純米の虜This sake, on the left in the photo, was also bought at the hotel for drinking. I had high expectations for this sake because it is produced by Imanishi Shuzo of Mimuro Sugi, but as the name suggests, it was a dry sake and not very Nara-like. I had the impression that it had a strong sense of not being Nara. がたろIt is said to be read as "Sekkara".
It is refreshing and does not have much bitterness on the palate.
Not too much acidity.
You can enjoy its mild and refreshing taste. ロビンI called to stop by after a petit offline meeting, but for some reason I couldn't hear the person on the other end of the line, so I gave up. The next day I was treated like a drunk caller, so I decided to pay them a visit to apologize a bit: ❗️
The fridge was out of order and everything was at room temperature 🤣.
Anyway, I ordered the kiriboshi that caught my eye.
I thought it would be the usual samorosugi, but it was something else entirely 🙄 It was a sharp and dry sake, just like the name 🤣.
I drank about half of it and thought it could be heated up too 👍. 浅田 大起Kirishin Dry Dry Junmai Sake.
Light taste that goes down your throat smoothly, not as spicy as expected, and easy to drink 🍶.
My father bought this sake at a sake brewery and it is a cosy sake. ogwKirishin Dry Junmai Sake
Dry sake from the Imanishi Shuzo brewery, which also brews "Sanmorosugi".
It is delicious. Even though it is dry, it is not the type of sake where the alcohol is overly assertive and stimulating; rather, it has a clean, elegant taste that is refreshingly crisp and clean. It has a slightly fruity sweetness that gently spreads on the palate. It is not a sweet sake, so the sweetness is moderate, but the spiciness is just right and delicious, like a modern dry sake. at2ushiI went to Imanishi Sake Brewery in Sakurai City, Nara Prefecture, where the god of sake resides, to buy some samorosugi!
The aroma is not strong and refreshing.
When you drink it, it tastes sharp and crisp.
It has a beautifully balanced dry taste without any habits ^_^.
Very tasty!
I would like people who don't like dry sake to try it.
I think it will change your concept of dry wine. LOL! TOKKIThe crisp aroma and mouthfeel are sweet, but the crispness goes down your throat without a pause.
It is as if the quick transition from one to the other is a characteristic of this wine. まえっちI wanted to drink dry sake, so I ran to the local supermarket.
