Kangiku's Sake Mirai was not in stock and was instead accompanied by three Kangiku varieties. We were unsure about Koshi Apple and Niidashi Zenshu.
The store had 10 bottles in stock at the end of last year and 5 bottles on the day of the event. I asked the owner if he had any Tsukiyoshis in stock. He said yes, but they are not in stock. We have no choice but to cooperate with him to reduce the stock.
I wondered how it would be like to age Orikarami, but no, it is silky and delicious 😊.
