Sasamasamune Special Junmai Sasamune Nama-shu Hatsushibori 720ml Rice used: 60% polished Kitakata-produced Yume-no-Kou rice Alcohol content: 15%. On my way home yesterday, I went to a liquor store in search of a special pure sake from Tasake. I chose Banshu Issen Sumishu and a third bottle. I was caught by the "just arrived". I got home and immediately opened the bottle. It is rough and energetic. Looks like it needs to settle down a bit 😆.

Good morning, @Mizuhashi. I'm interested in the Yume no Koka sake 🎵. Is it the morning glow of the Tateyama mountain range? Reminds me of the sunrise mountain range I saw on my trip✨.

AKABU AKABU F NEWBORN - Ginjo-Nama-Shu 1,800ml Ingredients/Details Ginga produced in Iwate Prefecture Rice polishing ratio 60 Alcohol 16%. This is the F nama sake that we could not find last year. It was included in last month's hanpukai. It is cosy, still petite, clear and refreshingly delicious. I think it's great as a regular sake 😃.

Miyakanbai Junmai Ginjo Shinmai Nama Shu Orikagarumi 1800ml Rice polishing ratio: 55 Alcohol content: 15 Rice used: 100% Miyamanishiki Following on from Taisetsukei, Miyakanmei Orikagarumi has just opened and was included in the November Hanpukai (✌️). Last year it was sold out immediately and was undrinkable. It is soft and not too sweet. I am looking forward to the second day. By the way, I've been in line for the Goldwyn family sale since early this morning 😰.

I hope we can stop by Daishinshu too.

Takachiyo Shiboritate Nama Undiluted Sake - Orikagarami - Green Label 1800ml Ingredients : Rice (domestic), Rice malt (domestic) Alcohol content: 16%. Next, I opened the bottle of Takachiyo. Kouriu is citrusy, but it became mellow and fruity at once. It's also delicious😋. I'm walking quite a bit right now during an online walking campaign at work, no wonder I'm not losing weight 😭. The photo is from yesterday's Kanazawa station🍁.

Urasato Ikumoto Junmai-shu 1,800ml Rice: Gohyakumangoku Rice polishing ratio 65 Alcohol percentage: 14% (undiluted) Many people commented that it is like grape, but it is not that fruity and has a clear feeling. It is not that fruity, but rather transparent. Today is the 3rd day since the bottle was opened. I'm drinking it lukewarm and it's also delicious. The photo is today's Tateyama mountain range, finally turning white! It's the season for new sake!

Good evening, @Mizuhashi. The Tateyama mountain range is beautiful ✨ I was able to see the mountain range itself on my trip last month, but it's different when it's white: ⤴️ Sorry for reacting to the scenery instead of the sake 💧. It's almost time to enjoy lukewarm sake 😊.

drunken whale junmai daiginjo koiku akiagari 720m Ingredient rice: Gin-no-Yume Polishing ratio 45 Alcohol level 16%. The next one is the Akiagari by Drunken Whale. It has a clear, sharp and solid taste. The black soybean edamame (soybeans with black beans) also adds a sweet autumn flavor. This time, we talked about sweet, spicy, raw, and juicy sake, and the various tastes of the drinkers 🍶. In the end, it all emptied out nicely 🤩.

Haneya Daiginjo Nama-shu 720ml Rice polishing ratio: 40 Alcohol content: 16%. Next is Haneya Daiginjo Nama Sake. Mizuhata Hanpukai. It is usually fired-in sake, but this is a limited-edition draft sake. It has been aged for a year and a half in the refrigerator at home. We enjoyed it without any twists and turns, but the taste gradually became more and more vague.

Sake to Commemorate Hida City's 20th Anniversary Original blend limited edition sake from three breweries, Otsubo Shuzo Brewery, Kaba Shuzo Brewery, and Watanabe Shuzo Brewery, at the Hida Sanzo Maori held in Furukawa-cho, Hida City, Gifu Prefecture on November 3, 2011. We purchased it on the day and brought it with us. Jindai ✖︎ Shiromayumi ✖︎ Hourai, limited to 555 bottles 🥹. Each of them is a chic sake with the characteristics of each of the three breweries. Next year, let's go to the Shirakawa-go doburoku festival, although the three Hida breweries are also good! We were so excited 😄.

Kangiku Monochrome Junmai Daiginjo Yamashu No.4 Super Limited Non-filtered Nama-shu 1800ml Rice : Yamashu No.4 Rice polishing ratio : 50 Alcohol content: 15 degrees Celsius Next is Sono Kangiku. Why should my friend from Tokyo come to Toyama and drink sake from neighboring Chiba? Well, well, well... Try the sweet and juicy one," he said. But the evaluation was split. The ladies thought it was delicious. Uncle Dry, too sweet! He thought it would be better with cheese than seafood. Not so good for the crab...

Kachikoma Honjikomi 720ml Rice polishing ratio: 55 Alcohol content: 16%. Next up was Kachikoma Honjikomi. It is a food sake that does not interfere with food. However, some people who like sweet sake said it was too dry. However, if it were an evening sake, it would naturally be satisfying enough 😄.

Sogen Junmai Ishikawamon 720ml Rice and polishing ratio Ishikawa-mon 65% polished rice Alcohol content 15%. Next is Sogen from Suzu City, Noto. My friends were not aware of the damage to sake breweries caused by the Noto Peninsula earthquake, so I explained to them that this year's sake was made locally while restoring the brewery after the disaster. Sake from Noto goes well with crab! It is a dry sake with a little bit of maturity.

Koshiji-no-Kenbai Hiyoshi Rice polishing ratio 65 Alcohol content 16%. Rice: Gohyakumangoku, etc. On this day, a crab party was held with friends. There were a total of nine people from Tokyo, Hida Furukawa and Toyama. We had 7 four-packs and 1 one-pack of sake to save space in our fridge 😅. The first one was a hiyaoroshi from the Kubiki Shuzo brewery in Joetsu. The first one was Hiyoroshi from Kubiki Sake Brewery in Joetsu, Japan. It has a mature flavor from cold storage and was a good toast to start off the event. ✌️

Fuji Taikan Junmai Yamadanishiki Hatsushiboriguchi Dry Nama-Shu 720ml Rice : Yamadanishiki Rice polishing ratio: 65 Alcohol content: 15%. When I went home on Friday, I stopped by a liquor store and saw a pop-up of new sake. Is it this year's rice? Yes, it is our first new sake of the season. I was told that there was a limit on the number of bottles of Morishima, but that Fuji Taikan could manage to get in. Yes, we took him without hesitation. I went home and opened the bottle. It was fresh and delicious 😋. We had it right away and it was a great decision. ✌️

Shinshu Kamerei Junmai Ginjo Kinmon Nishiki 720ml Rice used: Kinmonnishiki Rice polishing ratio 55 Alcohol content 15 The bottle was opened. As I recall, there were brown and blue bottles in this series last year due to a shortage of sake bottles, and I heard from Tsubu-chan that the blue bottle was rare, so I was unable to open the bottle. The label is getting worn, but let's drink it. I was not able to open the blue bottle because I heard from Tsubu-chan that blue bottles are rare. The gaseous sensation has settled down, but I think it has become smoother.
