Daring to drink warm sake.
It's the season for summer and cold sake, but is it just me, or is it a luxury to drink heated sake in a room that's been chilled to the bone?
This 45% polished Junmai Daiginjo is served warm, which defies conventional thinking. It's kind of a waste, but I warmed it up to around 50°C as it says.
The aroma is of freshly cooked rice.
It's clear and uncluttered, with a sweetness and deliciousness that spreads slowly through the mouth.
It reminds me of the egg rolls I used to eat.
The way it melts and disappears is just like that.
The alcohol content is also low at 14 degrees, which is great for this time of year. It's a delicious new style of heated sake.

Good evening ☺️.
I think it's a luxury to drink hot sake in an air-conditioned room. Even if you drink cold sake, it makes your body temperature high, doesn't it?

Ane, good morning ☀️.
I recommend warmed sake in summer because it's more refreshing than cold sake 😋.
