I see you read it as "Dan"😅. First of all, I would like to say something! The cork is hard 💦. I got frustrated because I couldn't open it easily 🤣. After opening the bottle, the aroma is fresh and melon-like, just like a junmai ginjo! It's still fresh🤩 and you can taste the gentle acidity and the deliciousness of the rice at the same time! Activated Unblended Sake Yukikko 100% Watabune No.2 produced in Shiga Prefecture Polishing ratio 70%. Alcohol content 20 Sake meter degree -13, acidity 1.3 Fat 3/16 (opened 3/27) Forgot to post one more post😅. When I was buying Shiromayumi, I saw this can on the shelf and picked it up! First time I've seen this brand. I also picked it up because it's 2🦍. The smell after opening the bottle was...wow! Intense! I let out a yelp and my wife and kids ran away when they smelled it🤣. Yes...an indescribable smell 🤣 I guess it's the smell of pure fermented rice 🤔I honestly don't know how to describe the smell🤣. When you put it in your mouth, a rich sweetness like amazake fills your mouth and runs down your throat while maintaining its richness with very little of that unique smell! The intoxication is long-lasting Surprising at first, but once you get used to it, it's delicious. I heated half of it up warm and it was still good, but I prefer it cold 🤔 as it keeps the unique aroma at bay 🤣. It's so good!

Alps Masamune Junmai Ginjyo Nama-genshu Miyamanishiki 100% Miyamanishiki produced in Nagano Prefecture Polishing ratio 59 Alcohol content 17%. Sake meter degree: +4, Acidity: -3 Fat bottle opened 3/18 and posted 3/25 The brewer was at a local department store and was having a tasting, so we stopped by and had a lot of conversation with him and drank one of three different kinds of sake: ☝️ It is a junmai ginjo that is fermented slowly in the cold. When you open the bottle, you can imagine the freshness of the thin ginjo aroma 🤩. When I tasted it, I felt that this Alps Masamune series is not so hot even if the sake level is high, but on the contrary, it has a good spiciness even if the level is low, so you can enjoy the umami spiciness of this brand 🥰. As usual, when I put some air in my mouth... oh, oh, oh, oh 😍 this is amazing! The spiciness is gone and the rice flavor and sweetness tickles your mouth and nostrils 😘. It can be served as a food sake or on its own 👍I enjoyed it with dried firefly squid (enjoy the guts!) It was a great encounter! I would definitely buy it again if the brewery comes to town 😘. Delicious!

Kamito Junmai Namaisake Haruatsurae Junmai 100% Nagano rice Polishing ratio 70%. Alcohol content 15%. Sake meter degree: +3, Acidity: 1.1 Fat bottle opened 3/14, posted 3/23 The rest of the bottle is stuck, so I'll have another one 😘. First time for me to try Kamito I was looking for the dry special junmai that J&N posted the other day but couldn't find it....I saw the spring sake and bought it without hesitation🌸 Surprised to find out it's brewed by the same company as Toyoshimaya as Toyoka, but I can only hope 😳. After opening the bottle, it has a faint cherry blossom-like aroma with a hint of sweetness 🌸 It's faint, but it feels like spring! No alcohol smell at all. It has high expectations 🤩. When you put it in your mouth, the first thing you feel is the soft mouthfeel 🥰 After rolling it around, you feel the gorgeous aroma, and after that, you feel the deliciousness of the rice with a moderate spiciness, and it goes down smoothly. The aftertaste is also clean and refreshing while still being sharp 🤩 but it's a very pleasant aftertaste 😘 You'll have to try it to understand this. I think it is better to drink it at room temperature rather than cold! It was a good encounter 😘. It's so good!

I would like to taste and drink it, but like the last time I drank Tamitsu, I had to leave it late at night because I was too busy 😱Busy is "bad" 😈. I want to taste it with time to spare 😅 I'll rely on my notes for this too 😅 The smell after opening the bottle and in the mouth is the same, strawberry and berry sweet and sour smell and taste, plus the acidity creates a refreshing and sharp aftertaste ♪ You're drunk, but you're taking notes... φ(...) Sake meter degree -1 Acidity 1.7 Fat 3/4 opened 3/18 This is my first time to drink this brand. The name is cute 🥰. The aftertaste is surprisingly spicy. As soon as you take a sip, you can feel the juicy fruitiness of the strawberry that pops up! And there is a tangy gas feeling that only a directly pumped wine can give 😊The fresh and pleasant acidity is irresistible! The attack has a sharp impression of freshness, and the aroma contains sweetness derived from koji, with a broad and rich umami flavor, and you can enjoy the juicy aftertaste of fresh acidity and rice sweetness. After opening the bottle, you can enjoy the change from refreshing to flavorful fruitiness as the days go by. Delicious! Purchased at a tasting... I have tried other sakes with a tender nigori sake, and I thought it would have the sweetness characteristic of nigori, but this was dry and surprising😳. Rika recently posted about this sake 🤩. Sake meter - Acidity Fat bottle opened 3/1, posted 3/16 The Moon series is released four times a year as a seasonal limited edition sake 😊. 1. new moon Harvest Moon Summer Moon 4. Blossoms Moon I've only had Summer Moon 😅. The smell after opening the bottle is gorgeous😍. You can imagine how sweet it is! I would describe it as more floral than fruity 🌸 floral 😚. In the mouth, it feels sweet and rich right after you include it! I wonder what it is 🤔It's hard to make an analogy but it's very easy to drink! But after rolling around in the mouth, the aftertaste, including the throat, also has a spicy taste 😳I think it's more bitter than spicy 🤔. Surprisingly, the second day! The bitter aftertaste I felt exceeded the sweetness! It's not a bitter taste that I don't like, on the contrary, it's like the sweetness has calmed down and changed to my liking 😘. I was surprised at this change! Nabeshima indeed! Delicious! I still have a bottle of Nabeshima in the fridge.

The Sea of Many Islands Koji rice : Yamadanishiki  Kake rice: Shunyo Polishing ratio not disclosed Alcohol content 15 Sake meter degree - Acidity Fat: 2/27 (opened 3/10) Yamaguchi Prefecture has many sake breweries that brew delicious sake as good as those in the Tohoku region 😅I had never heard of this brewery and its brand name. The owner of the sake shop recommended me to try it because it is produced in small quantities and is very tasty. The aroma when you open the bottle is fruity 😍It has a nice sweetness that is not assertive! When I put it in my mouth, it tastes like grape and Koshu wine 🍷 with a moist sweetness. It also feels like honey, and when it rolls around in the mouth, it runs through with citrus acidity like lemon and grenfre and a good sense of tanginess 🤩 This sense of tanginess is indescribably delicious 🤩. This is why I can't stop exploring new things! I'm conservative in some ways though 😅 The Tashimakai we encountered this time is a delicious sake that doesn't feel like a sake, but it's not for those who prefer pure sake💦but it's good to taste it once and see if it can be brewed like this 😁! But if you like pure sake, you might want to try it 😁. I recommend it to women who like sweet and fruity 👍 Finally, I'm done posting about the sake I drank in February😅. Yum!!!

I bought this because I wanted to drink a dry, refreshing sake from Kyoto and was attracted by the fresh bottle and label 😊. The smell after opening the bottle is fresh and citrusy, with hints of lemon and green apple! It also feels like ramune. When I put it in my mouth and let the air in, the citrusy aroma comes in, and then the spiciness rushes in! This spiciness is not strong, but it comes on slowly and lightly, and the aftertaste lasts for quite a long time! The acidity is weak. It has a slight cemedine-like flavor. After the second day, I thought of heating up the sake, but I finished it 🤣. As you can see on the top of the 4th photo, it contains lees, which I think is one of the reasons why it tastes so good 😚. Did they take the name "Arabashiri"? The label and taste were renewed 🤔. It has a thin but fruity aroma after opening the bottle 😍. It has a light feel to it. In the mouth, wow! It's delicious! And it is clearly different from the previous Ganki. I would say juicy rather than fruity. It's hard to pinpoint the fruit, but it's full of fresh fruitiness😍and thanks to the pleasant acidity, the aftertaste is clean and crisp, so it's good as a mealtime sake! Also, you should definitely try it warmed 🍶! It is much more full-bodied and the acidity is more assertive 🤩. It's delicious!

Sake level Acidity Fat 2/16 (opened 2/26) When I found this sake, I thought it might be "unfiltered raw sake", but it was "raw". I thought it was "Nama" but it was "Nama"! I bought it with a grin on my face 😘. Hirotogawa's winter sake is often delicious 🙏 I couldn't get the nigori, but I'm thankful I found this jungin nama 🙏. The smell after opening the bottle is quite gorgeous😍It has a sweet smell but it feels fresh! In the mouth, oh! An apple with lots of honey 🍎 Check it again! I'll check it again! It's an apple, and it's delicious 👍! It's sweeter than sweet, but it's well-balanced and has no cloying taste. The lingering taste is a little acidic and sharp, so there is no lingering sweetness. I was told that this sake is sold only at a local liquor store, Ota-ya! I am even more excited 😘. The bottle is opened with full anticipation 😘. After opening the bottle, the aroma is slightly fruity with a hint of muskmelon, but it's really a very faint aroma! When you put it in your mouth, oh, oh, oh! The spiciness is very refreshing! The aftertaste is clean thanks to this spiciness! Wait a minute! I thought it might be better if it was heated up 😁. The aroma is a little sweeter and the flavor is more pronounced. ☺️ It is best warmed up or just warmed to human skin. I'm not sure if this is a good idea or not! It's delicious!

It's a very Kudoi-like smell 😁 but it's very elegant. It's banana on the palate 🤩, with a lot of banana, but also an elegant ginjo aroma that is very gentle on the tongue, and a lingering finish that leaves a nice aroma and finishes well. Nakadori The first tank was opened at the end of January, and the second tank was opened at the beginning of January. You can also expect a sense of shwash from the bubbles 🫧 that stick to the glass 🤩. When you put it in your mouth, it is delicious! I think this "Nakadori" is the most delicious, fruity and easy to drink 😚 However, it is a little less acidic and punchy than the usual Sengoku 🤔. It's more pear than muscat 🤔. I had the first three tanks again this year and they all tasted different from last year 😁. I enjoyed them both good and bad, but overall, I personally preferred last year's 🤔. But I love and appreciate Sentori's attempts to keep changing, so I will continue to follow them 👍. I'm sure Sentori is still the best... Delicious!
