Okayama Sake Shop Paid Tasting (1) First drink: Nozomi, which I've often seen in the store and have not purchased, probably for the first time! Lightly cloudy, sweet and tangy😊 with little bitterness and delicious 😋. I realize later on! It was a Tochigi sake! Tochigi love ❤️

I'm drinking at home🎶🎵 When was the last time you drank it? I bought it because I haven't had it in a while 😊. Yatanishiki? Bizen Omachi? I had a hard time deciding but decided on this one😊. It is very fresh and has a pear aroma and banana sweetness 😋. It's very fresh, with a hint of pear 🍐 and banana😋 sweetness 😍. I used to see these packing tags when sending packages when I was a kid: 🏷️ They don't use them these days 😅.

I'm going out for a drink🎶🎶. While running errands, we went to Udon Endo in Higashiyama Imakumano 🍶🍶. A good kind of Tasake which is hard to drink at home 😍 Delicious with a daiginjo-like aroma 😋😋. It was the perfect sake to go with Endo's signature fish 👌 I had some heated sake later but forgot the brand 😆.

It's a house drink🎶. It was a gift 😊. I assumed it would be better if it was heated up! So I heated it up 🍶. Great decision 👌😍 I think it's in the dry category but it's not that dry, it's round and umami 👌👌👌👌 bouken, in your recent post, you commented that you haven't had any sake from the northern part of Kyoto (Kameoka, Tanba). I may be the first person to live in Kyoto and drink northern sake at home😅.

It's a home brew 🎶. Love at first sight because of the beautiful label 🤩. Opened the bottle and psshhhh.... It's a carbonated juice with a little sake flavor 😊. A little bitterness after 👌 Alcohol 13 degrees, it's very easy to drink 😊. Second glass, shake the bottle a little to make it cloudy and even tastier 😋.

I'm drinking at home ♫🎶. I bought this at a local liquor store a while ago and now it's my turn to drink it 😊. Sake rice from Mie Prefecture? It's a divine ear. It's used a lot in Saku 🤔. When you open the bottle, you can smell the banana aroma 🍌. Fruity 🍌, sweetness ~ alcohol ~ bitter and smooth 😋. It's my favorite🙆.

Paid Tasting at Okayama Sake Shop (2) I think I have had this before at Okayama Sake Brewery! Last time it was not light nigori, but it was delicious! The one I had this time was very easy to drink and had the label been hidden, I would never have known it was Shiga Prefecture's sake, Furozumi, because it was fresh, trendy and delicious 😋.

I'm drinking at home 🎶♬ I received this drink from a friend! I got it for my birthday 🎁 in December 🙇. My first grandchild was born 8 years ago, but my first grandchild 🍶. I've been curious about this brand for a while and wanted to try it 👌. The aroma is moderate, sweet, fruity, juicy, light, easy to drink with a little acidity and a moderate bitterness afterwards 😊. Drinking outside 🎶. We drank at Yohaku Fermentation Room😊. It was so thick I felt like I was eating it instead of drinking it😅😊😊. This is not sake, is it? The rice still has its shape and tastes good with almost no bitterness! They drink (eat) it on ♾️ 😅 The egg 🥚 I ordered for my entrée is also delicious 😊.

Drinking outside 🎶. This is a sake from Miyagi. The kanji is difficult to read without romaji 😆. I think it's from Kyoto when I hear "Sasaki Sake Brewery". I think it's from Kyoto. The taste was easy to drink and you can feel the deliciousness of the rice 😊.

Drinking outside🎶. Stopping by from 👹the Yoshida Shrine ⛩️🚶 walk🍶. We went to Yohaku Fermentation Room, a store we've been curious about for a while. The first glass was a modern Sentori Omachi. With three kinds of snacks. We chatted with other customers and the owner, and enjoyed both the sake and the appetizers 😋.

I drink at home 🎵🎶 This is my wife's sake from Kyoto Fukushima Sake Shop 🥰. The third Shirasugi Shuzo ✖️ Fukushima Sake Shop, exclusively for my wife. Limited edition of 156 bottles 032/156 I had the good fortune to purchase it 😊. I went directly to the store to pick it up! Even though it was past the store closing time, the wifey waited for me😍. Unlike on social media, they are very ladylike in the store. The taste is shwashy and fruity! Just the right amount of acidity with a nice bitterness at the end 😋. I'm going to savor it and drink it 😊.

I'm drinking at home🎶🎵 Yesterday I went on a tour of liquor stores in Osaka 🚃. I went to Osaka, which is close to Kyoto! I visited 2 liquor stores 😰. This is the store that the sake god of the Kansai branch of Sake no Wa showed me around 😊. Here is the sake I bought there😊. I don't like muddy sake! I feel it lingers the next day 🤢. But the orikarami is fine🙆 I like it😍. I'll have a bowl now! The store description said it was dry, but it wasn't that dry. The store description said it was dry, but it's not that dry, it's more bitter from the fruity side but still smooth 👌 Delicious 😋 The label is classic 😍. The Nagano sake I've had recently is really good 😋. A friend of mine gave me a Mikotsuru gugu 👌. Great atmosphere in a wine glass 🫡.
