Grapefruit with pear nuances. Rice flavor is somewhat subdued. Bitter, but not egomaniacal; bitter is an appropriate word. Slightly carbonated with a hint of bubbles. The taste is light, but when you drink it, it fills your mouth with deliciousness and makes you happy. It contains no calories because it disappears quickly even after being poured into a glass. But still, drinking alcohol at this time of year is sinful. Every drink is so delicious that it makes me sigh. I feel like drinking as much as I can, even if it destroys my body, because I am drowning in the temporary pleasure. Degree of liking 10/10

My favorite mansaku flower. It's a little different from anything I've had before. Duke Togo, a.k.a. Golgo 13, would say. "10% aroma, 20% acidity...and 30% sweetness...the remaining 40%...bitterness." To be honest, I feel like I've done something wrong. But is it bad? I think it tastes good. I can't explain why. But that is the reason why it is my favorite. Degree of liking 8/10 I used to buy sake in 1-sho bottles instead of 4-goules. I used to buy sake in 1.5 liter bottles instead of 4.5 liter bottles, partly because of the amount of sake I could drink, but also to cut costs. However, I now realize that I can enjoy 2.5 times more saké in a Yong-bottle than in a Ichimasu-bottle. I'm not sure why I'm just now realizing this, you idiot! I'm just saying. Yong-bottle is more expensive, but I guess it can't be helped...

My Hall of Fame Oroku. It smells good when you open the bottle. When you drink it, it tastes good! But actually, I am not sure what makes it taste so good. The taste of sake is not just a simple sweet, spicy, sour, and bitter one. There must be a lot more to it than that, but I can't figure it out. I don't think this Ohsupuku Hachimaru is a clear type. Then I realized something. I noticed that Hachimaru is not a clear type of sake. I wonder if the Hachimaru series is made tastier by leaving just a little bit of the miscellaneous flavor. In other words, the Oroku Hachimaru is made tastier by mixing diluted fart with it! (Sorry, kura. (Sorry, I'm Jordan.). Liked 9/10

This sake also has a heavy image in my mind and I usually pass over it. But resistance is pointless in the face of the killer phrase "Shiboritate Unfiltered Unrefined Nama Sake". When I came back to myself, I had already inserted my credit card PIN at the cash register. When I opened the bottle, I was greeted with a sweet aroma. The first sip brought out a clear sweetness with an acidity that was well rounded. Nice aroma. It has a slight tingling sensation and alcohol taste, and is rich and drinkable. It is so good that I fell over holding the glass. All the sake is so good this time of year that I can't get enough of it, no matter how many livers I have. "Everyone, share your liver with me! In my mind, Manrei has a spicy and heavy image. However, there was no way to resist the killing phrase "Nakadori unfiltered unpasteurized sake". When I came back to myself, I had already put my credit card through the cash register. A little peculiar top-taste. What was it? I don't know. I can't explain why, but I know it's very tasty. When a cat smells an old man's socks, it sometimes makes a face like "hogger," but it seems that it is not thinking (damn!) but analyzing the smell. I tried to imitate that. Then it seems to be composed of rice taste + sweetness and sourness that doesn't belong to anything + bitterness like hops, and a whiff of aroma that wraps it up. There is a tingling sensation. Liked 10/10 Recently, I have been getting a lot of perfect scores. It's only a matter of time before we see a sake that exceeds the perfect score.

I used to make wine by pressing grapes I bought at the supermarket (this was when I lived in Hong Kong, so please bear with me for reporting it). This Argo reminds me of the taste of that wine when I tasted it in the process of brewing. Sweet, sour, half juice. The package of 300 ml with 5% alcohol content is almost the same as a can of beer, which is about 15 ml of alcohol. I wonder if this is what the public needs. With a normal sake, one cup of 15% alcohol content jumps to 27 ml, about twice the amount of alcohol (which is beyond the capacity of Japanese people to metabolize alcohol). In my case, this does not stop at one drink every day, and one drink is not enough. In order to continue to enjoy sake in good health, I must have the courage to put down the cup after one gou.

The other day I had a bottle of this junmai ginjo cold at an izakaya and enjoyed it. I bought it for heating sake. 40°C: The taste was fuller than the cold sake I tasted right after opening the bottle. The umami was more pronounced. It was very mild, without bitterness or spiciness. No sake smell. 30°C: No calories as it seems to disappear as soon as you drink it. Best temperature. 20°C: The taste remains the same, but it is more comfortable to drink it warm because it falls down to the stomach with a thud. It is not glamorous or assertive, but I thought it was a good sake to accompany a meal in a natural and unadorned way. I can't drink unmarked heated sake at a public bar anymore after drinking this. This packaged sake is often seen in the one-cup section of convenience stores. I wonder if there are any fierce drinkers in the Sake-no-wa area. I don't have any evidence to support this, but I think people have an image that it is very bad for the body. I conducted a human experiment on my own body and found that it is safe and did not cause any eczema. The photo was taken at a business hotel. Drinking a cup of sake (in a bottle) while lying down in a small car with a lantern hanging is fun, but if you kick it over and smash it into the car, it would be a disaster. On the other hand, this drink has a straw attached, so the risk is low, and it is a perfect companion for an excursion.

The endorsement reads. "He who runs after two hares will catch them both." So that's how it came to be. The brewery's policy is as if it had been bought out by Elon Musk. Cold sake. ...! It's so good that my brain is about to bug out. I think the balance is exceptionally good. If I put it on a radar chart, the shape must be fat. Recently, I have been No sharpness in the taste → not tired of drinking → delicious! I am a straight shooter. The slightly carbonated chili adds a heartbreaking accent to it. I was impressed! I hope they continue to aim high and deliver delicious sake. Only those who are capable of doing so can expect and challenge themselves. Liked 10/10

I bought this wine because it was delicious when I drank it at a certain sushi restaurant in Kobe. When I opened the bottle, it had a fresh flowery aroma. I first drank it cold. It is light and dry with a focus on the rice flavor. Although it is labeled as "super" dry, it is not so dry that it kills your brain cells. If I were to compare it to curry(?), it would be the sweet-and-sour, sour-sweet sake that I usually drink. If you compare it to curry (?), the sweet and sour sake you usually drink is the "Prince of Curry" and this is equivalent to "Java Curry Medium Spicy". On the second day, I warmed it up. It was delicious with a distinctly rice-like flavor, but not so good that I had to warm it up. We drink about 360 days a year without a care in the world, and we get bored if we drink only sweet and sour sake every day. I think it's good to have a different kind of sake in between every once in a while to reset the mood. Degree of liking 8/10

Hi, Shirowama 😃. The reason we got into sake was because we fell in love with the taste of hikakami we had at a sushi restaurant 😌🐟 goes well with hikakami 🤗. Nice analogy with curry 🍛👍I've never had "Prince of Curry" 😅.

I looked in the Sannomiya store of Hankyu Department Store and was told "It's new sake!" and received a sales pitch. While I was listening to the salesman, I was almost fooled into thinking that he was a cherry blossom artist. I like new sake, but I am not so worried about just buying new sake, am I? I like new sake, but I was worried that I couldn't buy it just because it was new (I have a liver condition), but the salesman's enthusiasm got the better of me and I decided to buy it. There was a hint of ori at the bottom of the bottle. Sweet aroma. No gassiness. It is tangy and spicy as soon as you take a sip. The structure is such that the "ts" (tsu), which is the "zu" (pronounced "ts"), is coated (or obscured) by a gorgeous and attractive aroma and sweetness that is typical of new brews. It is delicious, but it is both hot and sweet, so which is it? I can't immerse myself in it because of the question, "Which is it? The spiciness and aroma settled down and became a little more coherent on the second day. Degree of liking 5/10 Postscript It means a kind of sales technique. Shows like many customers buy the product - however they are hired in undertable -, it called SAKURA. It means a kind of sales technique.

My favorite mansaku flower. I can buy it any time of the year, but I don't usually drink it. For me, I think I subconsciously want to make it a special drink for fall and winter (witch hazel is said to be an early spring flower). The top taste is like The witch hazel flower, but I can't explain it well. When you drink it, it is not sweet and sour, but bitter. However, it is not unpleasant bitterness (I think it is because it is not a bitterness). To sum it up, it tastes like a bitter version of "Ohroku". It is delicious. I want to drink the whole bottle right now. The label on the back of the bottle says, "We promise to impress you," and that is exactly what it says. And it was cheap. The second day was not as impressive as the first day (as is the case with other sakes). It took a turn for the worse. Still, I enjoyed drinking it while feeling the afterglow of the first day. Soft lactic acid bacteria beverage tops off. Not as sweet as expected. Weak acidity, little pungency or bitterness. Zero-g weight and fresh. It is sharp and has a clean aftertaste. The high points are that it is not too sweet and that it does not leave a lingering alcohol taste. There is no sign of rice, and not even a trace of rice can be felt anymore. On the other hand, it is not fruity either. It is a lot of things that are not there, but I believe that sake brewing is originally about extracting the core of the sake by cutting away the unnecessary things. It is like a Buddhist sculptor carving a statue of Buddha out of a solid piece of wood (or digging out a statue of Buddha that is buried inside). In that sense, the purity of the taste is extremely high. I wonder how they can do such a feat. I applaud the craftsmanship of the makers. Degree of liking 10/10

It is a taste with no character. Of course, this does not mean that it is bad, but it is really delicious. Personally, I thought that the conclusion of my sake life would be a modest sake like this. Come to think of it, there was a time when I was tired of drinking ginjo-shu after drinking it like a fool, and I was enjoying Ozeki's packaged sake (in short, the inside flavor). There is no nobility in the taste of sake. You can drink what you like and enjoy it. I was reminded of this. It is said to be the ultimate food sake, but even for someone like me who drinks it by itself, it has a deep flavor and a pleasant aftertaste, and I never get tired of drinking it. If you set a bottle in front of you on the table, you would drink it endlessly. In a sense, it is dangerous. Degree of liking 9/10

It said "be careful when opening the bottle," but it was no big deal. The only thing that bothered me was that the cap was not fitted properly. Now, let's enjoy the mammoth! The taste is quite sweet and rich. The aftertaste is long but not sharp. It is not my favorite because it lacks the sense of rice in the throat, but objectively, I think it is delicious enough as a sweet and sour sake. The image is that of a cloudy apple juice, not clear (I prefer the clear one). The next day, the sweetness was suppressed and the bitterness was felt instead. I don't like bitterness, but this bitterness is not unpleasant. On the rocks, the heaviness disappeared and the bitterness turned into a rice feeling and was quite tasty. I like it 6/10

I went to Tokyo this summer on a business trip, I'm a country bumpkin, so I have a weakness for anything with the name "Tokyo" in it. My shoes have mud on them. I'll wipe them off! So there was no way I could pass by this sake, even if it was a mock Tokyo souvenir. I was sold on the sake. I started with a glass of cold sake. What's that? It's delicious... The aroma is gorgeous. The main flavor is acidity, but there is a structure with a good amount of sweetness and umami intertwined between the acidity and the acidity, giving it a sense of concentration. There is no bitterness or pungency. The aftertaste is long but sharp. Next, I tried it at the recommended room temperature. I can't tell the difference, but it is delicious anyway. It is a brilliant attack. Tokyo is not to be underestimated. (I forgot to buy the thunder rice cake, even though it is very good.)

When I wrote a while ago about my impressions of drinking Kei's ★1 raw (the lowest caste), I announced that I would be drinking the higher castes in the near future. What I said I would do, I will definitely do. As I announced, I got the upper caste sake *5. I do what I say, and when I do it, I do it. He is a man of "motivation, energy, and rock wood"! Who is this guy? "I just bought the sake I wanted to drink, didn't I?" Who says that? Let's get back on track and try it for ourselves. It is very drinkable with a dense, seamless flavor (without the emptiness that I felt with the ★1 sake). The whole tongue feels delicious, and it does not become bitter even if you keep it in your mouth for a long time. When you put the glass to your mouth, you are tempted to drink it all as it is, and it is hard to restrain yourself from doing so. On the other hand, it is a bit heavy. I think it is also possible to drink it with a little bit of water.

Tottori is known for its heated sake. But now that the emphasis on "typa" has spread to the older generation, the practice of heating sake has fallen by the wayside, and it has become commonplace to enjoy sake quickly and cold. Tottori, however, has not surrendered to the cold sake crowd. The breweries and consumers have an unusual love for heated sake, and the entire prefecture has joined forces to make it a popular drink. We will not retreat! We don't flatter! No respect! We will not back down! I think the people of the prefecture must really love sake, even though there is no nobility in the way they drink it. However, this Chiyomusubi. It is sweet, sour, dark, and delicious cold. He was a kid who could do it if he put his mind to it. Chiyomusubi may be anathema in the Tottori sake tradition of warming sake, but deliciousness is justice. I am a passionate supporter of Chiyomusubi.

It's not like a crop, a crop!" I bought another brand of "Suzukagawa" from Shimizu Seizaburo Shoten, which is famous for "Saku" for the sole purpose of saying this. It is a Junmai Daiginjo with higher specifications than the mass-produced Saku, but I could not tell the difference because I only drank Saku in a glass at an izakaya, but it has a gorgeous ginjo aroma. The taste is slightly bitter but fresh. I usually drink ginjo-shu in a Riedel glass with legs, but today I used a Tiffany glass. It doesn't have legs (I'm waiting for a standardized comment).

Why do I keep buying this kind of sake when I should just buy Senkou or Houou Mita? (Maybe I'm a sake pervert...) I've been wondering if that was the case for a while now, but I guess it might be so (tears). The picture is of a cold sake, but I felt uncomfortable after taking a sip. When I changed the temperature to warmed up, it was delicious. I was surprised at the richness of the rice. I'm not a big fan of heated sake myself, but since I've had the chance to go to Tottori and experience Tottori's sake, I think I'm beginning to appreciate its qualities. Some heated sake tastes fishy or sticky when it cools down, but this is not the case with heated sake; it maintains the same flavor and sharpness all the way through.
