I got Sairai, which is limited to restaurants 🍶.
I drink a lot of Sairai because I like its clear sweetness, but this is my first time drinking S's, so I'm looking forward to it 😋.
The aroma is sweet and mildly fruity, reminiscent of muskmelon, banana, and white peach, but with an elegant flavor that is understated and not too showy. ☺️
Light and clear on the palate, with a freshness and a slight gassy feeling that makes it easy to drink and keeps you coming back for more 😌.
The fresh sweetness is typical of Sairai, but the light and sharp acidity rounds out the aftertaste and makes it easy to pair with a meal ✨.
I was pretty drunk at the 4th sake on this day, but it's a beautiful sake that you can enjoy until the end, so please try it if you see it 😋.
