Osaka💦 which was surprisingly not buried in the map of Sake-no-wa.
I was determined to drink it at the Sannomiya mini offline meeting, so I opened a brand new bottle and had it👍.
It's been a while since I've had it, but it's still as dry as Akizuka, and I've usually only tasted it chilled, but pyonpyon recommended that I have it hot 😁.
The taste changed drastically and it became easier to drink at once and I felt the taste of Yamadanishiki.
I preferred it hot 👍.
I will try it at room temperature next time 🤣.
