We cleared out the kitchen counter and redecorated it into a sort of tavern.
It's great to be able to see the TV in the living room while drinking standing up!

Ohmine's aroma is very invigorating from the moment you open the bottle!
The aroma is a mellow muscat aroma that quickly penetrates the nostrils, with a hint of lychee later on. ☺️
The elegant mouthfeel, combined with the silky smoothness of the wine, makes it an impossible sake to resist.
The juicy, slightly effervescent taste, reminiscent of muskmelon or Shine Muscat, will make you gasp in surprise.
It was a delicious sake suitable for summer that could be drunk like a soft drink!
It went well with my homemade chawanmushi (steamed egg custard) and it was a blissful moment 🍶.
I can drink while conversing with my wife in the living room, so I can say that the izakaya makeover was a great success!
I'm looking forward to decorating the shelves with various sakes from now on too. ☺️
