🍶 Extra Sakekasu Ramen 🍜 made with Jyuseki's sake lees instead of sake. Choice of sake lees from 8 Kyoto breweries. Is it daiginjo sake kasu? Very round 😊. I love sakekasu soup and ramen, but sakekasu ramen 😅 Sorry for not posting about sake 🙇.

At Izakaya 🏮 in Fushimi. I remember drinking it before and it was delicious 😊. The most fruity of the three, with the best taste and aroma 🍈🍈🍈😍. I'll buy it when I find it at the liquor store 😊.

At Izakaya in Fushimi 🏮. It's been a while since I've been to Genmai😊. I drank Hitogokochi for the first time. I'm not sure if it was because I drank it as part of a drinking comparison or what? It was smooth and refreshing with a hint of sourness and sweetness 😊. The entrée was fried daikon radish😊.

Drinking out 🏮. We went to an izakaya in Fushimi 🏮. This izakaya has a great selection of locally brewed sake. I chose 3 different types of sake to compare. I was confused about what to choose and ended up with 3 different types 😊. I started with Nabeshima's Aizan 🍶. Probably my first Aizan. It's delicious with a slightly tangy to 🍑 like aroma and smooth taste 😊 with chicken tataki as an entrée 👌

Hi Gyve 😃 Most of the stores in Fushimi Otesuji have a lot of local sake from Kyoto, but the owner here is a sake lover and seems to stock some of his own sake 😅. The store right next door, Chinese NAO, also has a great selection, including Shinmasa 😊 👌 by all means.

I'm drinking at home 🎵♬♬♪ I asked my friend in Osaka to buy this sake for me 🙇. This is the second time I drink Kangiku both at home and out! The sweet aroma is a little bit like 🍓🍍🍍. I'm not sure if it's a 🍍 or a 🍍. From the tingling sensation to the sweetness and subtle bitterness 😋😍. I know a lot of people drink it in sakénawa, including Gyive, so you can get a taste of it there😅.

Last of the paid tasting by Okayama Sake Shop The last one is Kamikimoto! I thought Kamikimoto and Kamikamegen were two different sakes😅. I asked the owner about it and it seems that when they brew Kame-no-o, they just playfully change the name to Kame🐢😆. I learned something 😊.

Okayama Sake Shop Paid Tasting (1) First drink: Nozomi, which I've often seen in the store and have not purchased, probably for the first time! Lightly cloudy, sweet and tangy😊 with little bitterness and delicious 😋. I realize later on! It was a Tochigi sake! Tochigi love ❤️

I'm drinking at home🎶🎵 When was the last time you drank it? I bought it because I haven't had it in a while 😊. Yatanishiki? Bizen Omachi? I had a hard time deciding but decided on this one😊. It is very fresh and has a pear aroma and banana sweetness 😋. It's very fresh, with a hint of pear 🍐 and banana😋 sweetness 😍. I used to see these packing tags when sending packages when I was a kid: 🏷️ They don't use them these days 😅.

I'm going out for a drink🎶🎶. While running errands, we went to Udon Endo in Higashiyama Imakumano 🍶🍶. A good kind of Tasake which is hard to drink at home 😍 Delicious with a daiginjo-like aroma 😋😋. It was the perfect sake to go with Endo's signature fish 👌 I had some heated sake later but forgot the brand 😆.

It's a house drink🎶. It was a gift 😊. I assumed it would be better if it was heated up! So I heated it up 🍶. Great decision 👌😍 I think it's in the dry category but it's not that dry, it's round and umami 👌👌👌👌 bouken, in your recent post, you commented that you haven't had any sake from the northern part of Kyoto (Kameoka, Tanba). I may be the first person to live in Kyoto and drink northern sake at home😅.
