I thought it was cheap, but it was 500ml. When I opened the bottle, as soon as I removed the stopper, the bottle popped! The stopper flew up to the ceiling! There was no spillage, but it was heartbreaking😅. The back of the bottle reads, "Expressing a refreshing acidity and depth, we aimed for a taste that is both fresh and full, suitable for summer evenings, while keeping the alcohol content low at 11%. It also says to drink it by the end of 👍September, so I'm impatient and will drink it right away 😆. I drank it in one gulp and it was gone in no time! Thank you for the food 😊.

Comparison of Hanayuup and Suiyu I was so excited to see that even the rice used for the sake was the same. The sweetness is more gentle. The taste is similar, but there is a nice bitterness in the aftertaste. It is also delicious! I had the impression that Hana Yuup had a unique sweetness at its core, while Sui Yuu was a bit more moderate. Both were delicious, but I personally liked the Hua Yuan better because it was more rewarding to drink 😆. Thanks for the food 🙏.

Nice to meet you, Mr. Hanayuup😄The price was fixed, but it was sold as a set with Suiyu from the same brewery. I'm glad to see this! I have to compare the two. The sweetness spreads in the mouth. The sweetness is not too much, but delicious! The aftertaste is surprisingly refreshing and easy to drink. I enjoyed it until the end. Thank you very much for the drink 😄.

I drank the Shigemasu sparkling first, so the taste was blurred at first 😅 sparkling might affect my tongue. I reset my mouth and drank it again. Gentle and beautifully sweet, it is easy to drink without any sticking point. The sweetness doesn't linger even if you keep drinking! It's a good sake. I felt just a little bit of bitterness appeared in the second half, but that's good😊I enjoyed it to the end 😆 Thanks for the treat.

Shige Masu-san has also come out with a sparkling wine with secondary fermentation in the bottle. With a low alcohol content of 11 degrees, they are taking on the challenge of keeping up with the times! The bottle and cork stopper look like champagne, and when opened, the bottle makes a loud popping sound and is very energetic! There is no spillage, but when you pour it into a glass, it has the same lively shriek as soda water! When you put it in your mouth, it is so carbonated that the sweetness flows so refreshingly that it is hard to feel. This is a delicious toast 😄It is not something you drink in large quantities, so I carried it over to the second day. On the second day, the carbonation is still strong! The sweetness is now stronger and the taste is more cohesive and even tastier. Thank you very much for your hospitality 😊.

I drank them in the wrong order. Because I drank the Miyoshikiku first, I felt that it tasted light, though I am not sure if that is the best way to describe the taste of sake😅. But as I continued to drink it, the crisp bitterness was just right and I enjoyed it to the end. Thanks for the food😊.

For some reason, Miyoshikiku is a brand that interests me. This time it is a remnant of the Seme blend. It is sweet and sour! It has 15% alcohol, but you don't feel it. It really is like white grape juice and you almost forget it's sake😅. Normally, I think it has a peculiar sourness, but it was delicious with a pleasant sourness that made me feel a bit queasy. It was just too sweet and sour to drink up, so I finished it in two days. Thank you for the food 😊.

On Mother's Day, I made a stewed hamburger steak with my children and worked on my wife. The sake was Nabeshima, my wife's favorite. It has a pleasant sweetness, freshness, and gentle acidity. It's still delicious 😄. I talked with my wife before the meal, "I have to work the next day, so I'll only have a little bit of sake! Japanease Sake Subscription Service at my parents' house for April. The different rice varieties of Comet, Ginpu, and Kitashizuku. Comet was dry and refreshing. The Ginpu has a slight sweetness, but it is very refreshing. Kitashizuku is full-bodied and very drinkable. All three are dry, but I enjoyed each one in its own way. Thank you again for this month's sake 😄.

This is also a first. I see you read "Tsuki no Katsura". At first I thought it was related to Gekkeikan 😅. I personally like it because it has a little graininess to the acidity. The slightly bluish bottle gives it a nice cool feeling. I was able to enjoy drinking it with a refreshing eye until the end! Thanks for the drink 😆.

I wanted to try this one because of the picture, the prayer for reconstruction, and the name "Kuma-san in the forest". I don't know how it tastes after drinking Nabeshima 😅I think it has a more moderate sweetness and flavor than Nabeshima, and the aftertaste is very smooth. However, as I drank more, I think I started to taste a bitterness in the aftertaste. But it is delicious enough! Thanks for the drink 😆.

I am an old man who loves puns, and intuitively decided to buy it when I heard the name "Shirokodile" because it is made with white koji rice. It is quite tasty, with acidity at its core, but it harmonizes well with the sweetness and umami. The acidity is rounded, refreshing, easy to drink, and delicious all the way through. Overall, it is gentle and drinkable without any tugging. I gulped down my first glass. This lightness is quite excellent. I felt that there was no particular flavor that stood out, so I wanted more punch in the second half, but that didn't mean it was lacking, so I was able to enjoy it to the end. On the day I decided not to drink because I had been drinking day after day, my wife requested that I drink sake. I offered her a bottle of rice wine. We had the same conversation we've had many times before, "Please leave some for me...I don't drink that much..." and went to bed. The next day, I checked and there was only 2 inches of the four-pack left 😭It's a regular event 🤣But I guess the fact that there was a little more left than usual is because she knows I like Tasake 😄This is love. ❤️ This was my first Sakura Lapel and I tasted it hard. It was delicious, sweet and balanced.

We had a barbecue after a local activity. I was told that I still had enough to drink after drinking Kanbokuto Civien Summer Seasonal, Motomine Tsuru Clam Oorigarami Seasonal, and Banjo Kotobuki, so I brought out my home stock and drank the first bottle. It is an original brand of Hirashima Sake Shop and is made by Mitsui no Kotobuki. I had not been able to get my hands on it because of its rather high price, but I took the plunge and bought it. It has an aroma that is typical of daiginjo-style sake, a clean, dry taste, and a refreshing aftertaste! It is a sake that you can honestly feel. Is it a campaign? I got twice as many stickers for this sake only, so I felt the taste was twice as good 😄.
