Daigo no Kai 16 Chiketsuru Junmai Rice used: Hachitan-Nishiki Polishing ratio 70%. Alcohol content 15 This sake is probably the last one. This time we got many recommendations from the restaurant. I wish I had left it to them earlier. When I choose my own sake, I tend to choose only my favorites. I also met some sake that I didn't know about, so it's fun to be a part of the fun 😆.

Daigo no Kai (7) Koshi Junmai Ginjo Namaishu RAIMEI Raimi Rice：Yamadanishiki, Gohyakumangoku Rice polishing ratio: 58 Alcohol percentage: 16 Next up was Koshi. About an hour after the bottle was opened, the pitch started to pick up. The store owner also recommended one after another on the table. 😅

Daigo no Kai (6) Urasato Junmai Light Nigori Nama Sake Rice：Gohyakumangoku produced in Ibaraki Rice polishing ratio: 65 Alcohol content: 14%. When I asked the staff if they had any recommendations for me, they said, "What do you recommend? I asked the shop owner what he recommended, and he brought me a bottle of Urasato's newest sake, Usu-nigori (light nigori). As expected 👍he knows what he's talking about😋!

Well, there is no "Iraka" that can be served in the "Meishu" course. It has to be the best course. Then, let's try Daishinshu. I wanted to try the Jungin of Autumn, so it was perfect. It's a drinking party at Daigo Kanazawa First, let's toast with draft beer 🍻. The all-you-can-drink sake course is 3,500 yen. The best course is 4,500 yen. On this day, we chose the best sake course. │ ꜆♡🍶🍶🍶🍶 At Sakeiki Daigo, Part 1 I came back to my hometown for Obon vacation and went to Sakeiki Daigo for the first time in 2 years 😀✨. This time, instead of the strongest all-you-can-drink course, I took my time and drank like an adult 😊I got Jikin in the beginning 😋. It has a mild but fruity aroma, a beautiful sweetness and umami, and the acidity finishes it off 😚👍✨It was a delicious guy who is refreshing in the summer when you drink ☀️🍉🌻🏊🥳.

Sake Katsudo in Kanazawa [Daigo] (6) Real time ver. The last bottle of "Nabeshima Purple Label" we ordered was low, so the store staff gave us a freebie 🥰. Nabeshima Junmai Ginjo Yamadaho. ［I had never heard of Yamadaho, but it is the parent of Yamadanishiki 🤔. It has a mellow aroma that is typical of Nabeshima, a smooth and clean taste, and a slight sweetness that finishes with a clean acidic aftertaste. Compared to Yamadanishiki, it has more umami and more acidity. I left Daigo with great satisfaction and would like to explore the Korinbo area afterwards✨.

Sake Katsudo in Kanazawa [Daigo] (4) Real time ver. The 4th picture is this one, which is hard to drink in Fukui! Aizu Nakasyo Junmai Ginjo Yume no Kou" (Aizu Nakasyo Junmai Ginjo Yume no Kou) The aroma is rich and umami, the mouthfeel is refreshing, and the finish is clean and refreshing. The lightness of the flavor is inversely proportional to the aroma.

Sake Katsudo in Kanazawa [Daigo] (3) Real time ver. The third drink 😙. Here is another bottle we found in the cellar 🍶. Hirotogawa Special Junmai. I think it's been over a year since I last drank it, so it's been a while 🥰. The aroma is clean yet full with a banana-like richness, the mouthfeel is plump and juicy, the flavor and sweetness are crisp and refreshing, and the finish is smooth and lingering. I recently discovered a drunken liquor store in Kanazawa with a lineup of "Hirotogawa" so I can join the missionary work of the director of T.KISO. ✨️

Sake Katsudo in Kanazawa [Daigo] (2) Real time ver. What's this label? I wondered if the label was like this. I thought "I don't remember this label" and chose this one. Shinshu Kamerei Hitogokochi Junmai-shu. I had an image of a light blue tortoise shell pattern on the label, but the silver color indicates "Junmai-shu" (Junmai-shu). It has a full aroma, a smooth mouthfeel with a mineral flavor, a sharp finish, and a pleasant aftertaste. Comparing them like this, there are quite a lot of miscellaneous flavors 🤔. This is my first Hitokochiki Junmai sake 🥰. The entrée was Kombu Yaki Mentaiko and Kaisen Tataki (Seafood Tataki) 🍴.
