The fourth bottle is here. Maybe my memory of the taste is a bit fuzzy from here😅. Apparently it's a limited edition sake from Hirashima Brewery in Kitakyushu and it was so healthy that it flew when opened 🫧. It was fruity, easy to drink, and had the richness and flavor of a lactobacillus drink ✨.

We compared the Fukuoka and Hiroshima Denko drinks. Both are fruity, but the Fukuoka one is more refreshing and the Hiroshima one has a melon-like flavor, which I preferred.

It is an original brand of Hirashima Sake Shop and is made by Mitsui no Kotobuki. I had not been able to get my hands on it because of its rather high price, but I took the plunge and bought it. It has an aroma that is typical of daiginjo-style sake, a clean, dry taste, and a refreshing aftertaste! It is a sake that you can honestly feel. Is it a campaign? I got twice as many stickers for this sake only, so I felt the taste was twice as good 😄.

We also received it in December, but since it was the last bottle, we didn't hesitate to get it. It has a refreshing pear-like aroma and taste. No matter how many times I drink it, I always find it so good that I roar.

I was wondering if I could have half of each? Yes, please. Apparently, it's a private brand of a store in Kitakyushu. We were told that it is made by the Aihara Sake Brewery, which brews Amego no Tsuki in Hiroshima! We started with the manager's recommendation! Junmai Daiginjo, so easy to drink! Tastes like pears! A little hard? A little hard? We started comparing while sipping on salted fish from Thailand! Knowledge The reason for the sake name "Denko Ishibka" comes from the title of the movie "Denko Ishibka no Otoko" starring Keiichiro Akagi, a Nikkatsu star of yesteryear. *On a rare occasion, I forgot to take a picture of the endorsement. Sake-no-Iwa submission, only 10 Denko-Seokka in the past. I borrowed the endorsement photo!
