Today we will be having a makiko purchased at FURUMAIYA at Kawasaki Station. The name is difficult to pronounce 💦 It is from the Takachiyo Sake Brewery, and I was torn between the Takachiyo label and this one, which has a lower alcohol content.
This is the first time I have had it. The aroma is a gorgeous ginjo aroma. On the palate, it has a refreshing acidity and umami flavor that disappears. It is easy to pair as a food sake 🍶 I have paired it with Japanese dishes such as simmered burdock root and carrot, stewed eggplant and zucchini, etc. and it is delicious. It is delicious. The deliciousness of the rice is very strong.
