Third bottle of Japanease sake subscription at my parents' house! I wasn't expecting the most from the looks of it, but I liked it the best 😆👍. It has a strong flavor, good acidity and sharpness, and goes on and on! I would repeat it if I saw it, but I haven't seen it 😅. Thanks again for the food this month 😆.

Japanease Sake Subscription Service at my parents' house. The first of three bottles is this one, which looks like something expensive. It is alsochueted, but the flavor is very well adjusted! It has a beautiful mouthfeel and the flavor is too smooth. It was so good, I muttered to myself, "It's so good! Thank you very much for the food!

My first Rokune, I chose Tiger Eye because of the naming. Well balanced, juicy, tasty and delicious! It also has a sharpness👍 I think it is a safe and tasty brand 😄.

It took five minutes to open the bottle, but it opened successfully. Yes, it is delicious. It has just the right amount of flavor, acidity, bitterness, and effervescence, making it a great toast! However, I felt it was not a sake to drink all the time. The second half of the bottle became too strong, so I finished it halfway. I let it sit for a week and drank it again. Delicious! It's a little mellower, but it's still fizzy and fresh👍. High level of quirkiness! Thanks for the treat 😆.

It was suddenly in stock for the first time at a nearby liquor store. I was torn between junmai ginjo and tokubetsu junmai and decided on tokubetsu jun. It has a clean flavor and goes down the throat gently. It has a freshness of unfiltered raw sake, but it is not rough and very tasty! Thank you very much for the food👍

I opened a bottle of this one because I ran out of Eikyun. I thought the name "Masamune" might have a sharp taste, but it was gentle and pleasant, just like Nagano sake. Third bottle of barbecue after local cleaning! I thought I wouldn't be drinking that much sake since I had bought one beer or something, but they're out? I thought they wouldn't drink that much sake, but they ran out? No matter! I went home and brought my own stock. We were all not used to drinking unfiltered raw sake, so I was surprised to see how sizzling and fresh sake tastes! They were happy to hear that all the sake tasted good, even though they tasted very different from one brand to the next👍. All I remember is that the Tenshin was delicious 🤣. That was the end of the sake, but we enjoyed it after that 😄.

The second one after cleaning the gutter! I tried a slightly better one. I think it's a definite good Sake Mirai with Nanbu Bijin 😊. The Daiginjyo has a clear polished finish with a strong umami and acidity behind it. It's good too! It was well received by the locals! Of course it was a instant kill 🤣 everyone was drinking beer, shochu, and highballs 😅.

A party to thank the local firefighters after cleaning out the ditches to secure the water supply! Since I'm the treasurer, I'll throw in a tasty one to promote sake. It's juicy and tasty with a delicious sourness! Some people don't drink sake, but they killed it 🤣. Lately, my daughters have been joining the couple's late night drinking sessions for snacks. I've started preparing a little more snacks 😅I'm actually a little happy 😆. Now, I drink it for the first time after changing from Fukuda to Fukkai. I feel like it's changing from a refreshing type to a juicy type. It's good to stick to the same taste, and it's also good to change! The minerality and sizzling acidity that reminds me of the ocean gently stimulates my tongue. The aftertaste is a bit bothersome, but it is also unique and deliciously enjoyable. Sake from the Kyushu group is easy to get, so I want to follow them as much as possible 😆.

This is my first time to drink Hiraizumi. The previous information was that the sake was -13 and that it had a strong acidity. We drank it while imagining various things. It is not so sweet, and the acidity, which is slightly fruity, gives it a refreshing finish with just the right amount of sake. fried small horse mackerel, simmered bamboo shoots and thick fried tofu, vermicelli and spinach with sea chicken... I have to drink 🤣. I bought Hyakusai because of its cosiness and naming. The moment I put it in my mouth, I almost thought it was an old-fashioned sake, though the aroma is rich... but it is delicious with a perfect line and a modern atmosphere. The richness of the flavor was not too strong, and it was a very satisfying bottle of sake with a mouthfeel that is hard to find! Thank you very much for the sake!

This one tastes like a middle ground between the first and second bottles. It tastes like a balance of sweetness and mellowness after aging. Always azakashi at my parents' house😄.

It has less sweetness and a crisp, clean taste. It is amazing that the difference in production methods can produce such a wide range of flavors. It is a good sake for a mealtime drink.

Since Tsuyodai-san was drinking it, I was too curious and rushed to the Asahi Kiku dealer without checking! There it was! I bought it! Bon appétit 🙏! Hou! It's dry, slightly effervescent, with a strong sake taste and a nice bitterness at the end. I think it's a pretty good food sake. Let's try Asahi Kiku or Ayahana next time 😆.
