Sake recommended by the owner of a liquor store.
He warned me to be more careful when opening the bottle than normal nigori sake and that the taste is similar to Shinmasa's Ameeru frog, but I've never had it 😅...
It took me 12 minutes to open the bottle😅.
After opening the bottle, the smell was grape, delaware? Muscat? No, it's a grape close to Delaware 🍇.
When you put it in your mouth, you may think it's highly carbonated from the appearance, but no, it has a nice texture on the tongue and is lighter than wine due to the 9% alcohole content 🤩.
When you roll it around in your mouth, you can feel the fresh taste of minerality.
Anyway, it tastes better when drunk well chilled.
It may be more intoxicating when served in a Riedel or Champagne glass as a stand-alone, elegant after dinner than as a mealtime drink 😘.
The aftertaste is sweet with a hint of rummy on the nose and the occasional hint of grape 😍.
If it takes a while to open the bottle, chill it once before drinking 😘.

This is a product that was released prior to the Kaze no Mori Weeks exhibition that will be held in Shinsaibashi, Osaka from September 23rd of this year.
We were lucky enough to come across it.
The first aroma when you open the bottle is of green apples 🍏 not full of honey but fresh green apples!
In the mouth, it is sharp, acidic, light and pleasantly sweet, with a dry and tight finish.
Delicious!

I've had Kangiku 99 series and TRUE but never had Sono Kangiku 🤩This DiscoverySeries is one of the 4 types and apparently the shipping quantity is small!

The aroma after opening the bottle is very fresh and citrusy, as is typical of Kangiku, with no specific citrus notes, more like lemon or grapefruit 😁.
When I put it in my mouth, wow! It has a lot of gas like a thin nigori, with a lot of pizzazz and shwash (the pizzazz is only on the opening day).
It is fresh and fruity, but you can taste the deliciousness of the rice 😘and the lingering finish is so sharp that you can't help but drink too much 🤣.
It is a taste that will be popular with women 🥰.

Finally posted the last sake I drank in July😅!
This is the second bottle of Urasato that I finally got my hands on 🤩.
The smell after opening the bottle is a sweet grape aroma, almost like a rosé wine aroma 🍇.
In the mouth, it tastes like sweetened lemon, and then the bitter spiciness of lemon and grenfre peel rushes in, but it quickly quiets down with a mellow aftertaste 🤩.
As it approaches room temperature, the sweetness and spiciness become more pronounced and the aftertaste becomes longer.
Never had this sensation before 🤔.
The long awaited double shot of Urasato-san: 💣️💣️ Noooo! I can only look forward to being able to buy it at my local liquor store from now on👍.

My father passed away.
He was 87 years old.
He did his best for 2 years and 8 months after my mother passed away.
At the beginning of the year, he was in danger of aspiration pneumonia, but he was discharged from the hospital with amazing resilience, but after moving into a facility, he lost the sense of urgency of living alone, or perhaps his dementia progressed, he couldn't eat anymore, and finally he died of old age.
Well, he lived a long life, didn't he? I think my mother took me there during the Bon Festival.
I was lucky to be able to take care of him at the end.

I finally got my hands on a bottle of Urasato.
I've been wanting to drink it since I read your review about its acidity 🤤.
I was so eager to drink it 🤩 I was so excited that my local liquor store started carrying it and displayed 4 kinds 🤩 I had to carefully select 2 bottles 😅.
I have nothing but high hopes for it...
After opening the bottle, the aroma is sweet and fruity with a hint of alcohol.
In the mouth, the sweet aroma and taste is the most applicable to pear 🍐!

When chilled, the fruity flavor is assertive, but as it approaches room temperature, it becomes more acidic and alcoholic! I think it is best to drink it chilled.
The aftertaste is surprisingly refreshing and goes from moderately spicy to sharp.

I was looking forward to drinking this sake and I found Houou Mita 🤩Senkou...unfortunately I couldn't get it due to the small amount of stock originally 💦but I guess the price was too expensive for two bottles 😅This label! It's a label that claims "The Japan 🇯🇵" 🤩.
After opening the bottle, you can smell rice and bran and a little bit of alcohol, with a little bit of fruity flavor.
The mouthfeel is full of graininess 🤩 and the rice polishing ratio seems to be over 90%.
As soon as it feels mellow, the acidity rushes in, and it finishes with a strong sense of the umami of the rice!
It also feels like a matured sake.
If you drink it thinking it is Houou Mita, you may think 🤔!
It's delicious!
But you know what...
I wanted to drink Senkou's Aikoku 😅

This is the first time I have heard of this brewery and its brand name.
I was recommended this sake by a liquor store where I drive to for a long trip. I bought it because it was recommended to me.
It is a low-alcohol junmai ginjo brewed with a raw yeast sake mother that has been cultivated for about a month in a very small quantity.
SAUVAGE means "wild" in French!
The aroma after opening the bottle was, wow! It has a unique aroma, like Delaware? It has a complex aroma with a hint of fermented food, but it is very fresh.
When you pour it into the glass, you can feel the bubbles sticking to the glass 🫧.
In the mouth, it is full of gas and freshness 😘.
It is low in alcohol, but the taste is robust and complex, so you can enjoy the depth of flavor 🤩.
It's a taste that you can't find anywhere else! I can't explain the taste well with my vocabulary 😅If you see it, it's worth to buy and try it 😘.
