Gen no Taki Junmai Ginjo Light Nigori Sake
The president of the brewery himself poured it for us.
Of course it was delicious. I had to take him to the sake shop.
The price was 250 yen for one cup and 400 yen for two cups. We bought two cups each for four times. We stayed for about 30 minutes. I was able to enjoy the event alone while talking with the wholesaler and the brewer. The event will be held today and Saturday as well, so if you have time, please come.
Also, there will be a Hokuriku Summer Sake Festival in Osaka on August 2nd and 3rd 😁 Please drop by 🙏.
