It is a taste with no character. Of course, this does not mean that it is bad, but it is really delicious. Personally, I thought that the conclusion of my sake life would be a modest sake like this.
Come to think of it, there was a time when I was tired of drinking ginjo-shu after drinking it like a fool, and I was enjoying Ozeki's packaged sake (in short, the inside flavor).
There is no nobility in the taste of sake. You can drink what you like and enjoy it. I was reminded of this.
It is said to be the ultimate food sake, but even for someone like me who drinks it by itself, it has a deep flavor and a pleasant aftertaste, and I never get tired of drinking it. If you set a bottle in front of you on the table, you would drink it endlessly. In a sense, it is dangerous.
