and threw it in the back of the fridge. I'm going to open it once in a year.

But the alcohol content is kept low, so you don't feel tired of drinking it. It is quite easy to drink among the noble sake, and it is easy to match with meals. It is a bottle that you can enjoy for a long time if you keep it in the refrigerator after opening the bottle.
