We finally opened the third most expensive sake in our house 😋✨. I had a Starbucks in Kawagoe before and it was so sweet and juicy that I really liked it 😆. The aroma is the same as last time with a wonderful fruity aroma of rich, ripe muscat 🍇. Just the aroma alone is delicious! The first sip is a fusion of fresh and mellow muscat, the wonderful taste of concentrated sweetness of rice, and the minerality is very delicious 🥳. The acidity that comes afterwards flows through nicely and does not leave a sweet taste, so it is a dangerous sake to drink without getting tired of drinking it 🍶. As a fan of Oumine, I have to admit that I am a bit partial to it, but I think it is the ultimate sweet and juicy sake 😆. If you like sweet and juicy sake, please visit ‼️

HANABI CUP at Ohmine, which I had saved for this day. I came up with the idea of drinking HANABI while watching fireworks when I booked the bus tour for the fireworks show 🎇✨. I was excitedly waiting for the time to come with various cups of sake in my cooler bag 😋. As soon as the fireworks went off, my wife and I had a toast! The taste is smooth on the tongue and has a mild sweetness with a clean aftertaste. I think it tastes so much better than when I drank it at home 🤔. I wonder if the HANABI synergy effect of the fireworks is still amazing...

Hagiwara Shuzo's sake sold at a stall during the Tonegawa Fireworks Festival. I heard it was brewed as a commemorative sake for 170 years in line with the renewal of the brand. It's in a pouch and looks fresh 🤔. I was surprised when I took a sip to see what it tasted like! It's very sweet and juicy and easy to drink 🥰. I don't mean to be rude, but I didn't expect much from this sake, but it's so good that it betrays me ✨. It was sold for 700 yen, but the owner said it should be 1000 yen or else it's not worth it! I checked later and the regular price was 4,400 yen, so it was definitely not worth it, and it was even better than that 🥳. I'm sure I'll repeat this one 😋.

Hatsu Bunraku-san is a luxury Daiginjo bag-hanging or something like that 🫥. The aroma is gorgeous and fruity, with hints of melon and pear in the ginjo aroma. Absolutely delicious smell, as is common with sweet-amami types 🥰. Sip and you can feel the sweetness and umami of the rice in abundance with a surprisingly soft mouthfeel ✨. It's a sweet/umami type of sake, but it has a nice crisp aftertaste and not too much of a lingering aftertaste, making it a great sake for a mealtime drink 😋. Also, I won the drawing for the Jishin I mentioned before, thank you thank you thank you ☺️✨

Eiko Fuji's Snake Eye🐍. Unusually(?) for Eikoufuji, it is a dry sake with a sake strength of +9. It is a dry sake with a sake strength of +9! It has a fresh aroma of white grapes and green apples, probably due to the wine yeast. It is just like a wine and looks delicious 🍷. When you put it in your mouth, you will feel the clear acidity and dry sharpness, and the sweetness is moderate with astringency and bitterness following after. 🏃‍♂️ It is dry but mellow, so I think even people who don't like dry wine can enjoy it 😌.

Fukkai-san, who is often recommended but has never had a drink. The aroma is subtly fruity with a hint of muscat 🍇. When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the beautiful acidity spreading quickly, accentuated by the tangy, slightly bubbly taste 😋. The sweetness and umami take center stage, with no bitterness or astringency, and a sharp, clean finish. It was the kind of sake I should have had earlier! We also ordered Nabe-sama's Shizuku Shibori, which was as delicious as ever!

When I bought Harmonic Emotion Houraisen Gin is a luxury 😱.... Sora is aged for 1 year and Gin is aged for 3 years before being sold. I've never had many old sake so I'm looking forward to it 😋. The aroma is subdued. Silky and mellow on the palate The classic flavor from the rice is strong and finishes with a touch of astringency. The taste is massive and very drinkable 🍶. If you like classic flavors, you'll drink this sake with ease ✨.

Nanada Aiyama no Kata no Hiyoroshi Compared to Omachi, it has a soft aroma of Japanese fruits such as grapes, pomegranates, and loquats. The first sip is characterized by a soft, sweet and fleshy mouthfeel, rounder and mellower than OMACHI, with a mild acidity. It was the kind of sake that stands out more when drunk on its own. Omachi is a food sake, while Aizan is a sake to be savored slowly by itself. I think Aizan is the type of sake to be savored slowly on its own 🤔.

Hiyoroshi, the one from Oumachi by Shichida-san. I am an idiot who read "Shichiden" until a while ago 🥺. It has a sweet aroma of ripe bananas with a little crisp nuance and no peculiar smell. The first sip is characterized by the deep umami of rice and firm acidity, giving the impression of a medium to slightly dry taste 😋. It is rich but has a crisp aftertaste, and I was drinking it while thinking that it would definitely go well with the autumn taste of Akinatai fish 🐟.

Eikoufuji's Expensive and Delightful The king of sake rice, Yamada-Nishiki, is polished to 35%, and the passion and skill of the brewers come together to create this supreme daiginjo! Just from this description alone, you can already taste the deliciousness. I knew I had to try it, so I ordered it! The aroma of melon and fruits is gorgeous, and the mouthfeel is silky, delicate and smooth. The sweetness is natural and mellow, but the finish is balanced and crisp. Too good to be true, Sanctuary😋. It's a great sake that can be enjoyed on its own, or as a complement to a meal 🍶. I bought it because it was so good! I'm looking forward to drinking it (:3_ヽヽ)_

Mr. Sparkling Tasake Sparkling Tasake I found while looking at the fridge behind my seat and having a drink! They weren't supposed to open it yet, but the master kindly agreed to open it for us 😭🙏. Thank you for that time 🙇‍♂️💦 Tasake always poured in a wine glass, not a tokkuri! It's so tangy and delicious 😋😋. I had it with fried oyster tartar, and the fresh citrusy aroma and the shwashiness flowed in harmony with the oily fried oysters! It goes great with fried food 🥳.

Jikin Asahi Hi-iri It's still the same delicious sake... The mild fruity aroma gives it a mellow mouthfeel, and the deep umami of the rice is delicious. Recently, I have been accumulating too much sake and my wife has set a monthly limit on the number of sake I can purchase, so I have been drinking out more 🥹. So I'm going to be more flexible than before 😇 I'll end this preamble with the last of Kangiku's summer sake, Adapt! A delicious looking sake brewed with fusakogane! As usual, the cork almost blows off and hits you in the face when you open it! The aroma is fruity and the mouthfeel is smooth, with a slight carbonation and sweetness that spreads from the carbonation and blends with the juicy flavor. The alcohol content is low at 14 degrees, so you will never get tired of drinking this delicious sake!

The last one is hiyaoroshi by Mizubasho. I could feel the delicious taste of the rice in the thick mouthfeel. ☺️ I don't think there was much acidity, and the finish was mellow 😌. I think it's not good to drink too much because they have all kinds of good sake 🥹. I'll be careful next time😇

It was a change from the autumn sake we had just had, with a light and refreshing taste, more like the umami of rice than sweetness and flavor! It tasted more like rice flavor 😋✨. Everyone loves AKABU's cold grated I always say that it has a tropical aroma, but I've had too many fruity drinks and my nose is stupid 😭. I can only say that it smells good when I'm drunk too much 😭. I remember that it has a mild and gentle sweetness on the palate 😋. The alcohol is light at 13%, and the acidity that comes afterwards is beautiful and easy to drink. ☺️
