It rained all day today, so I stayed home and read Dorohedoro (manga) in one sitting.
In the evening, we will have sake. I'll have a glass of Nanpu, which you can find at Sake-no-wa these days 🌺.
The aroma is sweet and cemedine-like, like ramune. On the palate, the sourness disappears nicely. As the temperature rises, it mellows a bit and is easy to drink.
The alcohol content is 10.5, so it is easy to drink. I think it goes well with herbs such as basil grilled on a bed of straw. It's like a summer sake ✨.
