What is Ultimate Shiboritate? I was curious and bought it. It has a fresh, mellow, sweet, and thick taste, and is very drinkable. I was a little uncomfortable with the richness, but it was nice and full of freshly squeezed flavor. Thank you for the treat 😊.

I had never had this Kibotsu Tsuru, so I tried to drink it, but I had already had it last year 😂. And for some reason I drank it a week after opening the bottle. It was a bit gassy and sweet. I thought I would probably prefer it right after opening the bottle after reading my post from last year 🤣. I felt my memory was deteriorating and I was getting old at the beginning of the year 😂.

Happy New Year 🎍. I look forward to seeing your posts again this year 😊. As for myself, I was able to celebrate New Year's at Jyushiro again this year! I'm so happy 😄. It is still delicious! The seventh and last bottle at the party after the end of the year alert! We opened a bottle of this one, which we were sure would be a good cloudy sake for everyone. Everyone was satisfied with this dangerous sake, which has a vibrant effervescence, silky rice flavor, acidity, and dryness that makes it easy to drink in large gulps 😊. I had a hard time deciding which of the three types of Sentori Modern I wanted to try, so I decided to go with the safe one 🤣. But any of the Sentori should be delicious! I'm sure Jay & Nobby said so too! After drinking Tamagawa, I wondered how it would be, but it was delicious! Low alcohol but full of umami and well balanced with acidity. It's another good sake that you can drink a lot of. I drank a lot 😅. Sake is the best 😆.

I used to be able to review it right after drinking it, but lately I don't want to do anything after drinking it and it's not until the next day. Must be my age😅. Well, this is my first Tamagawa. It's delicious! It tastes like it has been aged even though it is freshly pressed, and the high alcohol content gives it a strong alcoholic taste, but the aftertaste is surprisingly refreshing and you can drink a lot 🤣. I was able to drink it all up. Thank you for the drink 😊.

I was intrigued by the retro label and the sake brewing method. The back of the bottle says it is made with prewar methods, but aims for a modern sake quality. I'm not sure, I'll just have to drink it and find out 😆. It is a gentle and beautiful sake! The acidity is also gentle and easy to drink! The label gave me an image of classical sake, which was surprising, but it was delicious!

I wasn't sure when to open it, so why not at Christmas? I decided to drink it! When I poured the supernatant into the glass, it automatically stirred, and I said something like "a snow globe of sake", but my family ignored it. The gasiness, the gentle umami and sweetness of the rice, the acidity, and the slight bitterness are pleasant and delicious! It tastes better when mixed with more than just the top layer of rice. Thank you very much for the food 😄.

A junior colleague of mine at work just joined the family and I was going to give him a bottle of Kangiku 39, but I decided it would be rude as a sake drinker to give him something he's never had, so I bought two bottles and drank one before giving it to him 😆 (I just wanted to drink it 🤣). Delicious! The gasiness, the fine, gentle sweetness and acidity, it goes down your throat easily without any stickiness. The lingering aftertaste after swallowing is clean and well balanced between drinkability and mouthfeel! I think this is a delicious bottle that I can recommend to both people who are not used to drinking sake and people who drink sake all the time!

The water is for water, the bird is for rooster, and together they are called sake, so the sake shop owner told me. When I drank it, the aroma had a cheese-like characteristic.
