I'm drinking at home ♫🎶 It's been a while since I've been to Yokoyama, maybe a year and a half. I checked in before and you commented that it was sweet and very tasty😊. I'm not sure if it's because I've been drinking a lot of sake or because I'm used to sake😅. My impression of this drink this time is that it's aroma is subdued and tingling to fruity! Sweet! Looking forward to the taste change after tomorrow😊.

Nagano Trip 2) We had it at Fukazake in Matsumoto. The second sake was Kibotsuru, a sake recommended by Maru-chan of the Sakegawa Kansai Branch. She commented that she recommends this Yuyamanishiki as a draft sake 😊. bouken-san also drank it😊. It was the last of a bottle 😅(no discount for one glass) Maru-chan's comment about the chiri-chiri-ness. No 😆. The aroma is faint 🍐. I will drink it at home next year!

Drinking out ♫ We had it at Fukazake-san on our trip to Nagano, Japan 😋. This is the restaurant that was on Kazuhiko Ota's show a while ago📺. It's a beautiful restaurant and they have an amazing selection of sake! We didn't get to eat much since it was our second restaurant, but the food was delicious 😋. Potato salad and soba tofu 🙏. It's been a while since I've had a Jyushiyo😍 First time at Aizan! The aroma is melon! Taste is fruity to delicious😊. I think it's the wife of Mr. Fukazake? She was very kind and taught me a lot about Shinshu sake and the brewery 🙏.

I'm drinking outside ♫ The weather was nice so we went to ⛩️ to visit 🚶‍➡️ We drank at a buckwheat noodle shop inside the shrine grounds 🙏. Fruity, refreshing and sweet 😊. It goes well with cold soba noodles🙆 I didn't know Koshitanrei was made from sake rice 😅.

I'm drinking at home ♬♬🎶 ♫㊗️ I managed to check in 500. First time drinking at home 🎶 at Jikkai 🎶. I'm also going to have some sushi from the supermarket 💴😊. My wife put it on a plate for me 😅 The aroma is subdued, tangy and fruity😊. I thought the sweetness would be subdued, but it seems to get sweeter with exposure to air! I was able to purchase this and many other hard-to-find sakes thanks to the people at the Sakewa Kansai branch 😊Thank you 🙏.

At Izakaya in Fushimi 🏮. It's been a while since I've been to Genmai😊. I drank Hitogokochi for the first time. I'm not sure if it was because I drank it as part of a drinking comparison or what? It was smooth and refreshing with a hint of sourness and sweetness 😊. The entrée was fried daikon radish😊.

Drinking out 🏮. We went to an izakaya in Fushimi 🏮. This izakaya has a great selection of locally brewed sake. I chose 3 different types of sake to compare. I was confused about what to choose and ended up with 3 different types 😊. I started with Nabeshima's Aizan 🍶. Probably my first Aizan. It's delicious with a slightly tangy to 🍑 like aroma and smooth taste 😊 with chicken tataki as an entrée 👌

Hi Gyve 😃 Most of the stores in Fushimi Otesuji have a lot of local sake from Kyoto, but the owner here is a sake lover and seems to stock some of his own sake 😅. The store right next door, Chinese NAO, also has a great selection, including Shinmasa 😊 👌 by all means.

I'm drinking at home 🎵♬♬♪ I asked my friend in Osaka to buy this sake for me 🙇. This is the second time I drink Kangiku both at home and out! The sweet aroma is a little bit like 🍓🍍🍍. I'm not sure if it's a 🍍 or a 🍍. From the tingling sensation to the sweetness and subtle bitterness 😋😍. I know a lot of people drink it in sakénawa, including Gyive, so you can get a taste of it there😅.

Last of the paid tasting by Okayama Sake Shop The last one is Kamikimoto! I thought Kamikimoto and Kamikamegen were two different sakes😅. I asked the owner about it and it seems that when they brew Kame-no-o, they just playfully change the name to Kame🐢😆. I learned something 😊.
