I found this at a supermarket near where I was staying during an expedition to Shikoku.
I was surprised to see a lineup of sake that I had never seen before in the Kansai region, and the prices were so cheap that I couldn't resist buying some!
It was my first time to try Shimada Sake Brewery's sake.
I was told that it was alky and super dry, so I decided to be a little defensive 😳.
Pouring it into the glass, I smelled a slight sweet aroma: ⁉️
The first sip is spicy but light and completely light and dry👍.
It was a refreshing saké that you could drink in small gulps 🤣.
