I saw this sake at another liquor store the other day, I didn't recognize it as Ganki when I only saw the bottle and looked at it twice 👀.

A good kind of Tasake which is hard to drink at home 😍
Delicious with a daiginjo-like aroma 😋😋.
It was the perfect sake to go with Endo's signature fish 👌
I had some heated sake later but forgot the brand 😆.

Sake rice from Mie Prefecture? It's a divine ear. It's used a lot in Saku 🤔.
When you open the bottle, you can smell the banana aroma 🍌.
Fruity 🍌, sweetness ~ alcohol ~ bitter and smooth 😋.

The third Shirasugi Shuzo ✖️ Fukushima Sake Shop, exclusively for my wife.
Limited edition of 156 bottles 032/156 I had the good fortune to purchase it 😊.
I went directly to the store to pick it up! Even though it was past the store closing time, the wifey waited for me😍.
Unlike on social media, they are very ladylike in the store.
The taste is shwashy and fruity! Just the right amount of acidity with a nice bitterness at the end 😋.
I'm going to savor it and drink it 😊.
