We are drinking outside 🎵 Kaku-uchi (2) is a set of Hana-yosu 😍 500 yen for 60m✖️2😍 It's hard to compare at home, but personally I think it's the Hachitan-Nishiki! I'm not a fan of harsh acidity but the balance of sweetness and sourness 😋. The subtle acidity is 👌!

I'm drinking at home 🎵🎶. I had been drinking a lot of sweet sake lately, so I asked the liquor store if they had any not-so-sweet food sake and was directed to a super dry sake 😰. I tasted many different kinds of sake and this was the best one! It's not dry, but it's a daiginjo, not too sweet, tangy, umami and well balanced 😍. Delicious 😋. I could keep drinking it forever♾️😁 I don't know what Omachi tastes like but I think most of my favorite sake rice 🌾 is Omachi 😁.

I'm having a drink at home 🎵 The other day I went to Kobe for some business 🚃. I had some time to kill so I went to a liquor store! I bought a bottle of Murayu for the first time for drinking at home! The aroma is fruity and the taste is sweet but it goes down smoothly 😊. The acidity is just right after 🙆. I was thirsty because of the ramen I had for lunch 😭 I get nervous when I go into a liquor store in an area I don't know 😁 I'm excited because I don't usually see a lot of sake 😁.

Drinking at home🎵 I found Mikotsuru at a department store 🏬 on my way for a walk. I remember I had a different sake rice before and it was delicious 😊. I think of Nagano sake as having to drink Hitogokkyo 😁. It is also delicious 😋. It has a slightly sweet aroma and is as smooth and easy to drink as water! Amino acid or glutamic acid? Glutamic acid? A little bitterness 😍 16% alcohol by volume? Don't drink too much ⚠️ I paired it with a Sasaki Sake Cheesecake that a friend gave me, but I'm not sure if it would go well with sake, sake, sake 😰.

I drink at home 🎶🎵 On an ordinary Thursday when there's nothing going on. I opened the fridge and found a bottle of Fatty Fat. I opened a bottle of Hahoyo. And... I'd like to say like Mr. Nobody, but today is the anniversary! It's been 4 years since we started Sake no Wa 😁. From today, I'm in my 5th year 😁. So here's to a toast to Hana-Hiyo-Yu 😋. I drank this Sake Musashi last year as well, but it was called "Bottle Enclosure", is it different from this? The aroma is the usual pineapple 🍍 The sweetness is a little subdued with a little bitterness and later sourness 😊. Delicious 😋. I'm really thankful 🙏 to have met so many different sakes, friends, and stores through the Sake no Wa app. Please keep up the good work 🙇.

Drinking outside♪♪ Tsukinokoguma (2) is Gakki Masamune, which I haven't had in a while! I think the menu only listed "Gakki Masamune"! When the waitress brought it to me, I thought it was Aizan? I thought it was Aizan but it wasn't 😭 No matter what you drink, Gakki Masamune is always delicious 😋.

The label has completely changed, and in my opinion, it looks more like the old Laughing Shiki 😁. I think it's the first time I've ever had Sensation red? The clarity was amazing 👀 when poured into the glass. Everything was perfectly balanced😍. The entrée was assorted and Moro Q 😋.

I'm drinking at home♪♪♪ One of my goals this year is to drink a brand I've never had before 😁. The second bottle of sake I bought the other day in Shizuoka Prefecture was a "Sairai no kuni yori shi, stranger's sake", my first Sairai drink 😍. The aroma is not that strong, but in the mouth it has a nice sweetness and acidity with a slight cemedine smell 😰. The more I drink sake, the more I like this cemedine smell 😁😋😋. Bitter taste afterwards 👌 the bitterness also fades away quickly 🥹. I'm so excited 💓 to drink this brand for the first time 😀 This taste 🦵 if it's Sakairan-san 🦵 who would I compare it to? I'm drinking it while thinking 🤣😀😀
