しょうたそ
This is the first time I've seen this spec on a wakamusume.
The price was reasonable, so I bought it immediately.
The aroma is apple-like.
At the first sip, I was expecting sweetness, but it was surprisingly dry. After that, it has a sharp sweetness and bitterness, and then finishes off.
It has the dark and solid quality that only unfiltered, unpasteurized sake can have, but it's not heavy or dull, and it's very crisp, so it's perfect for those who feel they're missing out on a lot of summer sake.
It is a modern sake with a strong sweet and sour taste.
