I opened Sake Mirai the other day.
I always look forward to opening it because I love Hanamup so much 🍶´-
I love Hanamup because of its ginjo aroma when you open the bottle: ☺️
It's so fruity and sweet that I can drink as many glasses of it as I want!
As usual, we paired it with sashimi and chawanmushi (steamed egg custard), which also went well with it✨.
As it gets to room temperature, the aroma becomes stronger and more gorgeous, and the fruity flavor can be enjoyed!
It was such a wonderful sake 😋!
Compared to the Omachi nama sake we had before, this sake has a light and crisp Omachi taste. ☺️
On a side note, I've been making too much chawanmushi (steamed egg custard) and consuming too many eggs 🥚.

Sake Mirai is a sake that I have great memories of drinking with my dear senpai 😋.
