I can't help but think of Osamu Tezuka when I hear the name "Yonotori. When poured into a glass, it shines with a golden color like a kijozo-shu and tastes like honey and vanilla, and looks delicious ( ˇωˇ ). The first sip of this sake has a sweetness that is like caramel and honey, followed by a refreshing sharpness, and it's delicious! I looked closer and saw that the alcohol content is 12%! That makes it easy to drink! Also, the box looks like the Shogakukan dinosaur book I used to read a lot.

Shinsei No.6 X-type There was also an A-type, but I looked forward to the next one 😌. When poured into the glass, the aroma was subdued, with fruity nuances of green apple and white peach, with a hint of wood vat ✨. In the mouth, it tasted like a white wine, but with the umami of rice and the depth of sake 😋✨. The aftertaste is clean and refreshing with a hint of bitterness accenting the finish. ‼️ I love the lingering fruitiness that lingers after swallowing: ☺️ It was a great match with raw oysters and I could have shoveled it down endlessly ( ˇωˇ ). As expected from Shinsei‼️ The name "eXcellent" is not for nothing! It was a wonderful sake that even 3,000 yen for a single brew would be considered cheap 🍶✨.

Hatsu Shinshu Kamerei: ‼️ When poured into a glass, it has a delicate apple-like aroma and a hint of sweet aroma of rice, with a calm aroma that can only be achieved by fire-roasting 😋. In the mouth, the soft umami and mild sweetness of Yamae Nishiki spread slowly, yet the acidity is moderate and the overall taste is round and gentle. ☺️ The aftertaste is clean and crisp, with no cloying taste and a fruity aftertaste that lingers elegantly, making it an easy-drinking, well-balanced sake ✨. Too good, Jikin😋. The concentrated sweetness passes through, and then it's crisp and refreshing without much aftertaste ( ˇωˇ ). I wanted to try it to see what it was like before drinking the Hakutsuru-Nishiki I have at home, but now I'm really looking forward to it ( ˇωˇ ) I'll give a detailed review when I drink it again at home 😌.

Akaban Oumachi was delicious, so I have high hopes 🍶. When you open the bottle, you can smell the elegant and refreshing ginjo aroma and taste the full flavor of melon, grapefruit, and a hint of lactic acid like yogurt. Smooth on the palate, with a full flavor from the Bizen Omachi rice, and a light sweetness and mild acidity that are in harmony with each other. If you drink it chilled, the concentrated sweetness, umami, and slight bitterness will quickly pass down your throat, but if you leave it at room temperature for a while, you can further experience the umami and richness of the rice, making it a double treat ( ˇωˇ ). Sharaku is indeed a wonderful sake that does not disappoint ✨.

White Night! The name is great and the bottle looks stylish and to my liking! When you open the bottle, it has a mellow sweet aroma like melon or ripe bananas, and in the mouth it has a fresh, slightly effervescent, elegant sweetness like Japanese sugar, balanced by a good acidity that is personally close to my ideal mellow sweet taste ( ˇωˇ )✨. I like Koshi because it's really good!

I was thrilled because I didn't expect to be able to drink it! And since there were only a few left, they opened up a new dragon bastard in another glass for the ones we couldn't pour out, so we could compare freshly opened ones with the ones that had been open for a while ✨. First, the Jyushiyo that had been open for a while. The aroma was pear and white peach, elegant and floral, raising expectations even before drinking 🍶´-. The mouthfeel was silky and the refined sweetness of Jyushiro's unique Wasanbon-like taste gently enveloped my mouth, and the sake was more refined than I had expected. Freshly opened, it smelled already juicy, and fresher flavors than before stimulated my nose! The taste is also very satisfying, filling the mouth with a sweetness like biting into a juicy, fresh fruit! If I had to sum it up in one word, it is "mellow umakuchi", but the sweetness and umami lingers gently in the aftertaste, not at all dull and wonderful sake ( ˇωˇ )✨!

We had Katsuma Daiginjo at an event a while ago! The ginjo aroma was discreet, but refined, It smells great with fresh fruit nuances like green apple and lafrance. I was lucky enough to find it on sale in a four-pack, so I was grateful to be able to buy it 🍶´-. I can't drink it because I still have a lot of sake stock at home, but I'm going to let it sit until that day.

Senkou's rhinoceros beetle A little while ago, but successfully captured again this year The smell of ripe citrus fruits is enough to lower your body temperature by about 5 degrees Celsius. I drank Hanayuup Misato Nishiki a while ago. This sake is less sweet than the other Hanayuups, but has a gorgeous aroma and a refined taste that is very satisfying 🍶. It's fruity, yet has the umami of rice and a refreshing aftertaste! I had it with sashimi and bruschetta as usual, but it all went so well with the sake that I finished it in about 10 days! I think the one that went best with sake was the negitoro bruschetta in the picture. The sake level is about -6 to -7 degrees Celsius.

Kikuhime: Hiyashiroshi This is my first Chrysanthemum Princess! I thought it was light and dry by looking at the font and the reviews. The first time I drank it, it had an aged aroma, and I thought, "Oh? When I took a sip, I was surprised to find that it had an aged aroma, and when I took a sip, I found that it had a slightly smooth texture, with just a hint of sweetness, followed by a crisp and sharp flavor. The taste was very strange, almost like a noble sake. I was a bit surprised that it tasted so different from what I had imagined, but I guess that's what it's all about. Sake level is about 1 to 2

The Three Musketeers of Hanamup I drank a while ago. The accuracy of the taste has faded. Fruity Omachi > Dewa Sanzan > Akita Sake Komachi Sweetness Omachi > Dewa Sanzan > Akita Sake Komachi Sake sweetness Akita Sake Komachi > Dewa Sanzan > Yumachi Each of these sakes can be drunk without snacks and are delicious! Sharaku Junmai Ginjo Natsugin Usu Nigori I drink a lot of Fukushima sake, but I can't help it, it's so good 🍶. The sake has a refreshing summery quality with just the right amount of acidity, and it's great chilled ✨. It's great chilled, but as it gets closer to room temperature, it becomes milder on the palate and has a more rounded flavor that I can't get enough of! The Junmai sake is my favorite Sharaku, but I also like the other Sharaku's because they are also very high quality 🍶-. Sake level is about 1 to 2 in my experience.

Hirotogawa Special Junmai I love this sake so much that I enjoy it with my own sushi, sashimi, and bruschetta with tomatoes and mozzarella cheese 🍶. It has a fruity aroma, but it's easy to drink like water, and you won't get tired of drinking it because it doesn't have a lot of acidity. It is one of my top 5 recommended sake, with the richness and umami of rice! Sake level is about 1-2 in my experience.

This is another Tobiroki Junmai Daiginjo ✨ that I redeemed points for at a distributor. Compared to the Junmai Ginjo Black Label, the Junmai Daiginjo has a rounder, milder mouthfeel and more sweetness, making it a sake for everyone! The black label was more classic, but the Junmai Daiginjo is more modern, and very easy to drink 🍶´-. Like Junmai-Daiginjo, it is great with sashimi and seafood! Sake level is about 0 to 1 degree 🤔.
