I chilled it for a day in ice temperature before opening it. I was expecting it to be very tasty, but I guess it's normal. I want more concentration. Not much aroma. And a little bitter (I don't like bitter). It's not bad, but maybe I bought it too late. Liked 5/10 I'm looking forward to seeing how it will be different tomorrow. ---I'm looking forward to seeing how it will change tomorrow. After 4 days. I don't feel the bitterness so much anymore. It is not that the bitterness is no longer bitter, but that it has changed to a bitterness that does not bother me. The liking level remains the same at 5/10.

シロタマ
Chilled in an ice-cold room for a day before opening. The aroma and taste are like that of a fresh sake, even though it is fire-aged, and you can smell the good aroma just by putting your mouth close to the glass. The aroma is strongly felt while it passes through the throat in the mouth. There is no bitterness after drinking, which I like because I don't like bitter things.

シロタマ
It is stable and condensed. It is sweet and sour and delicious, but a little heavy and requires energy to drink, so I try to drink it when I have enough energy. It is slightly effervescent, so we bought it in a 4-ounce bottle.

シロタマ
My very favorite sake. It is sweet and sour. I bought two bottles in a 4-pack because it is slightly sparkling. I would buy more if I had enough space for refrigeration.

On the first day of opening the bottle, the sweetness was strong and a bit unexpected. On the second day, it became more balanced. Aroma of ordinary ginjo-shu.
