End of Summer Drinking at Sake Daigo (1)
I was going to participate in the Sake Festival at the Osaka Takashimaya Department Store, but had to abandon the plan due to Typhoon No. 10.
So we went to Oktoberfest, a German beer festival in Kanazawa, and then went to Sake Daigo for a sake course 🚄.
I've been thinking about it, I rode the Shinkansen for the first time since it opened at Echizen Takefu Station, which I've seen since it was only a basic part of my job.
After enjoying some directly imported German beer and food, we headed to Daigo 🚶.
First of all, here's the opening drink 🍶!
White Hitomi.
Sweet and fruity aroma of rice, round and juicy sweetness with a fluffy mouthfeel, and a gentle and sweet aftertaste.
The fruity sweetness is different from the "Gold Himi" I drank before 😋.
