Today I will have a bottle of Ganki 🍶It is a brand I gave to my father, who likes dry sake, for his father's day, but I bought it because I had never had it myself. The aroma is sweet and sour like ramune. It also has a little lactic acidity 🤔.
It is sweet and sour on the palate and disappears in the second half leaving a solid delicious spiciness. When paired with sweet sauce-like food such as meatballs, the spiciness is slightly lessened and it is easier to drink. For those with a sweet tooth, the spiciness is still too strong. However, it is delicious.
Today I saw the movie "National Treasure" 🎬The two main actors were so good that I thought they were real Kabuki actors 👀✨It is just like the original novel, but it made me want to read the novel again.
