Itaru Junmai Activated Nigori Nama Sake 720ml Rice polishing ratio 60 Alcohol 15%. The last season's "Itaru" active nigori was very tasty. The ritual of opening the bottle, opening and closing it about 10 times, and it goes up like a puffy cloud☁️ It's shwashy and energetic 🙆🙆 Rice cider, light sweet dry active nigori, delicious 😋.

It was not very fizzy, but it was mineral, sweet and juicy. In the end, this one was also opened 😥. Today is the last day of work and it's tough to go to work 😓.

Machida Shuzoten Kiyomizu Shimoboritate Unpasteurized Sake 720ml Ingredients : Rice (domestic), Rice malt (domestic), Brewer's alcohol Alcohol content: 18%. Local sake from Machida Shuzo, 1,485 yen including tax My brother was back home yesterday, and we opened a bottle of this one. The first sip is softly fruity, but then it hits with a powerful thump! You can't imagine what Machida Brewery tastes like! It will be interesting to see how it ages for about a year.

Matsuo Junmai Ginjo Activated Nigori Nama Shu 1800ml Rice used: "Yamae-Nishiki produced in Nagano Prefecture Rice polishing ratio 60 Alcohol content 15°. When I visited Kasuga-san the other week, I was wondering whether to buy a bottle of Hirotogawa Nigori or a four-pack. His son had just put a price tag on Matsuo's raw sake! Hirotogawa is still available during the year, but this is made to order, so it's only available now. Yes, I will choose Matsuo! There was also a clear sake, but I chose the active nigori. It's not sweet and refreshing, but it tastes fruity, not citrusy or apple-y. It's not easy to use the word "fruity", it's indescribable taste! Even my wife took a sip and said, "This is delicious! Pon-chan, tsubu-chan, active nigori, so delicious😍.

Kawanakajima Genmai Junmai Daiginjo Harmonic Emotion Unfiltered Unrefined 720ml Alcohol content 16%. Manufactured July 2024 This sake is made by balancing two Junmai Daiginjos, one made from Miyamanishiki with a milling ratio of 49% and the other made from Yamadanishiki with a milling ratio of 35%, and finishing with a balance of 50% each for a sharp taste. Enjoy the exquisite flavors that come together after 6 months of low-temperature aging without filtration. From the back label It has been sitting in our house for more than a year😄. I had no luck opening this year's bottle, but I took the plunge and opened it. It is delicious 😋. Lunch was at the nearby Ogiso Flour Mill

Good morning, Jay & Nobby 😃. I was worried about the raw hiney fragrance, but it turned out to be fine. Gensho Mai, there used to be a liquor store in the area, but it seems to have become well-known to the public and we don't see it much these days 😥.

Sake Mine Kakoshi Kuro no tsuki Daiginjo-genshu 1800ml Raw material rice: Yamadanishiki produced in Hyogo Prefecture Rice polishing ratio 38 Alcohol content 17.5 It is a daiginjo-style sake made by hanging the sake in a bag and collecting only the drops that naturally drip down from the bag. Yesterday, we had a year-end party at Choha Kanazawa Ekimae. The food was brought in by one of our business partners! There were many fish in the fish tank at the restaurant! I had only one glass of sake! At room temperature, it is a mellow, umakuchi (delicious) sake, priced at 11,000 yen per bottle.

It must be crowded with skiers by now. ⛷️ The second day of Tanada rice was for my wife and this is for me 😆. The aperitif, at 20 degrees Celsius, is a real gusshin! From the moment you put it in your mouth, you can feel it passing down your throat and arriving in your stomach. It's a fresh and tasty sake! I had it with Hara-san's miso hot pot 🍲. Shinshu Kamerei Junmai Ginjyo Unfiltered Unrefined Nama Sake Hitogochi from the terraced rice fields of Inakura Rice polishing ratio 55 Alcohol content 16 2024.3 Yesterday was Christmas Eve🎄. I looked for a green or red sake from my stock, but I opened a bottle of this one with the greenest bottle. It has been sleeping for more than a year and a half, so let's wake up and have it! The raw hiney aroma I was worried about 🙆🙆It's totally fine. Yesterday I felt the green label was enough, but this one is fresh & fruity without any clutter 😋. Last year in early spring, it was available at the brewery store for quite a long time! This year it was immediately changed to fire-brewed! I wonder what will happen to 2026😥. The collaboration sake cups are 2024 and 2025 🍶.

Ding Bangai Junmai Ginjyo Oorigarami 720ml Ingredient rice Kinmon-Nishiki Rice polishing ratio 55 Alcohol: 16%. I was wondering what kind of sake Ding from the same brewery would be like, since I have been drinking Shinshu Meisho's Takizawa recently, when I found the first new sake from Ding, a freshly squeezed oragara on Sunday and brought it with me. It is only sold at a limited number of distributors in Japan, and in a sense, it is a very hard to find sake. Compared to Takizawa, it is the same fresh and fruity, but milder and softer! Conclusion! Both are delicious 😋.

NARIMASA Yuyamanishiki Junmai Happoshiboritate Nama 720ml Rice used: Yuyamanishiki produced in Nanto City Polishing ratio 60 Alcohol 15%. Narimasa is the representative of Toyama Prefecture's sparkling sparkling wine! Right? The bottle was opened without any opening and closing ritual. It opened without any opening and closing ritual! It might have been better to let it ferment in the bottle a little longer. But this lightness is refreshing and matches the slightly dry taste. I compared it with Banshu Ikkyo on the second day, when the sweetness opened up, and it was a good pairing! By the way, we had lunch at Morimori Sushi🍣 in Nonoichi yesterday! After that, I took him to Nutamata-san for a Daishinshu Sparkling: ✌️ This one? Have you ever had it? Do you need an ice pick?" Yes, I had a hard time last year. It's still fermenting in the bottle, so please keep it in the fridge. My wife said, "You are unusually early! I found what I was looking for right away, and I have to patrol 2 more houses😅.

Banshu Issen Shichiho Junmai Unfiltered Orikarami 720ml 100% Hyogo-kita-Nishiki rice (Shinagin-polished rice) Polishing ratio 65 Alcohol content: 14%. Saturday was windy, but the temperature rose to 21℃. We harvested 5 cardboard boxes of daikon radishes, turnips, and Nikka-daikon radishes, and delivered them to a coffee shop we know in order to serve them at a children's cafeteria. We had a one-pot dish for dinner. The Chinese cabbage is now ready to eat all at once, and it looks like the one-pot meal will continue for a while. We decided to drink Banshu Issen Oorigarami sake. The ritual of opening and closing the bottle was done twice, and the sake was poured into a bowl. The top clear liquid smelled a little like cemedine ( ;) ). I immediately mixed it with ori and it disappeared: ✌️ It's a little dry, maybe, but it's delicious 😋. The Tateyama mountain range at about 3pm was beautiful. ⛰️

Junmai Ginjo Fuyuakari Slightly sparkling Nigori Nama-shu 720ml Rice:100% Yumesansui produced in Aichi prefecture Rice polishing ratio: 60 Alcohol content: 15%. The top clearness is quite shrizzy. When the oli was mixed in, it had a bitterness that increased? Bitterness increased? It is a different route from the sweetness of Shinshu, a clear western sweetness with sourness. Well, it's a matter of taste.

Kamiwatari Nigori Sake 720ml 100% Nagano rice Alcohol content 15%. We brought this to you last week. The cooler box was overflowing, so we chose a non-draft sake. The price was 1,320 yen including tax, or 2,420 yen for a bottle. The supernatant was quite tangy, so we mixed it all at once. I hear nigori sake is good for the body. It is moderately mellow, so it might have been nice to change the flavor on the rocks.

AMAMI Junmai Ginjyo Shinshu Nama-zake 720ml Rice polishing ratio: 60 Alcohol content: 15%. This day was a combination of the second day of Hokian Okuni and Tenbi Shinshu. The sweetness of the Hokian Okuni opened up on the second day. The Tenmei is clear, clean, and clean, and is quite the opposite of Beian Daiguo. The good points of each sake stood out even more, making for an interesting comparison. Now, what should we pair it with tonight?

Hokian Okuni Shiboritate Nama-nama-shu 720ml Rice polishing ratio 70%. Alcohol content 19%. We went to the Kitaan Okuni brewery's direct sales area. There was a limited edition sake called "Totteoki" that is not normally distributed, but this time I went for the new sake Shiboritate. I opened the bottle as soon as I got home. What's that? Maybe it is less sweet than usual. Yesterday, on the way from Nagano to Hakuba, I decided to stop by the brewery's store and took the road to Omachi and went up the mountain. Gradually, the road surface became icy in the shade. The road surface was completely frozen on the way up the mountain. Even with studless tires, it was impossible. We chose the road down to Lake Kisaki on the right. However, the road was so narrow that cars could not pass each other on the way down, and it was frozen and slippery in the shade, so we went down praying that no oncoming cars would come. I was relieved when I saw the national highway. If you follow the navigation system, you will be forced to go over the mountain without any problems, so be careful in winter. When I was talking about the slippery mountain pass at the store, they recommended the online shop😅. The photo is Lake Aoki and the brewery's direct sales office.
