It is the 19th brewery in Kochi Prefecture and was started by a former Kameizumi sake brewer. A nearby liquor store started selling it, so I bought some. There are four kinds of sake: three are jun-dai and one is tokubetsu junmai. I chose this one 😅 thinking that the special junmai is the guideline of the brewery's taste, right? I chose this one 😅.
It has a light taste. After a slight sweetness, it has a fresh acidity that makes it easy to drink. It is easy to drink without any aftertaste. I dare to compare it to a wine.

Japanease Sake Subscription Service March at my parents' house.
The red one is dry but tasty, and the black one is light and dry. Both are not only refreshing, but the acidity and bitterness in the aftertaste gives it a satisfying finish. Both are delicious, but my favorite is the red one 😊.

I bought it because the cold North Star looked like something I would enjoy. I was told by Tsuyodai that it is good with carbonated water, so I am looking forward to that as well.
It has a slightly rounded flavor with almost no sweetness, and is moderately dry. It is good as a food sake.
When mixed with soda, it is delicious! It's refreshing, and the alcohol feeling goes away and you end up guzzling it down. It was enjoyable and tasty. Thank you for the food 😊.

I was curious to buy this product because I heard they use Fukuoka Jushinmu.
It has a nice, energetic, shwashy taste. The sweetness is slight, and because of the gassy feeling, you can drink it crisply without feeling the alcohol.
It was delicious!

It's also the first time I've seen it. I bought it because of the cool label and the fact that it was an unfiltered, unpasteurized sake.
It was my second bottle, so I don't remember the details, but I think it was delicious, with a touch of sweetness and dryness, with a good kick 😄.
The next day I had a blood test for gout in the morning, but when I honestly told the doctor about it, he laughed and said let's extend the test to the next time.

The sweetness and umami freshness are very good, and the aftertaste is gentle. It is quite tasty.
The sweetness in the second half of the bottle seemed to be on the verge of becoming dry, but it didn't. It was enjoyable to drink 😄.

It is delicious😊I felt the taste is similar to Miyazumi which I drank earlier. I think this one has a little more grain accent.
I forgot that it was a bit of a ogara-mi and was surprised when it started to get cloudy after the last 3 cups 😅.
