Today I assembled my new bed and had Yokohama Neapolitan for lunch 🍝. Bought a glove and played catch (shoulder blade peeling) for the first time in a while 😊. Today I'll have some Oumine 🧜 It's already the season for summer sake. The aroma is sweet and sour like a ramune and vanilla. In the mouth, the clean sweetness and sweet-sourness traces the surface of the tongue and disappears. I thought of it last year, but it reminded me of peach natural water. It is delicious with maitake cheese on toast, summer vegetable oden, and potato salad. I think it goes well with salt and dashi soup stock that is not too strong in flavor. Delicious✨
