The aroma is sweet and juicy like honey. On the palate, it has a clean floral honey-like sweetness and flavor that disappears nicely. This is still delicious 🤤✨Both on its own or as a food sake. I'm pairing it with simmered daikon radish and pork, and it's a perfect match: ☺️
