Rice polishing ratio: 55
Alcohol content: 15% 2024.6 Manufactured
Somehow, I was curious about how this trend differed from Shinshu Kamerei, a rice produced in Nagano Prefecture, and there was a Miyamanishiki, a fire-aged sake from just one year ago.
So let's open the bottle. Yes, it is the usual Shinshu Kamerei. There is also a light schwarziness.
There was a clear difference between Noto rice and the three varieties.
Well, today is Shinsei day.
I think I'll join the event after work 😃.
