A liquor store within the purchasing area started carrying this one a while ago and I wanted to try it. This one has a rich and delicious flavor 😄. The umami is thick, the grain-based acidity adds to the drinkability, and the bitterness finishes it all off nicely. I went to bed after enjoying three cups because I had to run errands the next day and my wife drank it all up again 😭 Oh no, it's strong. I fell in love with it all over again 🤣❤️

Although it says "super dry", it has a gentle sweetness in the mouth, and after the energetic drinking response of the raw sake, it is refreshingly sharp! Personally, I think it goes well with strong flavored food. It's still delicious!

This is my first time to drink Nakashimaya. I opened the bottle thinking it would be a summer sake. Oh, it's dark! It is thick! It has umami, alcohol, acidity, and rice flavor. I personally like it 😊. The more I drink, the more the umami becomes familiar and the more I drink👍. It's different from today's summer sake with a light acidity, and when it's hot, the sake tastes thick and delicious! Thank you for the food 😄.

This is my first ROOM, and I drink it with Trafalgar's ability in my mind, It's not particularly outstanding, but it has a gentle taste. I think it is easier to drink than a classic sake. It can be drunk chilled or at room temperature. It doesn't interfere with food, so I think it goes well with a variety of foods. It was delicious all the way through 😊. Thanks for the treat.

Continuation of firsts. Nagato Gorge. It seems to be limited to liquor stores. It has a juicy taste and a good balance of sweetness and acidity. It is delicious without any sticking point! The sweetness seems to have settled down in the second half, and we enjoyed it to the end without getting tired of drinking! Thank you very much for the drink!

First time for me to try Kunigon. The name gives the impression of Japanese sake. It is unexpectedly refreshing and delicious. It is easy to drink, so you can enjoy it while eating! I couldn't finish it, so I drank it a week after opening the bottle and found that it had added sweetness. It is easy to drink and tastes good too! It's been a long time since I've had a Hiran. Since it's the same Kyushu, it's easy to get and it's always good 😅 even though it's delicious. Oh, it's still delicious! It has a pleasant gasiness and sourness, not too sweet, mellow oli, and a clean aftertaste. Maybe it's because it's made from the traditional sake yeast, but the acidity seems to be thicker and it's very drinkable. I was satisfied and enjoyed it. Thank you very much for the sake 😄.

Just when I was getting a little tired of refreshing summer sake Shimane sake caught my eye 😆 and it lived up to my expectations 👍It's a summer sake but it has a strong umami flavor. It was a summer sake with a strong umami taste, and although it was labeled as super dry, it had just the right amount of cleanness on the back end 😆. It's delicious! I drank it at a high pace so the next day was a bit tough 😅 Thank you for the food 😄.

I wanted to drink Toyobai, so I went to a store that carries it, but this one caught my eye and I bought it. It is a good all-around food sake with a clear dry taste and a nice bitterness. The alcohol is a little low and it goes down well. The more drunk I get, the more I get used to it.

I'm looking forward to this as it's the first schwarzwaffle from the brewery, planned by a newcomer to Kanbokuto! And affordable since it's about 1500 yen 😊. It was so energetic that I had to open and close it for about three minutes to empty it. It's not sweet, but it's a refreshing drink and can go well as a mealtime drink! It's dry and tasty with a crisp and clean aftertaste! However, it has a strong effervescence, so it is more of a first half sake than a finish sake for me personally. It was quite tasty as a booster for the first half of drinking over two days! Best of luck with the challenge👍Thanks for the treat 😆.

Father's Day, a day with a great cause for drinking. I find it interesting that the kids don't seem to care as much as they do on Mother's Day. I felt like I drank the Omine, but I only drank a cup of sake for the first time 😅I think I was mixing it up with the Tenbi. It's sweet, gassy, and tastes good with just the right amount of sourness! There's not a lot of oli, so you can't really tell the change when you mix it. The quality of the sweetness was good and I enjoyed it all the way through! Thanks for the treat👍

I saw a post on a liquor store's Instagram saying it was so good that they drank it up, so I bought it to drink up myself. It is delicious! It has a classical mouthfeel, but the dryness from the mellow umami flavor makes the drink go down very well👍. It has a high alcohol content, so be careful not to drink too much. I drank too much and it was hard the next day! Thanks for the drink!

When mixed, the silky taste is added and it is delicious. When the temperature rises in the latter half of the bottle, a bit of bitterness comes out, but that is also good. Japanease Sake Subscription Service for May at my parents' house. I am looking forward to this brand, which I did not know. I looked up the name of the brewery on Sake-no-wa, but there is no brand registered, so I wonder if there are only a few in circulation. KARA-NISHIKI All Yamadanishiki Junmai Daiginjo It is the lightest and driest of all the brands, but it has a delicious umami flavor. Aizo All Aizan Junmai Daiginjo It does not have the sweetness typical of Aizan, but it is delicious with umami and bitterness. Koshiden Junmai Daiginjyo Genshu It has a little bit of an aged taste, but the quality of the sake is good, so it is very drinkable and tasty. Japanease is basically always good. I wish there was a nama-zake (unpasteurized sake) because it is always heat-irrigated. Sorry for my selfishness. Thank you again for this month's sake 😆.
