I don't think there is anyone who doesn't like it. It's like drinking ramune. Best of all, it's cheap. If it were easy to get, I would stock up on as many bottles as I could. I don't know what the difference is between this and the green label I drank before, but whatever the difference is, I can't stop drinking it. It's just sweet and juicy. But it's not too sweet. It goes well with anything except raw seafood such as sashimi, but personally, I think it is best with beef tongue served with lemon sauce. If you get tired of it, you can shift to black pepper. This is a combination that I recently discovered.

It was a very tasty bottle. As I concluded, I had never heard of such specifications for Tenmei before, and when I looked it up, I found out that it is a blend of the Nakadori series Zero to Two and a few other blames. How could it not be delicious? And it's unfiltered, unpasteurized sake. The aroma was a slight hint of tropical fruit. The sweetness and umami are dense, and the acidity brings it all together nicely, so it is well balanced and not tiring to drink. The bitterness that comes towards the end invites you to have another glass, making it a magical mellow sake that you can drink endlessly. I paired it with cheese, but it would go well with meat dishes in general. If you like Tenmei, there is no reason not to drink it.

Made with local Yamada Nishiki rice grown naturally without pesticides. This is an everyday sake for evening drinking, made with the best rice. It is best served cold. The aroma is not fruity, but grassy. At first, you can feel the tangy alcohol on the tip of your tongue, but soon after, the umami and gentle sweetness spread. As the temperature rises, the initial stimulation diminishes, and it becomes a well-balanced umami sake. If you drink it alone, you will gradually feel the heaviness, so it is recommended to drink it with food in moderate amounts. It's a different kind of sake from Freaks, and is truly suitable for drinking at night. If you heat it up, the acidity will stand out, so it's your choice.

ELST-PIZARRO The name "Comet (Char)" reminds me of a certain Mobile Suit, but this series is all derived from the name of a comet. The name of this series is derived from the name of a comet, and the brand name "Comet" has that meaning. And this is the first time I've had this limited edition. I was excited to open the bottle. The aroma is slightly sweet and fruity. The first sip left me with the impression that it was... a Jyushiro? If you've had both, you'll be able to relate. It's moderately milky and light on the palate, but it also has plenty of umami, and when it finally kicks in with a dry base, you realize that this is different from the Jyuoshiyo. Although the alcohol content is low at 13 degrees, the thick flavor of the Omachi produced in Okayama Prefecture and the fact that it is undiluted sake give the impression that it has a contoured quality that is easy to get into but still delicious. It was an interesting and delicious bottle.

This is the third bottle of this year, and already a candidate for victory has emerged. In the 2021 brewing year, the hanging mouth was taken over from Kuroryu by Kutouryuu. I opened a bottle that I had purchased last year. Brewer's comment: This is a lightly nigori (nigori-genshu) sake that was bottled fresh from the cold brewery, with a rich aroma flowing out of the tank. What the heck is this? It's a taste that will blow away your New Year's fogginess. I haven't had a chance to drink the kuro-ryu, so I can't compare it to the kuro-ryu, but there is no mistaking its high reputation. There is no way to describe it, but it has a fruity and elegant aroma. In the mouth, the sweetness and bitterness hit you hard. The mildness of the lightly muddled taste seems to balance out the violent freshness of the new sake. The high alcohol content creates a satisfying drinking experience and a long aftertaste. You know you're going to get drunk if you keep drinking it, but it's a bad one that makes you feel like you don't mind. This is a bottle that you should not touch unless it is before a vacation. The fact that it sold out immediately after it was released is no mean feat. I'm glad I bought it in a bottle. I'm sorry.

Good evening, Shoutaso🌆 I've always had a good impression of Kuroryu, but I see that it has been taken over by Kutouryu. I was curious about the rave reviews, so I just got a bottle of it, 300ml. I'll drink it tonight! 2022.1.8

This is the first bottle I drank at home this year. Since I drank a lot during the year-end and New Year holidays, I took a rest day. It's only been three days, but I feel like I haven't had a drink in a long time. It is a stable Manzaku no Hana. If it is a new sake and limited edition, the expectation is 30% higher. As you can see on the back label, it has a grapey aroma. The freshness and acidity come to the fore, but the sweetness and umami can also be felt firmly on the back end. This is a bottle that shows the high level of perfection of a famous brand. We will be drinking it again this year.

Happy New Year! I chose Isohaman as my first sake of the year, because I wanted to avoid sweet and fruity sake and instead have a sake that would go well with Osechi dishes. It has a beautiful ginjo aroma. It is a dry base, but the umami is strong and the sweetness comes through later. Anyway, the taste of the rice is wonderful, and it is a gem that brings out the full potential of Tojo's special Yamada Nishiki. It is delicious enough on its own, but it is also perfect when paired with food. In particular, it was an excellent match for cold amberjack.

Happy New Year to you, Shoutaso ❗️. Isohaman is not a modern sweet and juicy type, but It's a great sake to pair with a meal😊. And I think the Honjozo is more delicious❗️.

I drank a lot this year, too. Last year, I had to give up my trip home due to the Corona disaster, but this year I'm spending the New Year's holiday at my parents' house. Today, on New Year's Eve, I chose this as the drink to end the year. It is sweet and delicious. This is a supreme sake that has a unique minerality, yet is elegantly put together. With such a clear sweetness, you would think it would be difficult to find a dish to pair it with, but surprisingly, it has a high affinity for most things. It must be the perfect balance. I sipped my New Year's Eve soba and drank my last glass while praying that Corona will be fully recovered next year. Have a happy new year, everyone.

Kagoshima is filled up. It's not to fill it up, but it's a brand which we always want to drink but never had a chance. So we bought it at the sake shop in Hasegawa after 5 years. And it just happened to be the last bottle. I guess it's quite popular. The syochu liqueur maker is familiar with the Takarazan series. There was a time when they were addicted to the full amount of sweetpotato malt. Now, the aroma of the Tenpui is fruity and banana-like. When you taste it, the sweetness comes first. It is followed by a spicy feeling. When you drink it and the temperature rises, the sweetness and the deliciousness swell more, and the clear quality of the sake reminds us of the distilled shochu. This sake can be recommended to both beginners and experienced sake drinkers. It is very popular.

We found an interesting Kaze no Mori. It's a nama-shu, but it can be served cold or warm. I had it cold first, and it was thicker and had a longer finish than ALPHA1. That's because the brewing water is partly made from 10 year old sake and last year's ALPHA5. In other words, it is a raw kijoshu. I heated it up in the microwave, but it was too warm for the usual one minute. The bubbly quality of the sake seems to make it difficult to warm up, so about a minute and a half was just right for a lukewarm brew. The aroma is like mirin. The sweetness and umami are even more intense than in cold sake, and the swooshiness that lingers even after heating reduces the sweetness. The wildness of the 80% polished rice gives it a clear outline of flavor, and it doesn't become bland when heated. I see, so a heated sake would be the right answer for this season. It would be good with something salty. However, it's too low in alcohol and too easy to drink, so if you're not careful, you won't be able to stop.

Christmas Eve with sake. If you are looking for a wine like sake, you can't miss this one. This is Viridian, the pinnacle of our year-round colors. By the way, this is the complete series. The aroma is citrusy. At low temperatures, the acidity stands out, but as the temperature rises, the sweetness is felt, and in addition, bitterness and astringency peek out. While the sweetness and acidity are the main characteristics of this sake, it is very complex and the impression changes every time you hold it in your mouth. As a general characteristic of Shinsei, it goes well with cheese and creamy dishes and cakes, so it is no exaggeration to say that it is a sake for Christmas (personal opinion). Have a wonderful Christmas Eve, everyone!

I bought it in a bottle for home drinking at the end of the year. It's a new sake, unfiltered and unpasteurized, with low alcohol content and a reasonable price. It's a double whammy. It has the sweetness and acidity of Senkou, the richness of unfiltered unpasteurized sake, the freshness of new sake, and the complexity and depth of Shokuban-zukuri. The snowman is delicious, but not as good as the snowman. It's a bottle that's too luxurious for an evening drink.

A rare bottle. It is brewed at the Hekiun brewery in Obihiro University of Agriculture and Veterinary Medicine, and is basically a regional sake that can only be purchased in Tokachi. It's basically a regional sake that can only be purchased in Tokachi, but if it's available at a limited number of stores, there's no choice but to buy it. The Tokachi that I bought before with different specifications was delicious, so I had high expectations. It has a milky aroma derived from rice. The sweetness is moderate, but the freshness and deliciousness come rushing in. There is no fruitiness, and the fact that it is made from rice is clearly evident in the structure, which is both modern and classic. It can be enjoyed on its own, but because of its rich and creamy quality, I thought it would go well with Tokachi's famous pork bowl.

A bottle to keep on hand for home drinking. It will overwhelm your refrigerator, but considering the speed at which it is consumed, the 1-sho bottle is the best choice. It's delicious regardless of the season. An adult ramune. New sake, which is often drunk at this time of year, is often fresh and rich, and has a slightly higher alcohol content. Is it a silent appeal from your liver that you want to have such a low-alcohol but tasty drink in between the rest days? My battle with self-control continues as I face the reality that drinking like water is the same thing after all. This year, I have a lot of year-end parties planned, which I couldn't do last year. I hope you all take care of yourselves.

This is a bottle recommended by a sake shop. I've had a few different kinds of this brand, and I have the impression that sake made with bodjimoto is sour, so I opened the bottle wondering if this was the same. It was chilled well, so it didn't blow out. The aroma is fruity. The taste is... Unlike what I imagined, the sweetness is clearly perceptible. You can feel the acidity, but it is different from the sourness, and it seems to be balanced so as not to be pulled down by the sweetness. In general, it is easy to drink, and I felt that I tasted a new genre of modern type even though it is made of Bodhi yeast.

In the blink of an eye, it's Shihanshu. I've been busy with various things, so it's been a while since I posted. What kind of sake will be brewed with CEL-24 yeast? I have no end of interest. It is very fresh even though it was brewed with fire. It has a fruitiness that is different from the familiar pineapple, and the sweet fruity flavor is well balanced by the dry and crisp sake quality, so you will not get tired of drinking it. I have the impression that Kameizumi CEL and Funanchu Hassaku coexist without fighting. In other words, they are the best of both worlds. It is a reverse peony that can be recommended to those who do not like sweet.

This year marks the 150th anniversary of its founding, so I bought a commemorative sake brewed using the brewing techniques of the time. I thought it would be better to drink this kind of sake in a wooden cup, so I prepared a wooden cup made of Yoshino cedar. It's served hot. The difference between this sake and the year-round Junmaishu that I personally recommend is that this one has more acidity, which makes it more crisp. The acidity is not to everyone's taste, but that is only when you drink it in a ceramic cup, not in a wooden cup. The affinity between the aroma of Yoshino cedar and the lactic acidity of this sake is extraordinary, and if you are not averse to barrel sake, you should definitely try it. It is also excellent as a food sake that goes well with any food as long as it is not strongly flavored or aromatic.

This is one bottle that has already been introduced to many people. Personally, Junmaishu is the supreme brand, but I heard that this seasonal product has many deep-rooted fans, so I bought it, even though it is a bit expensive for everyday drinking. In conclusion, I'm glad I bought it. The golden ratio of sweet, umami, and acidity and the sharpness of the flavor are qualities that are common to all collage brewers. The mellowness and complexity that comes from letting it sit for a summer has been added to it, and it is an excellent product with a deep flavor. It's addictive. It has a nuance of pears and goes well with late autumn flavors as a food sake. Well, I'm sure I'll be buying it again next year.

My first Akatake. I bought it in a bottle. There were only two bottles in the store, this and Gokujo No Zan, so for my first brand, I was suddenly forced to choose from High & Low. The "F" stands for "For You", and it was named with the thought that it is for those of you who enjoy drinking at ease. Even though it's a fire-retarded beer, the sound of the bottle opening is very loud. The aroma is apple. The sweetness is different from the apple-like sweet and sourness, and it has a smoothness unique to Alzoe. As you drink more and more, you can feel the umami, and it finishes with a hint of bitterness. It proves again that the negative image of aluzoe has nothing to do with excellent sake. The price for a bottle is a little over 2,700 yen including tax. Hopefully it will not become difficult to find. If the cheapest F has this quality, I wonder how good the best NoZan is.

My personal No.1 in the hiyaoroshi category. At this time of year, when the lineup at the store is shifting from hiyaoroshi to nama-shu, we took a look back. I drank more hiyaoroshi this year than last year, including some that I haven't uploaded, but it's my personal favorite, and it's far and away the best. It is the same as Shinsei, a low alcohol version that is undiluted sake at 13 degrees. It has a fresh fruit aroma, and when you drink it, you get a clear sweetness with some minerality, and the umami that follows. It has a clear sweetness with some minerality. The bottle is also stylish. The taste of the brewer shines through. When I think about it, the kasumi nama-shu was also delicious, and the new nama-shu that's coming out now should be absolutely delicious, so I have to buy this.
