I often saw it at Sake no Wa and thought 🤔 I would like to try it someday and then I came across it! I'm so glad! I was torn between Miyamanishiki and Sasanishiki, but decided to go with Miyamanishiki. At first it was mellow, with a pleasantly rounded acidity, then I felt it was surprisingly dry and sharp. It was quite tasty! It is a food wine type and the acidity seems to go well with strongly seasoned food. Thank you very much for the drink!

I have always wanted to drink Hakurakusei. I was only able to drink Atago's Matsuri, so I'm looking forward to it 😆. Iyan! It's my favorite type! It has a little bit of umami on the palate, and after a gentle acidity, it quickly goes downhill. I can agree with the statement that it aims to be the ultimate food sake👍. I paired it with yakiniku (grilled meat), and although the sake itself is not so assertive, it doesn't lose the flavor, or rather, it doesn't get in the way of it! I wish there was a distributor nearby so I could make it a staple in my house, but the store is too far away 😂.

Swollen right index toe 🤣. Gout? Bruise? Bacterial infection? My uric acid level is elevated. The doctor's opinion is that there is a high possibility of gout, and even if it is false gout, if the uric acid level is high, I should start medication after the swelling goes down. Okay, I'll take it! I'll take it! I'll take it 😆. First brand, Urasato's Namahashiroshi! It has a gentle mouthfeel, umami, soft acidity, and a soothing aftertaste. Delicious! It was a good combination of a traditional sake and a modern type, which I have never experienced before. Thank you very much for the food 😄.

This is my first Isshaku Suisei. It is moderately tasty, with a nice acidity and bitterness, followed by a good sharpness. It is quite tasty! I think it shows its true potential as a food sake. Thank you very much for the sake 😄.

Finally got around to drinking it, yuma. I have high hopes for it because of the good reputation of Sake-no-wa! It has a nice form, thin and cloudy with a little foam when poured into a glass. It's delicious, with a refreshing acidity at its core, a drinkability that doesn't make you feel low al, and a mellow aftertaste! Glad to hear Fukuoka sake is on the up and up😄. Thanks for the treat👍

Japanease Sake Subscription Service at my parents' house, August is Takasago from Shizuoka. I couldn't tell almost any difference between the three bottles due to my stupid tongue, so I'm posting a summary 🤣. The taste is delicious! It has a beautiful mouthfeel at first, but then the umami comes through and it has a good acidity and a nice sharpness. Thank you very much for the food 👍

I had only a memory of having had Mutsu Hachisen once, so I bought it to taste it again. It was dry and astringent. It's not bad, but I personally didn't like it much because I felt the astringent bitterness first. I got drunk and in the second half of the bottle, I didn't feel the unpleasant part 😅. The sake quality itself is good as I was able to finish it! Thanks for the food 😄

Machida Shuzo is becoming a favorite. It is sweet and juicy with a nice, refreshing aftertaste. The sweetness doesn't linger in the second half, so you can go all the way through! I don't think it had as much bitterness in the aftertaste as other types. I like that bitterness, but it's no substitute for deliciousness 😄. Thank you for the food👍

The brew is a drink that they want you to drink privately and then check the tasting sheet to see what the brew is all about. I saw it first😅. Rice, you'll never know 😂. Brewing process, you'll never know 😭 Polishing ratio, I might get it right 🤣. I'm glad I looked at the contents first 🤣. The sake itself is refreshing but has a nice complex aftertaste that makes you feel the depth of flavor. I was able to finish it without getting bored! Thank you for the food👍 By the way, the small bottle next to the bottle is a newly arrived bottle of Kangiku's Kenaiyama, which was given to us by the store! It was juicy, sweet and tasty, with just the right amount of bitterness! I felt like I got a great deal 😄!

Good job Mountain! I bought it to say this 😄 It's a good bottle, low alcohol, acidic, not hooking, with a good flavor that makes you gobble it up! It doesn't get dull in the second half! Akabu seems to be SEA and MOUNTAIN for me. Thank you very much for the drink!

Just the thought of drinking Tazake helps to relieve some of the fatigue 😆 Unlike usual, it has a stronger sweetness and a gorgeous taste. Well, it's still good! Hiyoroshi is already out! Isn't it getting earlier and earlier with the rice harvest 🤔 Well, I'll drink it 😄 It has a nice flavor, moderate dryness, and a reassuring taste👍and the acidity seems to be showing the effects of aging. I felt the acidity rounded out and gave it a nice peculiarity! I like Shigemasu because it's tasty and cosy😄

I enjoy the liquor stores I frequent in my neighborhood because sometimes they sell small quantities of brands they don't normally carry. This time I bought a bottle of Kamizo, which I had not tasted before, because it was stocked. It is delicious with a fruity flavor, gentle sweetness, dark umami, and a sourness that rounds out the taste! Polishing is 70, and the goodness of unpasteurized water is well expressed and the umami is rich, but not harsh. I could enjoy it to the end without any lingering flavor! Thank you for the sake 😊.

I have been wanting to try it from the jacket and finally came across it and bought it. However! My wife drank it and I have 2 cm left 😭 I'll try my best to taste it! Sweet and tasty! I had only ever had Halcyon for Kouei Kiku 🤔, so I bought a bottle of Snocre with Ori to try. When I opened the bottle, it was pon! and quite energetic. There is quite a bit of fizz. The supernatant is dry with a sour and bitter taste. When the oli is mixed, it softens and the bitterness settles down. Although it is low-alcoholic, it is quite tasty and has enough alcohol taste. I heard it tastes even better after a few days after opening the bottle, but I drank it 😅 thanks for the treat 😊.

Local sake Kan Hokuto. It is consistently delicious. Even though it is super dry, it has a touch of sweetness and is moderately dry with a crisp cut. Kanpokuto's nama-shu is sweeter and fresher than the hi-ire sake. Thank you for the food 😄.

My brother gave me 5,000 yen and asked me to buy him a second bottle of sake, Wakanami Yumachi! We ended up comparing two bottles of Yumachi. The total price for the two bottles was 4,950 yen! I'm sorry and thank you brother 🤣. It has a strong umami flavor, with a nice sweetness and a juicy minerality that gives it a thick aftertaste, making it very drinkable and delicious! My impression is that the Saku is beautiful, the Wakanami is energetic and both are definitely delicious! I was happy to drink them alternately. Thank you for the food 😄.
