I bought 4 bottles today and I have no choice but to drink them to empty the fridge (excuse).
I was attracted by the limited edition of 600 bottles and Dewa Sanzan, my first Yonezuru.
The aroma is gorgeous and alcoholic. On the palate, sweetness and deliciousness and a bit of a tangy feeling spread out on the tip of the tongue, with the spiciness remaining and disappearing in the latter half of the bottle.
It is delicious with oden, boiled spinach, and new onions with lentil cheese and soy sauce ✨.
