We participated in the "2025 Spring Evening: Tasting New Sake" event, where we enjoyed new Toyama sake and food.
The toast was Narimasa's Awamama Nama-zake. The bottle was opened without difficulty by opening and closing the bottle twice.
It's ok, it's nice and dry.
I found out that it is a sake made with wild yeast "Onaka".
The price is 2,640 yen. It is an aggressive sake in many ways.
I have the impression that Narimasa is rather good at making fresh bubbly sake.

It's been a long time since I've seen this Narimasa at the local liquor store.
The lees are slight but the pleasant effervescence, as it claims to be effervescent, enhances the robust flavor of the sake, which is not too sweet and is not too strong.
Purchased at Toyosaburo Maeda Shoten, located on the 2nd floor of the Yaichi main building in Kyoto
They had Shikishima, Nechiozan, Katafune, and other sake that you don't see very often elsewhere!
The clerk told me to be careful not to catch a cold, but I wondered if she was telling everyone.
The sake was fresh and slightly sweet, but powerful and full of flavor.
It gives the impression of being a powerful sake, so it looks like it would be good even if it is heated up or laid down.
It seems a little like Tamagawa.
