The rainy season is approaching. I've been feeling a little depressed lately, perhaps suffering from May blues, but let's switch it up with a glass of sake 🍶.
Today I will have Haneya, which I haven't had in a while. The aroma is juicy and sweet like a pear.
On the palate, there is a juicy sweetness of the rice, with a tangy dry spiciness that lingers in the second half. The sake rice is Hachitan-Nishiki, but I would like to capture its characteristics as I have not yet drunk that much of it. It went well with professional baseball chips and shrimp crackers. I think it goes well with fried prawns, fried octopus, and other fried salty and juicy foods. Delicious✨

Hi misamisao 😃
It's a bit steamy today too 😅.
You need a good sake at times like this 🤗I'm sure Haneya will have enough change to make it too good 😙.

Hello, missamisao 🐦.
Pro Baseball Chips are snacks with a card in them, right? I'm so glad to know they are still alive and well 😁.
Deep fried salt flavor and Haneya, it's suggestive in this dreary time of the year 😊.

Hi, Jaynobi. It's been a bit warmer lately, hasn't it? It looks like the rainy season has already started in Kagoshima: ☔️
It's been a while since I've had Haneya, but it's delicious✨I'd like to drink more of it: ☺️

Hi Pon-chan. I used to collect pro baseball chips exactly like that 20 some years ago and recently started buying them for nostalgia after finding the collection at my parents' house 😂Simple saltiness and sake, goes well with summer 😊.
