Tanaka Rokugo is a Fukuoka sake missionary activity, as many locals have never had it. It was well received! Sake from outside the prefecture is good, but in-prefecture sake is good too👍.

I had a hard time deciding which of the three types of Sentori Modern I wanted to try, so I decided to go with the safe one 🤣. But any of the Sentori should be delicious! I'm sure Jay & Nobby said so too!
After drinking Tamagawa, I wondered how it would be, but it was delicious! Low alcohol but full of umami and well balanced with acidity. It's another good sake that you can drink a lot of.

Good morning Jay & Nobby 😊I bought it before I saw J&N's Sentori review and I strongly wished I had seen it before ugh. But it was delicious so all is well 😆.
I used to be able to review it right after drinking it, but lately I don't want to do anything after drinking it and it's not until the next day. Must be my age😅.
Well, this is my first Tamagawa.
It's delicious!
It tastes like it has been aged even though it is freshly pressed, and the high alcohol content gives it a strong alcoholic taste, but the aftertaste is surprisingly refreshing and you can drink a lot 🤣.
I was able to drink it all up. Thank you for the drink 😊.
It was the last day of work. I need to reward myself for a safe journey, so I'm going to have a nice cup of sake 😊.

I was intrigued by the retro label and the sake brewing method.
The back of the bottle says it is made with prewar methods, but aims for a modern sake quality. I'm not sure, I'll just have to drink it and find out 😆.
It is a gentle and beautiful sake! The acidity is also gentle and easy to drink! The label gave me an image of classical sake, which was surprising, but it was delicious!
I wasn't sure when to open it, so why not at Christmas? I decided to drink it!
When I poured the supernatant into the glass, it automatically stirred, and I said something like "a snow globe of sake", but my family ignored it.
The gasiness, the gentle umami and sweetness of the rice, the acidity, and the slight bitterness are pleasant and delicious!
It tastes better when mixed with more than just the top layer of rice. Thank you very much for the food 😄.
A junior colleague of mine at work just joined the family and I was going to give him a bottle of Kangiku 39, but I decided it would be rude as a sake drinker to give him something he's never had, so I bought two bottles and drank one before giving it to him 😆 (I just wanted to drink it 🤣).

The gasiness, the fine, gentle sweetness and acidity, it goes down your throat easily without any stickiness. The lingering aftertaste after swallowing is clean and well balanced between drinkability and mouthfeel!
I think this is a delicious bottle that I can recommend to both people who are not used to drinking sake and people who drink sake all the time!

When I drank it, the aroma had a cheese-like characteristic. It had a good flavor and the second half had a nice sharpness. The aroma was a bit off-putting for me personally, but it was delicious 😄Thank you very much.

I went to a store that handles Kameizumi to buy it. When I entered the store, another customer entered at the same time. He went right up to the cashier and said, "Hi, I'm from Koshi 😊! I'm from Koshi 😊".
Oh! He was a Kouko salesman 😳I wanted to buy Kameizumi right away and go home, but I felt kind of bad and wandered around the store for about 10 minutes for no reason. I wanted to take it to the Kouko cashier and say, "This is a delicious sake, isn't it?" but I only have enough money in my budget for Kameizumi today 😭.
The clerk, sensing something, came up to me and asked, "Can I help you find something?" I said, "I came to buy Kameizumi, but I thought it would be bad for Kouko, so I waited. I know Kouko is delicious!" I made some incomprehensible excuse. The clerk said she didn't care and took the Kameizumi out of the refrigerator and took it to the cash register.
The sales clerk laughed at me.
Needless to say, I was listening to the salesman's conversation while I was waiting 🤣.
Now, it is sweet and sour and easy to drink. However, I was expecting too much pineapple, so I thought, Huh? I thought. It's pineapple-like. I am careful about my assumption. Thanks for the food 😆.

The smooth, non-sticking quality of the sake is still there! Taste that goes well with any food! The mild silky taste of the light nigori makes for a mellow drink 👍.

I bought it because I was curious, it was 300 ml, and I liked the name Argo.
It is not bad. It is easy to drink and has a good acidity. It tastes like something I've had before but can't remember what it was 🤔 If I had to guess, I'd say it's like a diluted sweet white wine.

I think that 90% of sakes that are labeled "super spicy" are not that spicy and are well made 😅.
