The brew is a drink that they want you to drink privately and then check the tasting sheet to see what the brew is all about. I saw it first😅. Rice, you'll never know 😂. Brewing process, you'll never know 😭 Polishing ratio, I might get it right 🤣. I'm glad I looked at the contents first 🤣. The sake itself is refreshing but has a nice complex aftertaste that makes you feel the depth of flavor. I was able to finish it without getting bored! Thank you for the food👍 By the way, the small bottle next to the bottle is a newly arrived bottle of Kangiku's Kenaiyama, which was given to us by the store! It was juicy, sweet and tasty, with just the right amount of bitterness! I felt like I got a great deal 😄!

I drank it over several days, which was unusual for me. As the days went by, the initial mouthfeel became thicker and thicker, and it was delicious. The aftertaste was mellow and satisfying. It is fire-brewed, so there was no major change in taste, but it was quite an excellent bottle. Thank you for the drink 😆.

Good job Mountain! I bought it to say this 😄 It's a good bottle, low alcohol, acidic, not hooking, with a good flavor that makes you gobble it up! It doesn't get dull in the second half! Akabu seems to be SEA and MOUNTAIN for me. Thank you very much for the drink!

I'm tired from all the things that have happened this week. When I'm tired, I drink sake😄. Just the thought of drinking Tazake helps to relieve some of the fatigue 😆 Unlike usual, it has a stronger sweetness and a gorgeous taste. Well, it's still good! Hiyoroshi is already out! Isn't it getting earlier and earlier with the rice harvest 🤔 Well, I'll drink it 😄 It has a nice flavor, moderate dryness, and a reassuring taste👍and the acidity seems to be showing the effects of aging. I felt the acidity rounded out and gave it a nice peculiarity! I like Shigemasu because it's tasty and cosy😄

I enjoy the liquor stores I frequent in my neighborhood because sometimes they sell small quantities of brands they don't normally carry. This time I bought a bottle of Kamizo, which I had not tasted before, because it was stocked. It is delicious with a fruity flavor, gentle sweetness, dark umami, and a sourness that rounds out the taste! Polishing is 70, and the goodness of unpasteurized water is well expressed and the umami is rich, but not harsh. I could enjoy it to the end without any lingering flavor! Thank you for the sake 😊.

I have been wanting to try it from the jacket and finally came across it and bought it. However! My wife drank it and I have 2 cm left 😭 I'll try my best to taste it! Sweet and tasty! Gently drinkable! I wanted to see what would happen to the sweetness as I drank more but I don't know😅. I was hooked when I drank one 😊. Thank you for the drink 🤣.

I had only ever had Halcyon for Kouei Kiku 🤔, so I bought a bottle of Snocre with Ori to try. When I opened the bottle, it was pon! and quite energetic. There is quite a bit of fizz. The supernatant is dry with a sour and bitter taste. When the oli is mixed, it softens and the bitterness settles down. Although it is low-alcoholic, it is quite tasty and has enough alcohol taste. I heard it tastes even better after a few days after opening the bottle, but I drank it 😅 thanks for the treat 😊.

Local sake Kan Hokuto. It is consistently delicious. Even though it is super dry, it has a touch of sweetness and is moderately dry with a crisp cut. Kanpokuto's nama-shu is sweeter and fresher than the hi-ire sake. Thank you for the food 😄.

My brother gave me 5,000 yen and asked me to buy him a second bottle of sake, Wakanami Yumachi! We ended up comparing two bottles of Yumachi. The total price for the two bottles was 4,950 yen! I'm sorry and thank you brother 🤣. It has a strong umami flavor, with a nice sweetness and a juicy minerality that gives it a thick aftertaste, making it very drinkable and delicious! My impression is that the Saku is beautiful, the Wakanami is energetic and both are definitely delicious! I was happy to drink them alternately. Thank you for the food 😄.

It has a nice aroma, a strong umami, a soft sweetness, a bit of sourness and bitterness, and a gentle sharpness. It is delicious! We all enjoyed it together. Thank you for the food 😄.

I hadn't had a chance to try Nabeshima Purple Nama Sake yet, so I found it when the fridge was moderately empty and bought it. It was delicious enough to be fire-aged, so my expectations were high: ❤️ Sweet and juicy with a crisp aftertaste! It has a good quality sweetness that doesn't linger even after drinking. Personally, I can enjoy it on its own or with food. It is difficult to stop until the bottle is empty, so handle with care 😄.

I got a bottle of Tropical Boom Boom light nigori that I wanted to drink! They say it goes well with meat, so we will have it with grilled meat. It doesn't have a strong sweetness, but the darker flavor, fizziness, and acidity are delicious with meat. The juiciness has a tropical feel! I didn't notice much difference when I mixed the top and nigori 😅I guess it got a little softer, sorry for my stupid tongue. I could recognize again that wakamusume is delicious. This is the third incident of my wife being left 2cm after I told her to leave it for me 😭. It's now a regular event 🤣. I managed to taste it with the rest! I had an image of Bikyuu as a sweet sake, but it was dry with a refreshing aftertaste. The aftertaste is also refreshing and tastes like a summer sake.

This is a challenging sake from Shigemasu. This time, the alcohol content is 11%. To be honest, we think it is a bit thin in terms of drinkability, but it has a good low alcohol content and a good acidity which is good for hot weather. And it is cheap😄. I found myself drinking a lot of it. Thanks for the drink 🍶.

I bought it because I heard that it was cute and came from a work by Kenji Miyazawa. It has a light and refreshing taste. I think it is a good type for summer. However, when I looked up Kenji Miyazawa's "Yamanashi," I found that it is a story about water, and I found a theory that "Clammbon" might be bubbles in water. If so, this fits the image perfectly! It represents bubbles in the water! I was impressed and reminded again that the brewery is awesome! Thanks for the treat 😆.

Ihyakumangoku by Machida Shuzo. The Miyamanishiki was good but a bit sweet, so I was hoping this one would be better. I expected this one to be better! Delicious! I like the coexistence of sweetness and bitterness better here. It's drinkable and I like it👍. Thanks for the treat😄

First of all, it looks great. The power word is "active nigori" (nigori is a raw sake). And Gokotsuru! I thought for sure it would be delicious, so I bought it. I opened the bottle without difficulty, but when I poured it into a glass, it started to shrivel up. It doesn't have the thick sweetness of Mikotsuru, but it has a gentle sweetness, a refreshing acidity, and the bitterness of nigori is delicious 😊. It is moderately dry and refreshing, and you will not get tired of drinking it. It was delicious! Thank you for the food 😄

I had often seen Winter Moon, but was lured by the words "nigori" (second fermentation in the bottle) and picked it up for the first time. This is delicious! The mild sweetness and refreshing acidity are well balanced with the effervescence. The slight bitterness and effervescence of the muddiness rounds out the aftertaste nicely. This is one I would like to drink again! Thanks for the food😊.
