A nightingale in the garden. We received an ibisubikari. When I heard the name "Inabikari", I thought it would be dry, but contrary to my expectations, it has a fruity flavor. The acidity was also very strong, and it had the refreshing feeling of a summer sake, so I couldn't stop drinking it as I came to the izakaya in a sweaty state. The steamed clams went very well with the sake, and the broth was delicious and soaked into the liver 😆. By the way, the name "iguisu no inabikari" comes from a legend that a year with a lot of thunderstorms brings a good harvest of rice. ⚡️

Good evening, Afio! I know it's delicious 😋. I also had it a while ago at my first garden Uguisu and it was a delicious sake both on its own and during a meal 🤗. The doburoku I was having today was also delicious 😁✨✨.
