Next is Gotenzakura Doburoku.
This is also a low alcohol type and easy to drink.
However, it may be a little too strong for a low-alcoholic drink.
It's not very sweet and I may not like it 🤔.
Maybe I'm not very good at doburoku itself.
Shikoku x Sake Country 2025 Sake Brewery Wonderland On Osaka④.
The "Gotenzakura" booth in Tokushima.
This is another sake brewery you won't see.
Junmai Ginjo
Fruity, sweet and delicious. This one is my favorite type of sake and is very tasty. They also have a draft, which is delicious, but they didn't bring it this time. This is a certified "Awa Juwari" sake. This is a high-quality junmai jizake made only with water and rice produced in Tokushima Prefecture.
◉ Junmai Daiginjo
Clear and elegant, with a slightly bitter aftertaste, this is a Junmai Daiginjo of the royal type.
The LED dream yeast is said to produce a fruity flavor, but there are different types of LED yeast, including those that produce a strong aroma, those that produce a moderate aroma, and those that produce acidity.

Here's another Gotenzakura I've never had before!
The name somehow reminds me of Usagi Goten 🐰
I've seen a liquor store that sells doburoku, but...
I drank
Gotenzakura Junmai Ginjyo Genshu
Polishing ratio 55%, LED dream yeast used. 1870 yen
Fruity and delicious!
There are various types of LED dream yeast and their characteristics are different. It seems there are different types of LED dream yeast with different characteristics.
Some are sweet, some are not.
Unlike the label, it is quite a modern type.
Gotenzakura Junmai Daiginjo
Polishing ratio: Kakemai 40%, Kojimai 50%, Tokushima Yamadanishiki
Also made with LED dream yeast. 3190 yen.
Beautiful but tasteless or rather thin
Now I'm leaving the Tokushima booth, but Tsunomine Sake Brewery that was on the flyer didn't show up 🤔.
I didn't see their sales booth so I don't know, maybe they were just selling?
I gave up on Miyoshigiku, Naruto Taihai, and Hyoutaiko due to time constraints 🙏.
Good evening.
There was no sale either.
Tsunomine is my favorite, so I made sure to check.
I have the feeling that it has become smaller in many ways than it used to be.
Hello Shinjo 😃
Tsunomine was still not there 💦.
Compared to the participating breweries 6 years ago, the number has decreased considerably 😢 especially in Ehime...
Sake bought in Tokushima.
It is sweet and delicious.
According to the shopkeeper, "It is mostly consumed within the prefecture."
I think I was told that... but I was too drunk to remember much.
A bottle that was sleeping in the fridge.
Soft ginjo aroma.
The mouthfeel is soft and slightly sweet.
It is round or mellow with little acidity.
It is a gentle saké with a mild taste.
It is an all-Tokushima sake with LED yeast made in Tokushima and rice and koji made in Tokushima.
When I visited Tokushima on a trip, a liquor store told me that Tokushima has the lowest production of sake in Japan, but there is a sake brewery that is doing a great job.
At Antenna Shop Stamp Rally
Tried at an Antenna Shop in Tokushima Prefecture
I bought this sake at an antenna shop in Tokushima prefecture.
It was a hit, with a sweetness that I really liked!
Saito Sake Brewery, which we stopped by during our Shikoku expedition, is located along the main road in a cozy setting 😁 The sales office is connected to the office and is a typical old-established establishment.
Unfortunately, the new sake was not yet available, but I got the most popular junmai ginjo here, a beautiful indigo-colored bottle that raised my expectations 😁.
The Junmai Ginjo from Gotenzakura has a fruity aroma with a strong ginjo aroma that spreads as soon as the bottle is opened.
It has a sweetness at first, followed by sourness, bitterness, and a strong overall taste.
Overall, it is a very rich sake👍.
Sake temperature: about 10°.
There is a subtle mineral aroma, but the flavor is not strong.
Warmed to lukewarm
The aroma is the same as before, but the taste is not so strong, but it is crisp and tasty.
If you drink it hot (which has almost disappeared in recent years), you'll drink a lot of it!
