Goodnight for a week. I will have some mansaku flowers that my partner bought me as a souvenir from Akita 🍶. I feel like this is my first drink at home🤔The aroma is sweet vanilla like fresh cream. On the palate it has a mellow, rounded sweetness and deliciousness, with sourness and alcohol lingering and disappearing in the second half. The impression on the label might lead one to expect it to be spicier, but it is a full-bodied sake with a delicious flavor that is perfect for fall. The rice used seems to be Yamadanishiki from Hyogo Prefecture and Akita Sakekomachi. I didn't know there was such a thing as Akita Sake Komachi. I've paired it with grilled chicken, salami, and other fatty foods and it's delicious✨. The draft conference is over for another year. I can't wait to see the rookies next year 😊💫.

来週ついにCSです🏟️チケットが当選したので現地観戦してきます🐹🐇 本日は当選祝いで日本酒をいただきます。家飲みお初の磯自慢です。普段なかなか買う機会がないので、気になり購入しました。 香りは、バナナのような吟醸香を感じます。口にすると、まろやかな柔らかい旨さが心地よく消えていきます。印象としては、もう少しドライかなと思っていましたが、まるい旨さがあり飲みやすいです。 特A地区の山田錦を使っているようです。かんぱちのお造りや、おでんと合わせてますが美味しいです😊お燗でも飲みたいですね✨

It is easy to drink at 13% alcohol by volume. I paired it with saikyo yaki silver cod, carrot rapé, and potato chips with potato butter ✨.

I also feel there is a sense of astringency in the latter half. This is the second bottle I have had at home, but it is a different impression from the previous sake 😲. I've paired it with octopus and mushroom ajillo and peppers and mackerel cheese toast, and it's delicious. When combined, it seems to be somewhere between a white wine and a sparkling wine. It goes well with olives, garlic and cheese. Delicious✨ I'm digesting my reading pile over the three-day weekend 📕 I'm on target for 50 books this year and have 23 left to go. I can still get there 🔥.

The label design looks like a band's CD jacket. The aroma is sweet and sour like berries. It is slightly pink because of the red yeast. On the palate, it is berry sweet and sour, like a rosé wine. It reminds me of rosé no yukidoke. As a sweet tooth, this is totally my favorite 🫶✨It is creamy and refreshing like strawberry shortcake. The sake level is a menacing -66. Red yeast is less fermentable, so it seems to leave more sugar and lower alcohol content🤔I would like to try more sweet sake made with red yeast 😋. It is delicious with Italian dishes such as pizza and Bolognese pasta, just like a rosé wine. Bono‼︎

This is the first time for me to drink Senkohana. The aroma is sour like white grapes. When you sip it, it has a spicy and sour taste, and it disappears without a hitch. It is delicious with yuba, canned crab, and octopus, but I think it would be a good match with white, light foods.
