Today is Tanabata. We chose this sake because it is a typical sake. Sasa no hoba sara sara... Sake-no hara sara.
It has a mild aroma because it has been heated.
We were told that the tanks that are at their best at this time of year are voted on and sold on a limited basis, so as you would expect, it has a great flavor and is easy to drink. It can be enjoyed on its own, and can be easily paired with meals. If anything, it's more on the sweet side, but the spiciness and astringency also give it a refreshing aftertaste.
While keeping the convergence of Corona in the strips of my mind, I will proceed with the cup to the extent that it will not be left behind tomorrow.
