Ohmine3 grains Akirei Kasumi Nama Sake Omachi 100% Omachi Polishing ratio 50%. Alcohol content 13%. Sake meter degree - Acidity Fat drink 10/18, posted 10/28 Drinking after work (1) (there is even (2)) Finished work after 9pm and went for a drink with 4 of my colleagues 🍶entry 21:30🤣. Unlike hiyaoroshi, this sake is freshly pressed and designed for the season! The aroma as it was being poured was of ripe melon! It could also be yellow peach, but I thought it was more like 🍈, but whatever the case, it has a fresh and gorgeous fruity aroma 😍. On the palate, there was a light, bubbly, slightly effervescent sensation, and the mouthfeel was gentler than the aroma. The acidity is nicely balanced. The lingering finish is light and pleasant. Delicious! 10/25-26 I went to Hokkaido on a company trip ✈️ It was a fun trip, and we enjoyed the local sake tour at night... I've been to the Sapporo Clock Tower, TV Tower, and the canal walk in Otaru, but it was nice to see the beautiful autumn leaves.... I would have gone to Sapporo Racecourse if it was open 🤣. It's pretty close to the city center 😁.

Souhyo Hiyoroshi Junmai Daiginjo Gohyakumangoku 2024 Autumn Sake Vol. 3 100% Gohyakumangoku produced in Tochigi Prefecture Polishing ratio 50%. Alcohol content 15%. Sake degree +3.0, acidity 1.7 (reference) Fat bottle opened 10/16, posted 10/25 Nice to meet you! I was wondering if I should try the Junmai Hiyoroshi. I was hesitating between this and Junmai Hiyoroshi, but the waiter advised me to choose this one as it is more dry! Almost 90% of Souhyo is brewed and consumed in Tochigi prefecture, and it is a Tochigi sake that is loved by the locals! After opening the bottle, the aroma was mild ginjo aroma 🥰 Not gorgeous, but almost no harshness, and a promising aroma! The spiciness rushes in from the soft texture in the mouth, but the taste is mellow in spite of the spiciness! You have to try it to understand. It was easier to drink on the second day than right after opening the bottle. Delicious! I'm going on an overnight company trip to Hokkaido starting today, 10/25: ✈️ I thought about staying an extra night but decided against it because I have something to do on Sunday 😅Today's dinner is at a beer garden so I'll have a relatively free night so I'm thinking of going to a sake bar 🤤 I wonder if there is one around the Susukino area 🤔If you have any recommendations for places around Sapporo station. Please let me know 🙏.

When we go out in the car together, or recently, if time permits, she comes with me to take care of my parents' house. Senkori UA Maple 2024 Autumn Sake No.2 Domaine Sakura Kame-no-o 80 　Domaine Sakura Yamadanishiki 20% used Polishing ratio 90 Alcohol content 14 Sake level Acidity (reference) Fat: 10/8 (opened 10/18) A little expensive collaboration sake with UNITED ARROWS😅I buy it when I see it even though it's expensive 😅. I'm a senkinist...right 😁. UA Momiji 🍁 which I enjoyed last year too The specs have changed after all 😳 Last year... Domaine Sakura Kameo 50%. Domaine Sakura Yamadanishiki 25 Domaine Sakura Kamenoo 25 and it tasted like figs and pears! So, how does it taste this year? After opening the bottle, the aroma was the same as last year, with a fruity aroma that was hard to identify. In the mouth, it tasted like a combination of grapes and pears with a non-sour grenfre flavor. It's like Sato Nishiki cherries. Anyway, it's very refreshing and you can feel the sweet and sour with mild acidity characteristic of Senkou 😍. I don't feel any spiciness in the aftertaste or the throat, but I did feel a kind of richness 👍this may be the result of the 90% rice polishing ratio. Delicious! We have 4 bottles of hiyaoroshi and aki-agari orange corps waiting for you 🤩.

Minami Junmai Ginjo 100% Matsuyama Mitsui produced in Kochi Prefecture Polishing ratio 50%. Alcohol content 17%. Sake meter degree: +8.0 Acidity: 1.7 Fat bottle opened 10/5, submitted 10/17 This is the second time for Minami-san of Matsuyama Mitsui following the last Omachi! First, a little about the Minami Sake Brewery. It is a small sake brewery with an annual production of about 300 koku (about 300 liters). 1 koku is equal to 100 bottles, so 300 koku is only about 30,000 bottles per square meter! Expectations are high for sake from such a sake brewery! After opening the bottle, the aroma was a bit gorgeous 🤩! Expectations are even higher! When I put it in my mouth, I was like, "Whoa! Spicy! I was disappointed in a good way😅. I was told at the time of purchase that it had a Sake meter rating of +8, but it's coming! But the first sip is beautiful and juicy like a junmai ginjo, but I was surprised by this change! It also has a little acidity and a clean aftertaste, so you won't get tired of drinking it even though it has 17% alcohol content! If you like dry wine, please give it a try👍. Delicious!

Koei Kiku Tsukikage 100% Kame-no-o Polishing ratio: -%. Alcohol content 14 Sake meter - Acidity Fat bottle opened 9/30, posted 10/16 This is the last sake I drank in September😅. As I've mentioned many times before, I'm really happy that the liquor store I frequent now carries Koei-Kiku, and although I can't expect a wide variety, I can now enjoy it 😍. The aroma when you open the bottle is of apple, pear, or even lemon squash with a concentrated juicy fruitiness. The mouthfeel is filled with a slight effervescence accompanied by an assertive acidity and a delicious sweetness 😘. The acidity is different from that of Sengoku and is typical of Koeikiku. As the temperature range recommended by the brewer gets closer to room temperature, you can enjoy it with a good sense of tanginess. I prefer it cooled down to enjoy the coolness 😘. Delicious! I had a badminton match with my daughter on the first day of a three-day weekend in October! I was so excited to see her play badminton, and she is a member of the national individual team 😅I guess my back and forth step work was too hard, and my arms were too tight... I need to train a little more to be able to compete 😅Table tennis we played later in the day. I'll have to train to compete a little more 😅Then we played ping pong 🏓 and I dominated her very unpopularly 👍

10/13 Sunday Tokyo Racecourse→Ginjo Tuna I went to Tokyo Racecourse for the first time in two years at the invitation of a friend. The weather was beautiful, the turf was green, and I was able to enjoy my ticket first thing in the morning 😍. On the way home, we went to Ginjo Tuna. I was drunk when I entered the restaurant, so I'm not going to report on the sake 😅I went for mainly dry 😘. Jikin Special Junmai Hi-iri 　80% Hachitan-Nishiki, 20% Yamadanishiki 　Polishing ratio 60 　Alcohol content 15.5 　Fruity, but with a deliciously dry taste that tickles the nostrils. (2) Takachidai: Dry Junmai Sake 　Not as dry as it sounds, but delicious. 　It goes well with oden and sashimi. Isoshojumo 　3) Isojyaku: Usually delicious 4) Masumi Hiyoroshi 　It is delicious! (5) Sanzenzori Junmai Dry 　(5) Sanzenzori Junmai Dry (Super Dry) Yummy, Yummy, Yummy, Dry 6) Hanaboe Yamahai Aki-agari 　This one! Delicious! ⑦Hayase Takihonmai Taki Suiryu 　It is deliciously dry and refreshing! Perfect as a mid-meal drink and goes well with sashimi! (8) Keiraku 　Definitely delicious😍! Also ⑨I had a bottle of Sanzenzori's "Koru Tsumikizake" (3rd photo), but I don't remember 💦I think it was dry 😅. All of them! Delicious!

SENKYO Modern SENKYO OMACHI Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Genshu Domaine Sakura Omachi 80 　　　　　　　20% Yamada-Nishiki used Polishing ratio: 50% Koji rice (Yamadanishiki) 　　　　　Kake rice 60% (Omachi) Alcohol content 14 Sake meter degree - Acidity Fat bottle opened on 9/25 and stored on 10/11 This is the first modern Omachi in about 2 years. It has a stable Sengoku aroma, a delicious acidity that runs through the mouth, and a flavor that can be taken as lychee, mango, or even green apple, which is mainly grape-based. Sentori is a seasonal sake. I must try the modern and classic series once in a while 😁I really thought the "acidity" of Sentori was wonderful once again👍. Delicious! I watched the late night World Cup Asian final qualifier vs Saudi Arabia 🇸🇦 on Dazone 👍 a nice win over the Saudis, who I thought would be more troublesome than Australia 🇦🇺 in this group 😅. There were times when they were pushed around and some super saves by Zion, but the defense was relatively safe to watch ⚽️ and if they win the next 🇦🇺, it will be almost a non-issue! You can test a lot of things, Poichi (coach Kazu Moriyasu)!

Kurogyu Aki-agari Junmai Sake 2024 Autumn Sake 100% Yamadanishiki Polishing ratio: 50% for koji rice, 60% for kake rice Alcohol content 18-19%. Sake meter degree +7.0, acidity 1.7 Fat bottle opened 9/19, posted 10/9 It is cold this morning. I feel cold even with a jacket on. I miss heated sake😅←Asakara... It's been a while since I've had Kurogyu hiyaoroshi (hiyaoroshi is a Japanese sake made from black cattle) It's unpasteurized sake, so the alcohol content is high. After opening the bottle, it has a slightly sweet aroma and when poured into a glass, it has a slightly yellow color. When you take a sip, you will be surprised! A wave of punchy flavor comes over you with a light sweetness and graininess that reminds you of black cattle. It doesn't feel spicy like +7.0, but it is definitely umami spicy, and I think the high alcohol content also influences the spicy feeling. Delicious!

Alcohol content 14 Sake meter - Acidity Fat bottle opened on 9/15 and posted on 10/8 I am grateful that Koei Kiku🤩 has started to be sold at local liquor stores! The one I came across this time was Halcyon. I had read your check-in so I could imagine what it tasted like, but I was surprised that it was more white wine-like than I expected 😳. The smell, the mouthfeel, the acidity, it really is like a white wine 🍷. The aroma is of white grapes with a hint of lychee and light grapefruit. Well, it's a white wine, Koshu wine 😁. I think many people would say white wine if they were blind tasted 😅 I wish they would adopt it for celebrity rating check 🤣. Yum! It's getting cooler all of a sudden. It's so extreme, isn't it, the climate 💦. I hope we don't lose spring and fall 🙏. I hope you all don't get sick. Let's enjoy a nice cup of sake👍

Well, that's right, it was a holiday... On the way home, I stopped by a corner bar for a drink 🍶. The aroma was citrusy and sweet-sour, but when I put it in my mouth, wow! Sweet and delicious😍It has a plump, broad sweetness and richness, but the aftertaste is clean and crisp! Some sweet-odd tastes have a long and messed up aftertaste, but none of them are found in this Ni-Utsu! Delicious! I want to win a small ticket, but I want to win steadily 😘.

Sake meter degree: +5.0 Acidity: 1.8 Fat bottle opened 9/13 and posted 10/4 The first time I had this Minami! First impression This is delicious! It's amazing! I was like "wow! Fruity smell after opening the bottle... Lychee-like It is still lychee on the palate! The balance of spiciness and sourness is good and delicious😍I also feel the sweetness, but I drank a lot of it because of the spiciness of the taste 😅The second day it was a little milder. I've only been looking at drunken whales when it comes to Kochi sake, but Minami is good too... The next Minami (Matsuyama Mitsui Junmai Ginjo) is waiting for me👍. Yum! Sake meter degree ±0 Acidity 1.4 Fat bottle opened 9/9, posted 10/3 This is a delicious Gakky no matter what you drink. The first whiff after opening the bottle is of grapes 🍇. It has a fruity taste of ripe melon, not muscat, but grape 🍇, accompanied by a light gasiness and acidity. A little bit of spiciness of alcohol in a good way, but the sweetness comes to the fore on the second day😍. I like the fact that it's tasty, gooey, and has an alcohol content of 13% that doesn't make me tired of drinking it! Ahhhh great gakkie 😘. Yum!

Alcohol content 15 Sake meter - Acidity Fat bottle opened 9/3, posted 9/30 One of my favorite sakes, Shiki. I did a double-take at the unfamiliar classic label 😳. The store owner told me it was a sake that is only available in the Shiga Prefecture area 🤩. It seems to be a limited edition this year, but they are planning to make it a regular item from next season onwards! I got a head start 🥰. After opening the bottle, the aroma was apple-like, which is typical of the No. 6 yeast, and I felt like an apple with a lot of honey 🤔, as well as ripe peaches. And there is also a unique aroma of Shiki. When you put it in your mouth, it has a little bit of a slight effervescence 🤔It has a nice sourness and a sweetness that spreads quickly, but there is no unpleasant messiness at all, and I really like the sweetness. Oh! Yes, I'll have to try it heated 😦! Let's try heating it up 🤩. It was delicious with the sweetness flying off in a good way 🤩! That's what I'm talking about 😘. If this is 1,300 yen without tax, I would always buy it👍It really is a friend of the common people! Delicious! Sake meter - Acidity Fat bottle opened 8/30, submitted 9/27 The sparkling sake is a collaboration with UNITED ARROWS. It's expensive but as a senkinist, I have to try it at least once 😁But I saw it later at other liquor stores and the next week too, so I guess it's not popular 😅It's expensive and sparkling so I guess I avoided it 🤔The bottle is heavy 😅. The stopper was a crown so I got a wine stopper too The aroma after opening the bottle is Senkou's characteristic grape aroma 🍇👍. The color is a light cloudy white. When you put it in your mouth, the fine carbonic acid bubbles in your mouth are making you feel refreshed. The taste is white wine with grape aroma from the nostrils, and although it has a fresh and dry sparkling mouthfeel, the slight sweetness combined with Sentori's acidity will run down your throat comfortably 👍. I'm not a fan of sparkling sake 😅I almost never pick up sparkling sake! If you want to drink sake while feeling cool and refreshing in the summer heat, this is for you! I think so😊. Yum!

Sake meter: -7, Acidity: 1.4 (reference) Fat bottle opened 8/23, submitted 9/26 It's been a long time since I've had a bottle of Hanamup 😍. I couldn't find a four-pack of this sake, and after sending a couple of unsolicited emails to the brewery asking for more four-packs, I found one 🙌 Of course I bought it 👍. The aroma after opening the bottle was rich and fruity 🤩I wonder if it was white peach 🤔 This was the same feeling I had with the Junmai Daiginjo Yamadanishiki! I wonder if the Hanamup is the same regardless of the type of rice 🤔. In the mouth, you can still taste the rich, sweet flavor of white peaches and ripe, ripe mangoes that have been exposed to the full sun in the tropics! The surprise is that it is basically sweet, but in some places it has a spiciness or sourness? This flavor appeals to me. The smooth texture also matches well with Yamadanishiki! Wakamusume Junmai Ginjyo Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Nama Shu 100% Yamadanishiki Polishing ratio 60 Alcohol content 15.5 Sake meter - Acidity Fat bottle opened 8/17 and stored 9/20 The name "secret color" means "secret color" of the name of "Kasane-iro-me" used in juni-hitoe (twelve-layered kimono). After opening the bottle, it has a pleasant melon-like sweet and refreshing aroma unlike Moeki. When you put it in your mouth, it is fresh and fruity with a good sweetness, and its sweetness feels regal😍 Not only the sweetness, but you can feel the full acidity as a supporting role 🤔. This is delicious! My preference is moeki, but this moderate sweetness and acidity makes me want to drink it again👍. Yum!!! Moegi" is said to be the name of the auspicious "Kasane-iro-me" that represents prosperity of a family! After opening the bottle, the aroma is fruity, but it is a gentle fruity aroma that is elegant. When you put it in your mouth, the flavor spreads quickly! Is it sweet? I thought it was sweet, but it is more dry 🤩 The aftertaste is also gentle and runs smoothly. The gap between the aroma and the different taste is good! Delicious!

Sake level Acidity (reference) Fat bottle opened 8/10 and posted 9/17 One of the two bottles given by a friend last year was opened! After opening the bottle, it smells like Tsuru no Tomo Aruzome, a Niigata sake 😳The color of the glass is a similar golden color 🥇. The color of the glass is the same golden color 🥇 and you can also smell the delicious aroma of rice in it! When I put it in my mouth, I was surprised! It's still a Tsuru no Tomo, but a more refined version of Tsuru no Tomo. It doesn't taste like it's brewed from Aizan 😅. It's a junmai ginjo, but it's also good at room temperature or warmed up! Yum! How did you spend the first three-day weekend in September? I worked on site on the first day 😱Cared for my parents on the second day 😅Corrupted by fatigue on the third day 😭...it was a bit of a mess 😅.
