I drank it a long time ago, but my memory of the taste has faded, so I decided to face it. It tastes good, but I don't remember it being this sweet 😅I don't like the smell when I swallow it. I thought it was not this sweet 😅I don't really like the aroma when I swallowed it. But it became nice as the temperature went up. Has my taste changed? Well, tastes change, so I guess it can't be helped 😆.

I bought it out of curiosity because I had never had it before, as it uses Association No. 1 yeast. I thought it might be a classic, since it was made with Association No. 1 yeast. From the image of the bottle, it seems to be a gorgeous wine, right? Well, I opened the bottle. It has a gentle sweetness and a mild mouthfeel. It has a sourness and is very tasty without being stuck in the mouth 😊. The sweetness didn't make the second half of the bottle dull, and it was delicious all the way through!

I drank this sake at a welcome and farewell party for the replacement of a shrine director. It was a cold sake from the all-you-can-drink menu, and I did not have high expectations for it, but it was a light, medium-bodied sake that was quite tasty.

The sweetness of the Takachiyo was getting too heavy, so I switched to this sake. The first sip was surprisingly dry and different from the previous sake, but as I continued drinking it, it was delicious with a refreshing umami flavor and a smooth finish! It was a bottle that goes well with summer.

I was attracted by the name "Tokonatsumusume" and bought it. It is a self-imposed rule that sake named "Musume" is often delicious. It is easy to drink and tastes good with moderate sweetness and fresh acidity. The sweetness became too heavy in the second half, so I decided to stop halfway through and enjoy a taste change at a later date.

On the Instagram of a neighborhood liquor store I often visit, there was a post about how this was the first time I met Kibotsuru. I was so deeply moved that I bought it. I will taste it again. The first time I drank it, I remember it was easy to drink and delicious! But when I drink it now, the acidity comes to the fore, just like a summer sake, and it is refreshing and easy to drink. It is also well-balanced! As a junmai sake, the rice flavor is also very strong and satisfying! I feel like checking out the sake I enjoyed when I first started drinking sake 😊.

This is my first time drinking Shiki. Before I drank it, I expected it to be a "umami" type of wine. Oh, this was a little off! My expectation was a little off! Various flavors are coming out in a flash. I was confused at first, but it slowly became more and more delicious! It's so easy to get used to it in the mouth and drink it fast! It's fun! This is why I can't stop drinking sake🤣.

Imanishi by Imanishi Sake Brewery, which brews Mimuro Sugi. This is the first time I have had it including Mimuro Sugi. It is delicious! It has a strong umami flavor, but it goes down your throat easily without any stickiness. Although it is fire-aged, it also feels fresh and is very easy to drink.

The second bottle of Japanease sake regular delivery at my parents' house. This one is 100% Omachi and is aluzo-sweetened. It seems to have a strong umami flavor, perhaps due to the adjustment of the taste. It is also very well made and delicious. My favorite was the jun-dai. Thank you again for this month's sake.

I bought it at a nearby store that carried it because Gura's comment sounded delicious. The cute clerk at the cash register said, "I drank this one too, and it was delicious and easy to drink! She said, "I drank it too, it was easy to drink and delicious! I will write a comment again 🤣. The clerk at the local liquor store recommended it, so I bought it with high hopes! It's 13%, but it doesn't feel too thin, and you can drink it in a very easy way! Thanks for the drink!

I had actually bought it as a Mother's Day toast, but I put it in the fridge to drink next time since I wouldn't be able to drink that much, but I opened the bottle because I had finished the Sekizen. But I opened the bottle because I had finished Sekizen! It is delicious! It's silky and fresh with a strong umami that you can tell even though it's drunk! It was 300mm so it was a quick treat👍.

This sake is made with carnation flower yeast. This is a convenient item to drink for the reason of Mother's Day! I'll buy it myself and have my kids pass it on to my wife 😆. The aroma of carnation is not ....... I'm not sure if it's a good idea to buy a bottle for my mother, but it has a nice flavor and is soft and comfortable without being too heavy. I had to work the next day, but we drank it together. Thank you very much for the food 😄.

It has a strong flavor, good acidity and sharpness, and goes on and on! I would repeat it if I saw it, but I haven't seen it 😅. Thanks again for the food this month 😆.

Japanease Sake Subscription Service at my parents' house. The first of three bottles is this one, which looks like something expensive. It is alsochueted, but the flavor is very well adjusted! It has a beautiful mouthfeel and the flavor is too smooth. It was so good, I muttered to myself, "It's so good! Thank you very much for the food!

It took five minutes to open the bottle, but it opened successfully. Yes, it is delicious. It has just the right amount of flavor, acidity, bitterness, and effervescence, making it a great toast! However, I felt it was not a sake to drink all the time. The second half of the bottle became too strong, so I finished it halfway. I let it sit for a week and drank it again. Delicious! It's a little mellower, but it's still fizzy and fresh👍. High level of quirkiness! Thanks for the treat 😆.

It was suddenly in stock for the first time at a nearby liquor store. I was torn between junmai ginjo and tokubetsu junmai and decided on tokubetsu jun. It has a clean flavor and goes down the throat gently. It has a freshness of unfiltered raw sake, but it is not rough and very tasty! Thank you very much for the food👍

I opened a bottle of this one because I ran out of Eikyun. I thought the name "Masamune" might have a sharp taste, but it was gentle and pleasant, just like Nagano sake.
