I called to stop by after a petit offline meeting, but for some reason I couldn't hear the person on the other end of the line, so I gave up. The next day I was treated like a drunk caller, so I decided to pay them a visit to apologize a bit: ❗️
The fridge was out of order and everything was at room temperature 🤣.
Anyway, I ordered the kiriboshi that caught my eye.
I thought it would be the usual samorosugi, but it was something else entirely 🙄 It was a sharp and dry sake, just like the name 🤣.
I drank about half of it and thought it could be heated up too 👍.
