Ryujinmaru Junmai Daiginjo Bag Hanging Shizukutori We opened the flagship of Ryujinmaru for the 100 check-in: ☺️ By the way, this is my first Ryujinmaru 🐲🐲🐲. I'm a luxury man 🐉🐲🐲. The opening of the bottle is so luxurious 😳 It's the type of mouth you have to clink to open it 🙄. When you pour it into a glass, you can smell the full sweet aroma, it's like being surrounded by ripe grapes, the fruity aroma is enchanting ☺️ Now take a sip 🍶. Wow! It's a clear, sweet and delicious type! The aroma of Muscat and Kyoho grapes after you take a sip is amazing 😳✨. The smooth and silky texture of the sake... At first I felt alcohol at the back of my throat, but from the second sip, the umami sweetness of the rice spreads in my mouth. Finished with no bitterness at all 🥰. When it is left for a little while to get close to room temperature, the sweetness and umami will expand and the sense of satisfaction will increase 😆 Delicious Sake! After the 2nd day The flavor of the sake's traditional sake yeast comes out a little, but the corners that were not there originally become more rounded and the sweet and tasty taste becomes more mellow 😳. It's sweet and umami, but it's also very crisp and clean, so it's a versatile sake that can be enjoyed on its own or as a mid-meal drink. I would say it's more of a stand-alone 🤔. I'm interested in the other Ryujinmaru 🤔

Jikin Yoshikawa Yamadanishiki Like Tojo Yamadanishiki, this one also has a sweet, elegant and fruity aroma ☺️ Fruity aroma like grape and green apple 🍏🍇. The first sip has a fresh, slightly effervescent and lush mouthfeel with a juicy sweetness and a clear, light and refreshing taste. The taste is also mineral and flows in with a delicious flavor. It has a slight bitterness in the aftertaste, but it was a delicious Jikin that left a lasting impression 😌. The second drink was a Kudokibe Nijiiro Bakuren! The master and I got into a conversation about dry sake, and I told him about the super dry Harushika I had once had, and he said, "We have a super dry one too. Harushika had a Sake Degree of +12, but this one was even spicier than that, with a Sake Degree of +15! But the master said that I should try it because I didn't feel it to be that spicy. The aroma is typical of a dry sake. The aroma is not so much ginjo aroma (partly because I was drunk), but it is light and easy to drink. The mouthfeel is light and easy to drink. ☺️ The acidity is sharp and pronounced, with a fruity sweet-sourness that is followed by a tingling spiciness and bitterness 🍶. After the second sip, the tongue and nose get used to the tropical fruit aroma and the flavor smooths out 😳. At room temperature, it became more fruity, smoother and easier to drink, and the flavor changed with each sip ✨.

Shinsei no Karoura I couldn't read it at first and asked the waiter, "Do you want the Shinsei on top of the Viridian?" I ordered it 😂. This one also seems to be an experimental sake for the hanpukai and it says it's for professionals, but what the heck 🍶 pour it into the glass. The aroma is refreshingly fruity with a green apple flavor and a cool, refreshing feeling. The first sip is like a soft drink with a refreshing acidity that makes it quite easy to drink 😳. Although it is labeled as a kijoshu, the taste is a different approach from the Yonotori, and it is a crisp, fruity, and very easy to drink kijoshu 😋✨. Also, it went really well with abalone sashimi 🦪.

Ryoseki Shuzo is famous for Hana Yuu. But recently, Suidama is becoming more and more famous and popular, and even if you want to drink it, it is often sold out😭. The aroma is fruity, but less so than Hanayuup. However, it has a mild fruity aroma and an elegant image 😌. When you take a sip, it has a creamy richness, and rather than being sweet and delicious, it has the full flavor of rice. But there is also a hint of sweetness and a refreshing acidity that flows through it 😊. I thought it was a sake that the flavor would spread as it got closer to room temperature, but I couldn't wait and drank it all 😭. I'll be back for more 😭

The second self-serve all-you-can-drink was Tobiroki! I am always struck by the gap between the label and the taste when I drink it 😋. Despite the classic appearance, the taste is mildly fruity, not too sweet and not too hard to drink. It's the type of delicious sake you want to drink with a cup of sake 🍶. I would have liked to drink more, but I have my own theory that it's better to keep it to this level for the next enjoyment 😆. I hope other people can taste it because it's self-serve 😌.

October 1 was Sake Day, so our favorite restaurant, Matsuzaki, held an all-you-can-drink event where over 20 brands of sake were offered for free 🥰. The first sake chosen for this wonderful event was Chiebijin's Hachitan-Nishiki 😋. I forgot to take a picture of the back label 🙄. The aroma was fruity and gave the impression of a modern sake, with a hint of pineapple. The balance between the beautiful sweetness and acidity is wonderful, yet the rice flavor is also present and finishes with a light bitterness 😌. Overall, it was a delicious sake with a clean, fruity and acidic taste ✨.

The muscat-like ginjo aroma is slightly fluffy and stimulates the desire for sake 😋. The first sip of this sake spreads the umami of the rice, but it quickly fades away and is swallowed before there is time to savor the aftertaste 😭. Another sip and savor while swallowing and again the umami spreads while it finishes cleanly 😳. I was surprised to find a sake that has such a full-bodied flavor and yet it finishes so nicely 😳Soooooo good😳 I drank it while saying "yummy yummy" 🍶 because it is an amazing sake created by delicate and outstanding brewing techniques.

Kangiku's Monochrome This is a very limited series of Junmai Daiginjo Unfiltered Nama-shu. This year, too, I couldn't buy it because my freezer was full (for the nth time), and I was thinking I'd have to wait until next year to buy it, but Matsuzaki saved me again 🥰. The aroma is fresh and refreshing with a fruity aroma of pineapple and melon that softly wafts through the nose 😋. The taste is juicy and full of flavor and sweetness, not to mention the mouthfeel, and it lingers in the back of your throat with a slightly carbonated, tangy acidity 😆✨. The sake is sweet with a sake level of -6 to 7, but I didn't care about that and forced myself to pair it with gibier sausage! It somehow goes well with it 🦌.

My top pick, Omine Shuzo's Nama Sake Yumacho! As I expected, Omine's sake has a wonderful minerality and is very easy to drink. The powerful flavor of the Omachi rice combined with the muscat and kyoho flavors is a near perfect balance for me personally 😆. Seriously delicious 🥺.

The Tasake drinking comparison that was announced in the X announcement. We were excited to drink it again this time 😌. The aroma is gorgeous and fruity, and the Yamahai is sweeter on the palate 😳. The flavor of the rice is more in favor of the Komachi, while the sweet and fruity flavor of the Yamahai is stronger 🤔. I think the waiter said the Yamahai was more subdued, but I guess everyone has a different taste perception of sake 🍶.

I've been curious about SUMIGA sake since I saw the pre-sake sign posted at Matsuzaki. All I know is that it's an old sake aged in wine barrels. The waitress said she was curious about it because she can't sample expensive sake unless she pays for it 😆. I have no choice but to drink it! It was amber in color and the moment it was poured into the glass, the aged aroma spread softly and it had a heavy caramel flavor! Surprisingly, the first sip is quite easy to drink 😳. It was the exact opposite of what I thought it would be, a light sweet aged type to the aroma 😂. The waiter said it was not his favorite type lol

The aroma is muscat-like, with a hint of citrus and crispy nuances, like a summer sake 😌. The taste is mild and easy to drink with a crisp acidity that spreads in the mouth, yummy! I have tasted this acidity somewhere before 🤔. It's Senkou's Kabutomushi: ‼️ It is one of the most acidic COLORS, but it is easy to drink 🤔. Why is that? 🤔 It's great when served with cold tofu with lots of ginger 🥳. Sorry for the food 🙇‍♂️ But it's a great drink to drink in the daytime without a care in the world 🥰.

I forgot I had posted the last Natural Township before and had to double post it so I deleted it 😭 This time it's Tasake that's not covered. Somehow I think this is the first time I'm drinking Tasake in a Tasake glass 🤔. The aroma is mellow apple and grape with a clean sweet nuance 😋. In the mouth, a refreshing sweetness spreads and a pleasant acidity leaves 🥳. The rice flavor is densely intertwined with citrus flavors floating softly and delicious ‼️ The overall balance of this sake is well balanced and delicious no matter what you do with it ☺️✨

I know this is back and forth, but today is my birthday and I would like to finally get my hands on my Jikin collection 😋. I was lucky enough to buy two more bottles of another kind recently, but I remembered the only one I had dabble in, Hakutsuru Nishiki, and pulled it out of the collection freezer 🥳. The aroma is quite to my liking, with a gentle muscat and pear-like ginjo aroma 😆. Here's a sip! It's mmmmmm... ‼️ It seems to be mellower than when I drank it before. It has a clean and refreshing mouthfeel, with a refined sweetness of rice spreading on the palate, and yet it also has a fruity taste like muscat, and the acidity finishes it off.... One word to describe this wine is "wonderful". It's not too sweet, but has a strong acidity, and I personally think it's great as a mealtime sake or on its own. Shinmasa's hanpukai luxury special comparing Hinotori and Gennotori The menu says it's for professionals and has a strong taste. If you see something like that, you have no choice but to drink it. I'll start with the Gen-no-tori. The aroma is similar (or almost the same?) to the Yonotori. It has a sweet aroma like caramel and honey 🍯. The label on the back says that it is brewed entirely with brown rice except for the koji, which made me go "wow" 🥹. The taste is not particularly strong or peculiar, but has a sweet, melty texture like Yonotori, with a delicious caramel honey that spreads on the palate 😋. Next, I'll have the Hinotori. Oh? This one seems a little more peculiar...? 🤔 It's still the same sweet, melty, caramel honey, but it leaves a slight sour taste in your throat...? Both were wonderfully delicious drinks 😋✨.

We finally opened the third most expensive sake in our house 😋✨. I had a Starbucks in Kawagoe before and it was so sweet and juicy that I really liked it 😆. The aroma is the same as last time with a wonderful fruity aroma of rich, ripe muscat 🍇. Just the aroma alone is delicious! The first sip is a fusion of fresh and mellow muscat, the wonderful taste of concentrated sweetness of rice, and the minerality is very delicious 🥳. The acidity that comes afterwards flows through nicely and does not leave a sweet taste, so it is a dangerous sake to drink without getting tired of drinking it 🍶. As a fan of Oumine, I have to admit that I am a bit partial to it, but I think it is the ultimate sweet and juicy sake 😆. If you like sweet and juicy sake, please visit ‼️
