It's been a while since my family got together, so we went to Sushiro for takeout. It was the first time I ordered this since New Year's, but the quality was totally different and it tasted so much better 🍣 (Is it because we order so much during New Year's?).
I went to the Imadaiji brewery and bought this sake the last time I went back to my parents' house.
I tasted it and liked the aroma of the wooden vat, so I brought it home.
The aroma of the wooden vat whetted my appetite 😋 and in no time at all, I was finished drinking it all... I liked the aroma so much that I wondered if I should drink it on its own. I was wondering if it would be better to drink it by itself 😅.

Is the label of Mr. Imadaiji? Is the label of Imadaiji made of sutra wood?
Sushiro obviously serves food with sashimi on rice balls when you order during peak season 😂.

Hi, Matsuchiyo 😃Yes, it is! It's Imadaiji's label and it's wrapped with Kochihara sutra wood 🌲It's nice from the label ✨.
After all, it's very different from Sushiro during the ⁉️ busy season 🤣Sharidama 🤣.
