Today, we will be having the newest tiraka (tiraka) that we have been curious about at Sake-no-wa. It's a sake from Nagano, so I had to try it! It is a sake from Nagano, so I had to try it! It seems to be an independent brewery started by a toji from Daishinshu. The aroma is apple-like freshness. It has a Nagano sake feel. On the palate, there is a clear acidity and a delicious spiciness that disappears. It is refreshing and delicious. It is delicious with Echizen soba noodles and cured ham and cheese that I bought in Fukui 🧀 It is especially good with boiled nozawana greens in oil. Today we will have the moon white of the packaged sake 🍶. This is the first time for me to try this one. The aroma is fresh, sharp and spicy. It also has a sense of alcohol. When you sip it, you feel the crackling gas, umami, and sharpness. It is a little different from the usual sweet, umami, and acidic style of Kafuda sake. I would like to drink it with white fish such as sea bream sashimi. It is delicious with simmered dishes in light broth. ☺️✨

Today is a national holiday. We will be having Jukinmu, which we purchased from a liquor store in Oimachi. After the information came out, I had to drink it! I had to drink it after the information came out! It has a nice label. The aroma is fruity, like nectar. The dryness is like a rummy taste, which spreads on the tongue and disappears. It is delicious with bonito toro with yakumi (condiments) and Tochio-age (fried fish cake) 🤤.

I'll take a Hagi no Tsuru today 🐱🌸. It's the Sakura Neko I've always been curious about but never got around to buying. The label is cute. It has a little cage. The aroma is sweet, like rumney or peach. On the palate, it is sweet and sour, bursting with fresh acidity, and disappears nicely. The taste is similar to that of Amamiya. It can be drunk as a mealtime sake or on its own in a leisurely manner. I would like to drink Kotatsu Neko as well. Delicious✨

I will continue to have Fukui sake 🍶 This wakasa was purchased at a liquor store in Kurufu Fukui, a commercial facility in the station. It seems to be from a sake brewery in Obama City. I bought this one because it seemed to have a modern taste and I thought it might be my favorite strain. The aroma has a vanilla-like sweetness and a lactic acidity. It has a graininess and a slightly peculiar taste on the palate. As the temperature rises, I feel more and more lactic acidity. It is delicious with Karasu Tombi (squid's mouth part) which I bought as a souvenir ✨. I've never had much Fukui sake before, but it was nice to learn more about it. I went to a glasses outlet store in Sabae, which was the main purpose of my trip to Fukui, and stocked up on two items. I was impressed with the good quality glasses at a good price. ☺️

Today we will have another sake that we purchased on our trip to Fukui last week. This sake is sold exclusively at a commercial facility at Fukui Station called Kurufu Fukui. The aroma is a gorgeous ginjo aroma. On the palate, it has a delicious and spicy flavor that disappears nicely. It is an unfiltered, unpasteurized sake with an alcohol content of 17, but the taste is cohesive and easy to drink, perhaps because of the Nakadori and To-bottori methods of production. I paired it with simmered sea bream, boiled garland chrysanthemum, and mackerel pickled heshiko that I bought as a souvenir, and it was delicious. I feel that it goes well as a food sake 🍶. I was very happy to visit the dinosaur museum, which I had wanted to go to. The dinosaurs were moving, so it was very impressive 🦕.

Thanks for your time 🍺 Last week I went on a trip to Fukui, Japan. The weather was like the Sea of Japan in winter with snow still on the ground. ☃️ As a memory of my visit to Eiheiji, I bought a bottle of Eiheiji Hakuryu at a liquor store in front of Fukui Station. It was my first sake. The aroma is a gorgeous ginjo aroma with vanilla and umami. On the palate, it has a delicious, juicy, apple-like sweetness and sourness. I paired it with boiled rape blossoms, sasazuke pickled nodoguro (a type of tuna), and firefly squid, and it was delicious. I think I can enjoy Fukui sake for a while ✨.

I haven't been able to drink sake recently due to working on holidays, so this is my first sake in about 2 weeks 😭I've also been suffering from a bad shoulder for the first time in a long time, so my body is a little banged up, so let's get the blood flowing with sake 😏. I'll have the Mya which I was attracted by the label 🐈. The aroma is sweet like vanilla. It has a light and clear mouthfeel, and slowly fades away in the second half with a deliciously spicy sweetness. For a Tamagawa, it is easy to drink at a low 14 degrees Celsius. The signature cat seems to be a model. It seems that a portion of the proceeds will be donated to an animal welfare organization: ☺️ I have paired it with firefly squid and dried sea bream and it is delicious 🐟🐱.

Next, we will have Miyakanbai, a sake with a connection to ume plum. It seems to be a sake that brings spring to my heart. I hope spring will come soon because I don't like cold weather. Today I ate ramen and took a walk in Komaba🚶 It has been a while since I went out for a holiday in the city center. I wandered around the Japan Folk Crafts Museum and the former Maeda family's main residence. The Maeda family house is free and you can see the gorgeous house for free 💡. Now, we will have our first Toyonou Ume. The aroma is sweet and tasty rice. The sweetness and acidity are well balanced on the palate, with a clean finish in the second half. It seems to have been aged for a year, but it has a fresh feeling. It is easy to drink as a food wine. It is delicious with eggplant with sesame oil, Yanagawa-style hot pot left over from yesterday, and tofu and potherb mustard salad 😊.

Thanks for a great week 🍶Today is my first time in Hokkaido. I will have Niseko. This is the first sake I have ever had. It is made from Hokkaido's sake rice, Comet. It is also the first time to drink with Comet rice. I am excited. The aroma is fruity and sweet like apples. On the palate, it has a refreshing sweetness and umami at first. It is the kind of sake you would expect to find in Nagano sake. After a little time, the umami flavor stands out and disappears with a touch of rice and spiciness. I was surprised to see such a change in taste. I'm pairing it with grilled fish and a Yanagawa nabe made with canned mackerel and it's delicious 😊✨.

I failed at work today and I'm depressed... 😔I'm going to have a drink to heal me to get my mind back on track 🍶. This is the first time I've had takachiyos at home. It's been about 3 years since I had a drink at Unagidani in Osaka 👀. It's not easy to buy it at the store, but I went on an expedition to get it. The aroma is juicy sweet and sour and fruity, like a pear. On the palate, the soft moderate sweet and sourness and dryness disappear pleasantly. This is delicious 🤤 It is a good neutralizer of the modern strains and classics of Niigata, and is delicious as a food sake. I'm pairing it with toasted turnips with salted kelp and sesame oil ✨I like modern Niigata sake, so I'd like to drink more Takachiyo 🍶.

Today we will have lunch at a rice ball shop in Nishi-Koyama and get this sake at Kagataya. It's been a long time since I've been to Omine 😊. The aroma is fruity sweet and sour like lychee. On the palate, the fresh sweet and sourness pops cleanly and disappears. The texture is peachy, tender, fresh juicy, and the usual Oumine feeling. We paired it with Tochio-age cheese mayo miso, but it is delicious with cheese and other umami types 🍶✨.

Today we will have Rihachi 🍶 Following the previous black label, this time it is a white label. The description on the back label is the same, so it is as informative as ever. The aroma is fruity, like white grapes and lychee. On the palate, sweet and sour with a touch of astringency that disappears nicely. It reminds me of a white wine, but the outline has a delicious flavor that is typical of Japanese sake. It reminded me a little of Yamamoto's Wa-Yin 💡 It is not as astringent as Wa-Yin and is easy to drink. I paired it with peaches, prosciutto cheese, and fried oysters and it was delicious. Delicious✨
