The summer version of the moon series.
We will open a bottle today, well after the 4th of July (Nabeshima Day).
The pressure was so high that the cork almost flew off.
The aroma is like muscat with a little semedyne.
In the mouth, it is sweet. It is followed by spiciness and bitterness.
The aroma is a mix of juices and is very sharp.
It is a high quality summer sake with a good balance.
Personally, I didn't like summer sakes because I had a preconceived notion that they were thin, but recently there are more and more sakes that overturn this notion.

I didn't know about Nabeshima Day 💦I tried to warm up this sake and the aroma opened up and it was delicious 😋Normally you wouldn't do that. If you like it warmed, you'll try it 😉.
