しょうたそ
This is an orthodox fire-roasted type.
With the continuation of light summer sake, we sometimes want to have a strong sake. Since it is a fire-retarded type, you don't need to drink it all right away.
It has a weak banana and a firm Cemedine.
The mouthfeel is sweet and astringent, quite thick.
The aftertaste is long and spicy on the throat. At this time of the year, you can be satisfied with about one cup of this sake.
It will take a week or two to finish drinking.

しょうたそ
Suddenly, I tried it with Fatte's custard cake (pastry), and it went together unbelievably well, so try it if you have a chance. It was an unexpected combination.
