I have been seeing "Nanamizu" at my favorite water shop, but I have never bought it before. This time I tried to buy it to see what it was like. I don't like to buy sake that is made from a traditional sake yeast, but after comparing it with the other one and discussing it with the owner, I chose this one and bought it. The aroma is discreet but perceptible in a wine glass. Is it citrusy? It is Omachi, so the taste is firm and not habitual, but it is assertive. I see... I might buy some Yamadanishiki next time if it is available.

This is a product brewed by Akabe Brewery using rice contracted by Kazuma Brewery, which was damaged by the Noto Peninsula earthquake! The taste is typical of Akabu! The aroma has an Akabu-like fragrance, and the fresh fruity taste in the mouth is also in the same family! However, perhaps due to the difference in the rice used, the fruity flavor of Akabu is a little stronger with a hint of rice.

Smells great ❤ Clean and sweet scent ❤ Well balanced taste of Yamada Nishiki! The acidity is subdued, and the sweetness is felt, but not dull, clear and sweet! Kamo Nishiki I wonder if it's similar to Shagafuda Sake or something? It's not heavy, but it has a thicker flavor.

I decided to bring my sake at room temperature and consulted my favorite restaurant, Sake Senan Mizukami✨. He said it was perfectly fine for a day or so if it was fire-aged, so I told him what my taste was and confirmed his recommendation✨. I've had Yoshida Kurau before, so I felt comfortable with it. The manager told me that this time the sake was fire-aged, but in a way it was close to raw. Normally, when sake is fire-aged, it is fire-aged before bottling, but this sake was bottled raw and then fire-aged, so the fermentation process has progressed to a certain degree in the bottle, and it has a certain petitiveness to it! I wanted to try it! So I bought it! The taste has just the right amount of acidity to refresh the sweetness, but the acidity is not overpowering. Easy to drink and delicious. ♥️ However, when I looked at the back of the bottle, I saw that it was a modern Yamahai! What? Is it a Yamahai? Many Yamahai wines have a strong character, so I tend to avoid them, but this Yoshida Kurau overturned my image of them!

I like Kouko and have had a lot of them, but this is my first time with the back! As the back label says, peach🍑 and banana🍌 feeling! Indeed! I don't think there has been much banana🍌 type in Kouko so far. And yet it feels fresh! I can certainly feel it!

9.5/10 stars This was as good as Haneya's Wings. The way the molasses mixes like dancing snow is artistic. The slight carbonation gives it a mellow mouthfeel and a refreshing aftertaste. It was so delicious that I drank too much for the first time in a long time. Wish to repeat.

I'm drinking "Yamamoto Sunset Orange" while eating pasta I made myself from noon🧡. I've been drinking a lot of Yamamoto for a long time, but I recognize that Sunset Orange is the first time I've had a real delivery. It has the crisp sweetness that is typical of Yamamoto, with a plum aroma and sourness coming along with the bitterness. I'd say it's a bit more habit-forming than the usual Yamamoto, but only because of the pluminess. This is fine, but I expect a taste change on the second day❤.

Delicious ♥️ I was at "Shusenan Mizukami" where I always buy sake, and I thought "Oh, there's brewing forest! I bought it immediately! I had drunk it before and it must have been my favorite! The owner said it was "sweet", but I bought it! But I bought it based on my memory! Ding dong! Sweet, sour and fruity with a slight sparkle and a squishy feeling❤. It's the best 👍Yummmmmmmm ❤

Kura Rose" is the last chapter of Tenmei's "Kura 0 Series" ❤. There are camellia, cherry blossom, wisteria, and rose in the series, but I drank only the previous one, wisteria, and this rose. But the sweet and sour taste is right in my favorite strike zone ❤I enjoyed the wisteria so much that I bought it again at Shusenan Mizukami ❤. When you pour it into a wine glass, the sweet aroma tickles your nose and the taste is as good as the wisteria❤Tenmei lovers should definitely try it.

The lapel is indeed 🍇-like, but the name is wisteria, so it's the same purple image. I'll try to drink it. Pouring it into a wine glass🍷 and smelling the aroma, it sure smells like a clean white grape. The taste is p+.:. Oh (*PO *)oh p.. From the aroma, I imagine a more refreshing white wine-like acidic sweetness, but when I drink it, it's totally different. Heh🎶. This is good.

When I went to Sake Senan Mizukami this week, I bought Snow Fantasy, the only one of Michel's that I have never had! I dared to buy the red label instead of the blue label summer sake because a friend of mine had said it was delicious before. I was careful not to blow out the bottle when I opened it, but the cork didn't close properly and I spilled a little... (omg!) The taste is already amazing, and the sweet and sour taste that reminds me of fruit is a juice for adults. This will be gone soon🤣. I have some nostalgic memories of Michel and I'm very emotional.
