Sentori is consistently delicious. きっしーI have been seeing "Nanamizu" at my favorite water shop, but I have never bought it before. This time I tried to buy it to see what it was like. I don't like to buy sake that is made from a traditional sake yeast, but after comparing it with the other one and discussing it with the owner, I chose this one and bought it.
The aroma is discreet but perceptible in a wine glass. Is it citrusy?
It is Omachi, so the taste is firm and not habitual, but it is assertive.
I see... I might buy some Yamadanishiki next time if it is available. きっしーThis is a product brewed by Akabe Brewery using rice contracted by Kazuma Brewery, which was damaged by the Noto Peninsula earthquake!
The taste is typical of Akabu!

He said it was perfectly fine for a day or so if it was fire-aged, so I told him what my taste was and confirmed his recommendation✨.
I've had Yoshida Kurau before, so I felt comfortable with it. The manager told me that this time the sake was fire-aged, but in a way it was close to raw. Normally, when sake is fire-aged, it is fire-aged before bottling, but this sake was bottled raw and then fire-aged, so the fermentation process has progressed to a certain degree in the bottle, and it has a certain petitiveness to it!
I wanted to try it! So I bought it!
The taste has just the right amount of acidity to refresh the sweetness, but the acidity is not overpowering. Easy to drink and delicious. ♥️
However, when I looked at the back of the bottle, I saw that it was a modern Yamahai!

This was as good as Haneya's Wings. The way the molasses mixes like dancing snow is artistic. The slight carbonation gives it a mellow mouthfeel and a refreshing aftertaste.

Rare type with only 240 bottles produced. きっしーI'm drinking "Yamamoto Sunset Orange" while eating pasta I made myself from noon🧡.
I've been drinking a lot of Yamamoto for a long time, but I recognize that Sunset Orange is the first time I've had a real delivery.
It has the crisp sweetness that is typical of Yamamoto, with a plum aroma and sourness coming along with the bitterness. I'd say it's a bit more habit-forming than the usual Yamamoto, but only because of the pluminess.
