Narimasa Junmai Sake.
This is the last in the series of Toyama's local sake. It is full-bodied and very drinkable. It is as good as today's snacks.
Tonight, we will have it with char-grilled chicken halami.
I bought this after a recommendation from a liquor store in Toyama!
Delicious!
As the opening note says, it's fruity and refreshing with a gaseous, shrizzy feel✨.
The carbonation is very delicate...
It goes down your throat and is easy to drink 🍶.
If I go to Toyama again, I'll definitely buy it! I thought 😊.

2025 Spring Evening: A Taste of New Sake
We participated in the "2025 Spring Evening: Tasting New Sake" event, where we enjoyed new Toyama sake and food.
The toast was Narimasa's Awamama Nama-zake. The bottle was opened without difficulty by opening and closing the bottle twice.
It's ok, it's nice and dry.
I found out that it is a sake made with wild yeast "Onaka".
The price is 2,640 yen. It is an aggressive sake in many ways.
I have the impression that Narimasa is rather good at making fresh bubbly sake.
