It's not like a crop, a crop!" I bought another brand of "Suzukagawa" from Shimizu Seizaburo Shoten, which is famous for "Saku" for the sole purpose of saying this. It is a Junmai Daiginjo with higher specifications than the mass-produced Saku, but I could not tell the difference because I only drank Saku in a glass at an izakaya, but it has a gorgeous ginjo aroma. The taste is slightly bitter but fresh. I usually drink ginjo-shu in a Riedel glass with legs, but today I used a Tiffany glass. It doesn't have legs (I'm waiting for a standardized comment).

Why do I keep buying this kind of sake when I should just buy Senkou or Houou Mita? (Maybe I'm a sake pervert...) I've been wondering if that was the case for a while now, but I guess it might be so (tears). The picture is of a cold sake, but I felt uncomfortable after taking a sip. When I changed the temperature to warmed up, it was delicious. I was surprised at the richness of the rice. I'm not a big fan of heated sake myself, but since I've had the chance to go to Tottori and experience Tottori's sake, I think I'm beginning to appreciate its qualities. Some heated sake tastes fishy or sticky when it cools down, but this is not the case with heated sake; it maintains the same flavor and sharpness all the way through.

What is this? The sweet and sourness is extraordinary and very rich. As the label says, it tastes great on the rocks. I can say that it is the same as Yakult or Calpis. Degree of liking 10/... Wait a minute, wait a minute, wait a minute, brother, if you want to drink lactobacillus drink so much, you don't have to drink sake, right? You can drink that. It's cheap and good for you. It's delicious, but.... I frankly wonder if there is any need to go to the trouble of drinking sake. But that is just the opinion of an old man who drinks. It must have been quite a feat to make it this delicious. The effort is commendable.

I am no longer a dirty old man with an expired shelf life, but the hair on the top of my head is the only thing I must defend to the death. Because, I am always saying whatever I want in the company, so if someone like that gets thinning hair... "That erotic gappa," "He's an erotic gappa!" I am sure that if such a person gets thinning hair, he will be talked about behind his back. I am not going to have that happen to me. Now, young people may not know this, but the name "Yellow Cherry Blossom" is "Kappa". In the past, the beautiful women in this picture (unfortunately, Kappa) appeared in the commercial of Yellow Cherry Blossom in the nude. Oh, how I miss those days. Those were good times. Enough digression, let's go back to the actual drinking. Pompilipin, I drank it. How do you feel about it, Shite? It's a good kappa!

Whenever I go squid fishing in Tottori, I always stop by a liquor store. Unfortunately, the owner was out of town, so I went with my wild guess this time. The top of the bottle was like a tokoroten (a kind of tokoroten). It is strong yet mild and umami, with a flavor like sugar and soy sauce. The weight is zero G. It is the type of sake that goes down very well, and I ended up drinking a whole glass of it in one gulp. I read the label on the bottle and saw that the alcohol content was 20! This is a stealth drink. Be careful! Watch out! I tried it warmed up and it tasted even better. I don't know when I'll come across it again, but it was a tasty sake that made me want to try the rest of the lineup if I had the chance.

The term "mutton" means that the meat is actually dog meat, even though the sign says mutton. This sake is advertised as fruity to the point of overdoing it, but when I tried it, I found that it was neither apple nor melon. On the contrary, it is unmistakably a Japanese sake with a secretly spicy and slightly bitter taste. It tastes good enough as a drink, but has it reached the level of taste advertised on the label? The question remains, "Have they arrived at the taste they advertise on their website? Am I always so harsh in my evaluations? I think to myself, "Drink it in a good mood. I like it 5/10

Fruity, with a hint of rice aroma. It has a fairly acidic taste, which is less pronounced than expected and just the right amount of sweetness. When it glides on the tongue, it has a flavor and aroma that says, "Ah, it's water made from rice," which I find most appealing (I also like that about my favorite, Oroku). (I also like that about Oroku, which is my favorite). There is a bitterness to the overall taste, and this tightens it up. I don't like bitterness, but there is also bitterness that has a positive effect. It tastes good! Yes, it's good like this. No wonder it's so well received. Liked 9/10 No digression for today's review.

Fruity and fresh sake is like Kanna Hashimoto, and is easily liked by everyone. For those who are more particular about their tastes, we recommend this sake. My wife was going to a Masaharu Fukuyama live concert, so I accompanied her all the way to Shibuya, Tokyo. The important thing was that she was the only one who attended the live concert, while I had "Two hours of blank time. I was given "two hours of blank time. After much anticipation, I decided to have a drink at Mirai Nihonshu at Parco, and headed there. But this is Shibuya...that means...? I was afraid of being hunted by my father, so I went back to the hotel, covered myself with a pillow, and shivered. After a long night, I bought this at the Shinagawa station on my way home. It wasn't cheap, but I guess it was a normal sake. Don't cheat a country bumpkin like me. You could make it taste a little better, couldn't you?

I am sorry to go on and on about the old days, but I used to be stationed in Hong Kong. Among the many Japanese restaurants in Hong Kong at that time, the "Doraku Chaya" was by far the best, and I loved their original "barrel sake". The sake was imported from Kyoto and served in cedar casks, which smelled so good that I could drink as much as I wanted. This Popular Ichi was given to me by my sister-in-law, and it has an aroma that suggests it must have been brewed in continuous contact with the wood. The taste is rounded and unrefined, but it seems honest and I like it. I enjoyed the aroma of the wood as I wondered how the stubborn owner of the Doraku teahouse was doing, and wished I had asked him to sell me that barrel of sake.

I am from Shimane Prefecture. Now I have left the clan and am in another prefecture. I enjoy the freedom of not having a branding iron on my back or the letters (shima) floating in the air when I look through a special scope. In the last century when I was in Shimane, still local TV commercials were quite frequent, often for local sake from Shimane and Hiroshima, and I remember that one of them was for Ohroku. The song was called "...Sake born from ○○○○, Oroku, Oroku", but now I can't remember the "○" part of the lyrics and I am very confused. If it was "Koganei Ido" (Golden Well), the words and meaning would fit. I would like to visit the warehouse when I go back to my hometown and ask about it. I have been talking about it for a long time, but this Kei Honsei is actually the bottom-ranked sake in the series caste system. It just happened to be the only one available at the store (and I didn't have the budget), but I bought it with the intention of trying a higher-ranked one later if it was good.... ...It has no distinctive taste. But it tastes good. I couldn't take my mouth off the glass and drank it all. However, after drinking it for a while, I noticed that it lacked a little something. I wonder if the gap would be filled if there were more of it. I would like to try it soon. Liked 8/10

I finally finished the Dragon Power Dragon Green that I opened the other day. Dragon Power is not for me. I vowed never to drink it again, no matter what happens or what high rating it gets. So, my wounded drinking heart needed healing. So I simply chose a sake that looked delicious. I drank it with my mouth full of anticipation... ...When I was a child, there was a powdered juice that you dissolved in water, and it reminded me of the taste of the watery juice I made when I was stingy with the amount of juice. To be honest, I must say that the finished product is still in its infancy in terms of both taste and aroma. However, I cannot deny the spirit of the brewery, which is trying to create a new sake for the next generation. I would like to try it again next year. Degree of liking 4/10

"Don't think...Feel." Does this phrase ring a bell? It is a famous line left behind by Bruce Lee (Li Xiaolong), aka "The Dragon. The lightness of his body movements and the kung-fu action using nunchucks in his movies were shocking. The elementary and junior high school boys at the time were hooked and imitated him. Ryu-ryoku is a heavy drink for me. I thought I would never drink it again. That is the "Dragon" series. If the heaviness is removed from the taste, I think it would be very attractive. I put aside my preconceived notions and tried to feel it. ...The pungent taste escapes from my nose. It tastes like the one-cup Ozeki without the strange sweetness. Disappointing! I don't know how to burp. I attribute it to the fact that my mother (ignorantly) didn't pat me on the back after I drank milk when I was a baby (I don't begrudge her that). I've met a few people in the same situation so far, and the common problem is that they can't tell the difference between a burp and a gape, and they can only drink a little beer or champagne. I bought this King's Reward twice from the same production lot. The last time I bought the same batch, the beer was very tasty with a low carbonation level of Orangina, but this time it was about the same carbonation level as cola and tasted light (or was it fermented too late to open the bottle and the taste became lighter?) I think it tasted light (fermented too late to open the bottle and the taste became light? I regretted that I should have bought 4 or 5 bottles at once when it first came out and drank it every day (if I missed it, that would be a big problem). I really think there is no right answer for daily drinking. Degree of liking 7/10

How much sake do you have in stock? I have three bottles. But for some reason, no matter how I try to replenish it, it always runs out. When my stock gets down to two bottles, I begin to feel emotionally unstable, and if it gets to zero, my heart rate increases and my breathing becomes labored. This may be a bit exaggerated, but I suspect that many of my colleagues would agree with me. In this way, stable procurement of alcoholic beverages is essential for a sustainable drinking lifestyle. So this time, we went to a liquor store in Tottori City, 200 km away from our home. The store's original Daiginjo Daiginjo is a bottle of Zuisen. The store told me, "If you buy this sake at any other liquor store, it will cost you 6,000 yen. Really⁉I'll buy it then! It has a subtle ginjo aroma. It has a subtle ginjo aroma and a gorgeous taste like a flower blooming in your mouth! It's not so good. It has a sense of condensation. The San-in region's sake that lives up to its name, clear and robust. Maybe a little bitter. If you can't appreciate the quality of this sake, you haven't had enough training. Degree of liking 6/10

I am weak in direct pumping. Very weak. I am as weak as Lupin who was begged by Fujiko Mine. So, when I find a bottle of Naokumi at a liquor store, I buy it without any restraint. That is why I bought "Narumi" this time. For some reason, I read it as "Naruka. It's "Narumi," isn't it? It smells like a lactic acid bacteria drink. When you put it in your mouth, it is sour! The balance is completely skewed to the sour side. I thought the brewing process had failed, but after about three sips, I gradually got used to it (but that didn't mean I liked it). Maybe they didn't have the confidence to compete with the normal taste, or maybe they had a policy or grandma's will not to dare to make it with the normal taste. Naturally, I think it was the latter, but it seems to me that he simply "didn't want" to make it with an ordinary taste. This is reflected in the reading of the brand name, "Naraka.

They say that a name is a body. Takayuu. It is the name of an isolated men's sake that has nothing to do with the fruity, sweet and sour, modern style that is so popular in Japan. Drink it cold. It goes in smoothly. You expect it to be tangy, but it is not. There is no pungency. And it has an excellent sharpness. Is this water? To put it simply, it is light and dry, but it tastes very gentle to the drinker. I was tempted to ask myself, "Are you still a member of the famous Takayuu group? But after reviewing it again, it seems to be popular among girls (and old men) who are tired of the modern style. Takayuu may at first glance appear to be a "coquettish" men's sake, but it is actually a genderless new-modern sake.

It's very drinkable, ah. It's another elusive taste that I can't quite grasp, sweet, spicy, and acidic, but it's dark and robust. And I don't know if "beautiful" is the right word to describe it, that's about all I can say with my vocabulary, but, well, it tastes like that. So if I don't restrain myself, I drink more and more. I see, so this is the swamp. Degree of liking 9/10 Postscript after 4 days From the 2nd day, the mysterious taste changed to a dry one, and it tasted dry after 4 days (kept in ice temperature). The range and speed of the taste change are large in the Ohroku category, and I think you can enjoy the unique taste of Ohroku if you drink it up as soon as you open the bottle.

Shallow~. It tastes like a sparkling wine that hasn't aged well. Highly schwashy (I was careless when I opened the bottle and it hit the ceiling). I feel like I haven't had a disappointment in a long time, but that's just another experience. I hope the taste will improve in the future. Degree of liking 1/10 Added on the 2nd day Quick update for the sake of the brewery's honor. The aroma is actually very good (although very light). On the day of opening the bottle, I stirred it slowly to let it get some air before refrigerating it (I am aware that the corkage itself does not have much to do with the flavor) as a measure to revive the wine due to its unacceptably tastelessness. The tastelessness was considerably reduced and the taste became thicker (sweetness and acidity) (the causal relationship with the aforementioned measures is unclear). However, the bitterness is still present (although it is hard to tell because it is masked by the gas), and it is hard to say that it is delicious without giving it up. Still, it became quite drinkable. The brewery might say, "What are you talking about, you amateur? but I would like to frankly express my impression.
