しょうたそ
It's been a long time since we've had Wakamusume.
And it's raw sake. The expectation is high even before drinking.
The aroma is like a lactic acid bacteria drink.
From the first sip, the beautiful sweetness is assertive, followed by the freshness unique to nama-shu, with a touch of acidity and bitterness, and then it finishes with a bit of astringency.
The aftertaste of sweetness is pleasant.
It is not a flashy unfiltered raw sake, but it is very stable and delicious.
As you continue to drink it, you will start to feel the sweet and sour taste, but this is probably due to the change as the temperature rises.
It is also great that you can enjoy different flavors depending on the temperature range.
